My overall experience with Neil Huffman has been OK. They haven't done anything to make them stand above the rest nor any worse. One gripe that I have with all dealerships though is the time it takes to complete the sale. It took over 2 hours from the time we agreed on the price for the new vehicle until we started signing the paperwork. Again that's pretty common with buying a car but still excessive. My daughter also had already bought a used VW from Neil Huffman and had an issue with it on day one. The issue was that the Engine Oil level low light came on. They told her that the sensor needed to be reset and everything was OK. Shortly after leaving the dealership the light returned. I checked the oil level and found that it was in fact low (has the light indicated). The car was serviced and she has not had an issue since. I have a few maintenance visits for the car that I bought so I'll see how it goes, but for now I'm not to impressed with them from that prospective.

I purchased a new Mazda CX-50 over Easter weekend and working with Will Platts was a great experience from start to finish! He had both vehicles I was interested in ready to go when I arrived and gave me the space to look through them without any pressure. During the test drive, he was informative and super patient with my two children backseat driving. Throughout the entire process, he stayed low-pressure, listened to what I was looking for, and made everything feel easy. He set clear expectations when we asked about the financing process, which ended up being smooth and straightforward. Before I left, he took the time to go over all the features and settings with me, which I really appreciated coming from a 2013 Mazda. He even followed up a week later to check in and see if I had any questions. Had roadside assistance bring car in for what I assumed was a warranty related issue since the car has only 12k miles but it ended up being a damaged radiator. Cam was incredibly helpful in setting me up with a rental for the night and the service tech who started the repair late Thursday came in on his day off to finish the repair. I wasn?t thrilled with such a bill on a relatively new car, but Cam?s exemplary service resulted in a great service experience.
