bought a 25 Nissan Murano a few weeks ago. I absolutely love this SUV. Nothing but comfort and a very smooth ride. No road noise. Excellent audio system, heated seats work great and excellent gas mileage. I love this SUV

Let me just start off by saying.....I have never met a more patient man/salesman than MOSHI!!!! This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership and the anxiety was real. But no one else I would have rather had as a product specialist, than Moshi. Words cannot even begin to express my appreciation for his services. He was very punctual, professional, transparent, understanding and genuinely made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. Not to mention, he's very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle systems. As difficult as I was as a first-time buyer, I commend Moshi for patiently working with me on site of the dealership, for hours, without giving up until I was comfortable enough with signing and driving my car off the lot. His dedication truly paid off because I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I arrived pre-approved for a loan and left with a better rate after their finance dept. hooked it up. Even after my purchase, Moshi checked in to see how I was doing with my purchase. Truly cannot express how thankful I am to everyone at this dealership for taking the time to work with me and easing my anxiousness with the process. Seriously though, promote a brotha! I love my new car heat seats steering wheel remote start great pickup my voice calls its a great car for the money only thing I miss is the power drivers seat every thing else is great

just bought my 2026 equinox, not to happy with the snow Ice mode vs having AWD , on thing I would change is getting the AWD that also has a off road package. I am also not happy with not being able to add roof racks after market. Do very much enjoy the added space unlike my 2018 equinox it is definitely bigger and more spacious. gas mileage is good . the interior is very nice and love the heated steering wheel as a standard now. overall I rate my 2026 a 4/5

I'm still learning my jeep but she drives with comfort and ease. It's huge on the inside and I love my sunroof. I couldn't have picked a better jeep for my needs after my total loss of my previous jeep due to a car accident.

I had my CR-V regular maintenance completed this week. Excellent service from start to finish. The bill was higher than I expected but I guess everything costs more nowadays.

This is my first ever review and there’s a reason for it. Chris Krason helped me purchase my first car and the experience me and my husband had was one like no other. I’ve never been to a car dealership without them pressuring me and wasting my time but with Chris, he took his time at explaining the different options without forcing a decision right away. Once I picked the car I wanted, everything took about an hour to sign the papers and walk out with a brand new car. I was pleased and couldn’t recommend this place and Chris enough!!

After my 2023 Lightning (purchased from Fair Oaks) was totaled in an accident, I sent requests to 5 local dealers for bids on last and final price on 8 trucks. I wanted to be able to walk in, write a check (100% cash sale, no trade) for the bid price, no negotiations or up selling. If would happen, I was going to walk out. Fair Oaks was the only dealer that respected my request, others either got into process to ask for me to come in for price, tried calling etc. I was glad they did as I was extremely satisfied with experience with prior purchase. Abraham took lead and completed the task, I walked in, took the truck for a spin around the block and he had all the paperwork to sign off accepting the offer. Terrence in finance (who I worked with on prior purchase) was able to transfer my extended warranty over, no up selling, presented all paperwork to sign, I wrote the check and out the door.

I only go to Schaumburg Honda for my car maintenance. Vito is my guy. He is helpful, thorough and efficient. I have never had a bad experience dealing with Schaumburg Honda

Love my car but Edgar is really the highlight of my car purchase experience! Car was ready for us to test drive as soon as we pulled up. Felt super comfortable with Edgar during the test drive - it felt like we had been friends for many years. The actual car purchase process - could not have gone more smoothly. Nothing was confusing and we felt comfortable with asking Edgar any questions. He was a dream to work with. So great that if I need to purchase another car, I’m checking Volkswagens of Chicagos inventory just to work with Edgar again.

We did a lot of comparison between the F250 and other American made pick up models. In our opinion, the 2026 F250 platinum model offered the best value for our purposes. We are very pleased so far.

Service team thorough and helpful. Efficient check in and updates provided throughout the service. Nice to be able to select the service person when setting the appointment.

Frank was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and also scheduling the service appointment, ordering parts and everything was covered under warranty with the Minimum deductible.
