Honda of Cleveland HeightsReviews
Honda of Cleveland Heights review
Was hands down the smoothest process I’ve been through at any dealership and I’ve been to many. I worked with Michael Dorony as my sales consultant. Very nice, friendly, down to earth guy. From the second I walked in he greeted me with a smile. We took a test drive and was very helpful and thorough with showing me everything I needed to know. Got back and started gathering my info, plugging numbers. It’s rare to see anymore but a very honest upfront dealership. Not trying to scam you into a higher payment no manipulation etc. That is Very very hard to find. He took me down to show me the service department extremely clean and orderly compared to others I’ve seen cannot recommend this dealership enough from the people to the honesty this is where you want to be. Cannot thank Michael more for his help and was fortunate to work with him. Anthony in finance was also very warm and welcoming and made the process quick and effortless.

I ended up buying a 2021 Kia Sorento! The team did an amazing job of making it the easiest car buying experience and helping me find a car of my dreams! Thanks John, Steve and Chris!
2022 Nissan Kicks review
I have the SR model which is nice and sporty looking but as I knew before purchasing it is under powered. I am disappointed in the 12 gallon fuel tank. Even though it does get around 30 miles per gallon in the city I still feel like I'm spending way too much time at gas stations. The pump cuts off at 10 gallons and I have to SLOWLY pack the other 2 gallons in. No power seats and on power rear hatch. Just the right size for grandparents. A lot of nice options and I love the adaptive cruse control. No heat or AC vents in the back seat, could be a problem if carrying passengers. Seat material seems to be hard to clean and attracts lint. The auto headlight dimmer works good and is very handy.

Castle Chevrolet of Villa Park review
A++ service. My buying experience was absolutely amazing. I haven’t bought a new car in over 18 years so I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but definitely was not disappointed. Castle Chevrolet of villa park is a great place to purchase a new car if you have been searching. My salesman was Daniel and I can not say enough good things about him. He made me feel right at home and made the whole process flawless. He was so knowledgeable on his fleet of trucks and you can tell he really has a passion for his career. I’m really enjoying my new truck and so happy I went with this dealership. Great job Daniel and Castle Chevrolet of villa park team!!! I can’t say thank you enough. No more waiting go visit ASAP!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to take a moment to share how truly impressed I was with my recent car purchase experience at Kia. Andre Starks professionalism and attention to detail were evident, and I felt supported throughout the process Andre Starks (New Car Sales Manager) went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled smoothly, making what can often be a stressful process feel easy. Andre was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions. His ability to listen carefully and provide clear guidance made a huge difference. Andre is a true gem—someone who genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. He is without question a tremendous asset to the company. His presence gives us confidence that Kia values its customers and is committed to excellence. Thank you again to Andre for making this such a positive experience.

Good quality car. After so many long trips I enjoyed any time with my family, ex. Medellín to Guajira more or less 1000 KMS ~ 600 miles. It is an Mt Advance version and does not have as many technical assistants. But it is a city car, don't expect too much. it doesn't have much strength

Don Wood Ford LincolnReviews
Don Wood Ford Lincoln review
My salesman Noah was very nice and took the time to go over the features of the Ford Maverick Lobo with me prior to our going on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I never felt pressured at any time from my inital visit to my return visit when I made the actual purchase and I appreciated that as I have been in the past from a couple of other dealerships I had dealt with. The finance department made that process stress free as well by explaining my options clearly and then working with me to get my payment in the range I needed. Bryan Wilcox

Prescott Valley KiaReviews
Prescott Valley Kia review
We had an absolutely wonderful car-buying experience at Prescott Valley Kia. I was honestly dreading the process because of past experiences with pushy salespeople, but this visit completely changed my perspective. Randall greeted us at the door with a warm, welcoming attitude and made us feel comfortable right away. He walked us through all of our available options without ever pressuring or rushing us. At no point did we feel pushed into making a decision. He took the time to answer every question, carefully compare leasing versus buying, and patiently adjust the numbers as many times as we asked. He remained kind and professional throughout and never made us feel like a burden. One thing we especially appreciated was that he consistently gave us space and privacy to talk things over whenever we needed to discuss features or pricing. The entire process felt positive, informative, and completely pressure-free. I can’t say enough great things about Randall, Jason, and Anthony, the whole PV Kia team took excellent care of us. We’re thrilled with our new Kia and highly recommend buying your next vehicle here, and definitely ask for Randall!
