I was just in for service today for my 2025 pilot my 2 nd oil change only even though I have visited the service dept a few times before Anthony is usually my go to guy. today Anthony wasn't there I had the pleasure to have Alonzo Carrillo what a great young man I let him know what I was in for He explained everything to me about my codes and what I would need today Very Knowledgeable did not try to push other services on me like most other service departments would ( I came from Hyundai the worst service dept ever in my 70 years of living) it's such a pleasure coming to your service department You should be proud of the job Alonzo and Anthony are doing their. Alonzo went above and beyond today helping me And I want him to be. acknowledge for such a wonderful job he did. I'm a retired police officer and a Vietnam veteran and it was a pleasure dealing with him today. I also had the 10% off coupon from the coupon book I received when I bought my car. He made sure to give me the discount and told me to hold onto the coupon for next time. THANK YOU ALONZO you know how to treat a customer and to keep them coming back.I sent another friend over to your service department from new Lennox. He wasn't happy with his service department. Oakes Kia had a 2024 Mustang GT with all the options I was looking for. I have been in automotive sales and sales management for 6 years. So I am incredibly critical when on this side of the transaction. That being said this was the best car buying experience I have had in my life and its not even close. Blake Reynolds was my salesperson and he was amazing. Responded to all my questions promptly and with enthusiasm. Sent me a great video of the car before my arrival. Had it cleaned and full of gas when I got there. He had me geniuinely excited to do business with them. Blake and his manager Christian were very transparent and fair during negotiations. I geniunely feel like I got a great deal. Since I am in the business I am very familiar with vehicle values, so not only do I feel like I got a great deal, I actually know I got a great deal so if you're considering shopping here I can tell you it is most likely a great deal! They are a volume dealer so they don't try to make much money per client. That is great for the client lol. This is absolutely the place to buy your next car and if you really want to have a great time while doing it ask for Blake!
