AUTUMN C - Welcoming, Courteous, Professional and No Pressure! As much as was eager to buy a new truck I was dreading having to deal with the sales person that hypes everything up, tries to make a sell ant all cost and can’t take no for an answer. I decided to go to Twin Pine Ford and bypass all the local dealerships because the truck they had checked one box on my list more than the local dealers. I didn’t reach out to them in advance and we were connected with Autumn to be our salesperson. Right from the start Autumn was very welcoming, courteous and professional. She set out to understand what I was looking for so I informed her of the 2 trucks that I was interested in. She collected the keys and we walked out to the lot and she left us start them walk around and do our full inspection while she went off to the side and left us comfortably examine the trucks. I basically narrowed my decision to one and she brought the truck around for us to test drive. My wife and I drove the truck around and liked it so we bought it. Autumn was very thorough showing us there was no outstanding recall and the history of the truck. At no time was there any sales experience that I was so much not looking forward to. There was zero pressure to make a decision to buy a vehicle. I would highly recommend that you visit Twin Pine Ford if they have something you’re looking for or even if you’re just not sure what you’re looking for and if you do ask for Autumn!!!

Interior is nice in this truck, tons of storage which I need. Electronics are nice, but the NAV system definitely needs an update. Super comfortable and handles well. Gas mileage is what's expected but already 4mpg better than my old truck.

First visit to Spitzer GMC in Dubois, and we were not disappointed. Despite flaws with paper work due to computer issues, everything was completed in a timely manner. So I finally retired my 2002 Duramax after 16 years of great service. What to get? As I’ve gotten older, my towing needs have been reduced as I’ve downsized my campers. Over time I went from large 5th wheels to our current 35’ drag behind which weighs just over 9,000lbs loaded. Since the wife was starting to complain about the rough ride of our 3/4 ton HD truck, I started looking at 1/2 ton since there were many configurations that should accommodate our weight. As I started to do my research, my conclusion was that a 35’ sail behind a 1/2 ton truck was not a good idea, primarily because most of these trucks have gotten lighter over the years. And simple physics will tell you that you want some weight in the truck to haul a large camper. Well that, and the very best weight distributing anti sway hitch you can afford. One truck intrigued me, though. The Nissan Titan XD had added weight, primarily by building a stouter frame and adding heavy duty brakes. Once I started looking more closely, it was also an attractive piece of machinery. Most important, my wife was happy with the ride. Although they offered a Cummings diesel, I was looking gas, primarily because this is my daily driver, and many short trips are just not what diesel is built for. Looking at reviews on YouTube, a straight comparison of this truck in gas vs. diesel proved that the gas engine was up to the task, in fact it out pulled the diesel on the Ike in Colorado. Check it out, So I went all the way out to Texas from SC to buy one, with low miles and plenty of warranty left. (Starting in 2017, it’s bumper to bumper 5 years and 100,000 miles, nice). Had a nice 1,300 mile check out ride home, and it was a very comfortable large touring vehicle. I was impressed. However, it needed a towing test. Well, we had scheduled a 4 day trip to a campground I Georgia prior to buying, so I got the chance pretty quickly. Having read all about towing with gas vs. diesel, I was frankly amazed at how well this thing handled my trailer. Sure, I knew the trailer was there, but no more so than it was behind my Duramax. We had hills on the interstate and on secondary roads, and yes, it shifted more, but I never saw anything near the red line as it downshifted. In fact, either down or up shifts ever got close to 4,000 rpm and my overall mpg was between 8 and 9 as I expected. So I was a happy camper. Still am, by the way. This is a gorgeous truck, I opted for some of the bells and whistles, but not all. Saved 500lbs on payload getting a gasser, and am saving at the pump every week. So, so far, so good, will update if that changes.

Bought a used 2020 Nissan Titan XD Platinum Reserve with 34,000 miles a month ago. Beautiful, comfortable, luxurious and powerful. Sold my 2003 dually, then got this. The XD will haul and tow everything I need.

It’s got a 3/4 ton chassis in a 1/2 ton market. Plenty of muscle to pull what ever I need towed. I wish Nissan would partner with Cummings again. Overall Valve has really worked for us. One final plus, this big truck is garageable.

The Titan XD is a great truck for buyers who need a 3/4 ton truck that has the price and handling of a 1/2 ton truck. It has plenty of power with the Cummins motor and is a joy to drive. Much smoother than my previous 1/2 ton truck.

Great truck. Real road warrior. For a heavy duty truck the ride is very comfortable. Nissan is real conservative in their towing numbers but our Pro4X has hauled 3200 lbs in the bedwith no problem. We towed 10k lbs with no problem. Really love our XD.

The dealer called me back the next day, but we did not continue with the conversation since the cost to get the car from Nashville to New York was not acceptable.

Great value good gas mileage one of the best pickups I've ever owned. I would highly recommend to everyone. It gets better gas mileage smoother ride and is better pick up thn the Ford that I owned.

Love everything about this truck so far. Bought it after we got the 8th safety recall on our 2014 Ram diesel as well as a ECM failure. Getting 16.7 mpg driving mixed city and highway while empty. Pulls our 7000 pound 5th wheel just as well at the same 10 mpg. Kept the Ram in case the XD wasn’t up to the task. Putting it up for sale. Don’t understand reviews that call the 5.0 Cummins slow. While not as quick as the new diesel Fords I have driven it is quicker than my Ram with its 3.42 rear axle. The 5.0 Cummins is also quieter than the 6.7 Cummins.

I love this truck!! I drive a lot and the diesel is quiet and smooth. Sad they are discontinued in 2020 so I got the 2019! Had the 2016 and I loved it too. Will enjoy for several years!

Wow, that’s the first word out of my mouth when I walked into the service department. I took my 2017 maxima to all star Nissan Juban crossing in Denham to have some work done. Not knowing that this place would blow my mind. The waiting room it’s so inviting and comfortable. I love the large glass window that allows you to see the inside of the service department. But if you take the physical building out of the picture, wow what I received in the service department was amazing. You never have a second chance to make a first impression and my first impression was amazing, customer service like no other , friendly, helpful or only a few words that I can use to describe the employees I came in contact with in the service department. Mary and Jennifer the two service writers we’re very engaging and extremely friendly.The service manger Todd , came out and introduce himself and asked if I was taken care of and genuinely seem to care about my visit. My visit was not to purchase a car but because of my experience in the service department you guys would be my place to shop. Bought new, traveled to Tennessee from Ohio to purchase it, no deals in my area. Traded my 2016 Ram 2500 that I had owned since new. There were no Ram deals either on 2500’s, so I chose to go a different path after owning 2 new Rams back to back. So far I am very happy with this purchase, now that I have gotten over the separation anxiety of living with a Ram for the last 13 years. And it had a great warranty. Sad that they are no longer manufacturing them!
