I emailed them with a question about a vehicle in stock and they responded very quickly with the info I requested. They were straight forward with the response and did not attempt to "sell" me on anything.
I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in). Shout out to @chestertonnissan for bring my civic back to life! Tree branch went through the front radiator during a storm last week and I unknowningly drove it on a 90 degree day and melting all the engine snd stuff
Luckily there team are amazing and reinstalled a new motor from scratch.anyone that drives or works on foreigner cars knows how difficult it is due to the tight spaces and specialized tools to get the job done. The team did amazing tho! Definitely check them out if you ever need work done! Great job guys!thank you!

Josh the salesman was upfront and truthful about vehicle. Jim(owner) honored deal with handshake and stood by his word. This is very rare!! I will keep doing business with Champion Motorsports.. I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
Frank was a friendly, approachable and knowledgeable guy with a sense of humor. We spent the entire day with him, and ended up with a great car. Going through the Costco program helped get our price down from the start.
I’ve recently purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Camaro from this dealership and the car came as it said by them and on the website..... clean car .... I love the car, and it’s a joy for me to drive it everyday and see it out on the driveway when I wake up. By far one of the best experience I’ve had purchasing the car and the process of purchasing it was quick! Best dealership that I know of and I will go to them for future vehicles.
