My wife and I retired and moved from IL to Calvert City, KY to be closer to our grandkids. Both of our Hondas had recalls, so we found that Watermark Honda was the closest to our new home. Tyler and Amanda in service were awesome, and took care of our Odyssey recall quickly. Happened to ask Matt the Bus. Mgr. if any “gently used” Ridgelines come in and he said it’s rare, but he would give my phone # to sales and call me if anything came in. Within two days Kyle called me and said that one came in and it’s definitely worth taking a look at. We ended up trading my wife’s 2017 Pilot EX for a 2023 Ridgeline RTL. I’m 70 yrs old and have purchased many vehicles, but I must say that this was the easiest and smoothest vehicle purchase that I’ve ever experienced! Corey the sales mgr and Kyle our sales associate were awesome. So far very impressed with Watermark Honda! We will be bringing our Odyssey and our Ridgeline in for service.
