From my two visits to test drive and purchase, very smooth transaction. He treated me like family. Taryn and Todd were also very helpful. Nissan makes some great affordable vehicles. So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I can’t say enough good things about Modern Nissan and Gil Bracy. From the sales, finance, service depts etc., everyone was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I bought a 2019 Rogue from Gil and he was so great to work with I just traded in and bought a 2025 Rogue from Gil, he’s is honest, explains everything about your new vehicle and if you have any questions he is happy to help even after your purchase! This dealership is honestly the best I’ve been too!!

I’m very happy with my 2023 Nissan Rogue. It’s smooth, efficient, and has a sleek design. The cabin is spacious and packed with helpful features. It feels safe and reliable every time I’m behind the wheel. It’s a great all-around SUV.

I took my 2018 Forester in for state inspection and checkout of steering vibration. The checkout indicated the control arm bushings were bad causing the vibration. Due to this the inspection couldn't be completed. The parts to fix were not on-hand and couldn't be obtained for several days (due to Thanksgiving holidays). When the parts came in they called and an appointment was set up to repair. Since the 90K service was also nearly due, I asked about doing that as well. They arranged for that and since all this would take so long I was supplied with a loaner (a 2022 Forester). I was able to take care of several errands and have lunch before my car was ready. I picked up my car with all repairs, service, and inspections completed. The service manager worked with me to accomadate my schedule in the most hospitable manner. Absolutely the best for timely, quality auto service that I can trust was done right. Also, the cost of the bushing replacement was covered under the extended warranty (less the $100 deductable).

This my 4th Nissan Rogue, and it's the only car I'll buy. I have NEVER had any problems with it, or any that I have owned. I have taken trips across country with it, with great gas mileage and comfortable to drive. It handles well, has plenty of get up and go, easy on the wallet, and very reliable.

I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

Also worked with Cat to schedule that appointment and she was also a pleasure to work with. The timing estimate is to when the car would be ready was right on the money. And Cole came looking for me to tell me that I can come and pick up the car. Same fantastic service as for my first one. Very proud to be a client of Scott Clark Nissan.

I love driving my new Pathfinder. It drives well and I feel safe in it. The seats are very comfortable. I love the all black on the exterior. This is my first Nissan and I would recommend this vehicle to others.

It was AMAZING, I just remember the first time i sat in this thing and it was like LEATHER SEATS AND STUFF! Let?s be honest, car dealerships suck. The process is long, the sales people are pushy, the follow up service people typically suck? right? NOT HERE. Something about the culture here is just different. They?re friendly, transparent, helpful and overall a fantastic dealership. I drive 1.5 hours one-way to have my vehicle serviced by them, even after my maintenance plan expired, because they?re THAT great! I had a bad day once, and took it out in the service rep. when my appointment ran longer than I anticipated, despite being warned of the extended wait.. Not my proudest moment, but the way they handled me was top notch. I apologized for being a brat by the end, and THANKED THEM for not only putting up with my non-sense, but ensuring I still had a great visit when I was less than pleasant. Please hear me when I say, this dealership is like no other. I love it here. D.Bacon is the kindest sales man, who works out the best deal FOR YOU. If you ever get your vehicle serviced here, all the reps are phenomenal, but Erik is TOP TIER. Thank you East Charlotte Nissan. Bought my 23 Pathfinder Platinum in December of 22 she has 16 k on her and I'm extremely pleased with this overall package. Highly recommend buying one.

We went to the dealership to look at a used Gennisis sedan with only 25000 miles on it. After looking at the car we decided against it and began looking at the new flagship from Toyota. We purchased a 24 Crown, what a car. We had it for about 15 months now. No problems with it. The people we worked with were all very nice and pleasant. We've had the car serviced 1 time after about a year. The service people are nice as well. The one thing we are dissatisfied with is the navigation system. It shut off after a year and you have to purchase a subscription at a minimum of 15$ a month. We planned for this to be our last car purchase as we are seniors. So over the years it's going to cost us a few thousand dollars if we want navigation in our almost 60,000$ car. Boo Toyota, the top of the line should have a permanent navigation system. In comparison we have an 2017 Accura MDX that has a navigation system that doesn't require a on going subscription. I'm not sure if other Toyota models navigation system shuts down after a year but if they do the sales people should provide that info up front.

I bought a 2023 Rock Creek Pathfinder and absolutely love it. It is a comfortable highway cruiser and I routinely get 24-26 mpg even combined. I am the most impressed with its off road capability-yes I wish it had skid plates rather than “underbody cladding” and more ground clearance but the 4x4i is very capable and the camera system is great. I have climbed up some very rough trails in Conrad Weiser State Forest (PA) with no issue-the brake based torque vectoring is extremely effective and combined with the tires this vehicles will go places most crossovers won’t. The roof rack is also great and to the contrary of some other reviews I have seen, I have had zero issue with finding racks that fit (Thule Canyon fits great, as do Kuat Kayak Racks). I also enjoy the towing capacity of 6k lbs. My only complaints are the steering assist is a little intrusive and the base stereo is adequate at best; it could also use a heated steering wheel. Minors complaints and overall this is a fantastic SUV for those of us who haul the family around but legitimately like to drive some light trails and get to the fishing hole or trailhead. It looks great too. Bravo Nissan!

I am enjoying the vehicle so far. It was used by the General Manager of the dealership before I bought it. It is spacious and comfortable, although the Rock Creek suspension doesn't give as good a ride as my 2018 Pathfinder did. The Android Auto feature is very useful. It gets good gas milage on the highway in the 4WD "ECO" mode, but the shut off/start at lights is noticeable and takes some getting used to. My last Pathfinder was very reliable overall--we'll see about this one, which has more electronics.

A few weeks ago after having some more mechanical issues with my car that I owned for a long time, I decided it was finally time to by a new car. I saw online that this dealership had some very competitive prices for Altima S models so I promptly sent out a request for availability on a particular model and quickly received a call back from the dealership to schedule an appointment. I met with sale rep Kristina Adams on a Saturday morning. She was very friendly, personable, pleasant and straight forward. They offered a pretty good price and the whole buying process went very smoothly. All employees that I encountered were very friendly, professional and pleasant. They tried to get me through the buying process as quickly as possible which I greatly appreciated. Before long I was driving off the lot with a great car which I really enjoy driving each day. Overall it was a very pleasant experience purchasing a car from this dealership and I definitely recommend them to anyone.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

Bought my first Mazda CX 5 last Saturday. It was truly amazing and Quick. Moe Bedwan was the salesperson. I recommend everyone go to Moe. So knowledgeable and friendly. Made my experience very easy. Well I've owned this suv for a little over 8 months In this 8 month period I have drove to British Columbia 3 times Right now currently I have 20000 miles on the car The highest mileage I have ever got with this SUV Going 80 km an hour FOR 10 km 78.2 miles per gallon On average it gets 48 miles to 55 miles per gallon And if there's any skeptics out there I do have pictures of all This

Overall good dealership. Had an initial issue with a brand new truck that eventually got resolved, however in order to do so I had to involve the GM. Service dept is pretty good, but I don’t understand why they don’t wash your car every time?? They literally have their own automated car wash and porters, but don’t make this a normal part of doing business. This is one of the little (easy) things that helps differentiate service at higher end dealerships.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.
