2020 Porsche Macan review
2nd one .. 1st was a 2016 "S" and it was wonderful through 75k miles with wonderful trade in vale.. Next is a 2020 Turbo, and it is a great improvement in performance, though we were never disappointed with the 'S'. Highly recommend to anyone as long as size works. A great mix of performance and SUV. If you can stand smaller, get the 911, and the cabriolet is our recommendation! recent service loaner was a Taycan 4S.... we were very, very impressed but I miss the sound and range!

2023 Porsche Macan review
Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

2020 Porsche Macan review
Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

2023 Porsche Macan review
New to the Porsche family with a 2023, fairly loaded Macan base. I have had the vehicle for a month now without complaints. I have owned 40+ cars in my lifetime including Audi, Benz, and domestics. I live in Chicago and this is the perfect car for the city and my occasional jaunts to Michigan and Wisconsin. The driving experience does not compare to any other car I've owned. Tight, solid, quiet, and a joy to drive. Sure the connection to my iPhone is not working but never had an interest in connecting my car to the phone. For 75k, not bad. Don't need the speed or prestige of a T or GTS. So far, pleased with my purchase, kids love it too!!!

2021 Porsche Macan review
Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

2019 Porsche Macan review
Driving where speed limits are not really important ,having owned 928 ,turbo,gt3,this car is perfect for everyday driving FAST! I like to compare to a nice pair of Italian shoes… Fyi 150 kmh is normal driving and not just in highways !

2018 Porsche Macan review
2018 Macan S CPO .. I’ve owned a lot of cars/trucks over the years, BMW’s, Mercedes, Hondas, Chevy’s, Ford’s, Buicks, etc. and so far this Macan S brings the biggest smile .. stupid fast .. minimal road noise .. fabulous interior .. After looking at various Mustangs for a couple of days, and walking away from a couple of deals because of bogus dealer fees, overpriced vehicles, or mechanical/cosmetic issues, I reached out to Palomino via the cars.Com app. Really didn't have high expectations. Doing research I found they didn't have any ridiculous dealer fees. I was curious but pessimistic. However Dennis reached out to me and I came in after work for a test drive. He had the car out front ready for me. It was super simple, pretty much as soon as I walked in he got a copy of my license, handed me the key,and told me take my time. I looked over the vehicle then drove it. I took it around for a while, on my own (some dealers send the salesman with you on the test drive). When I came back Dennis already had the numbers ready. Very straightforward. The online price was the price. There was a doc fee if $150, an inspection fee of $43, and standard TTL. NO DEALER FEES! The price was fair and the process super easy. No pressure at all. No constant barrage of texts, calls, and emails. I decided to put a deposit down since it was late and come back the next morning with payment. I showed up the next day, the process was about 10 minutes and I was on my way in a very nice, well taken care of 2018 red Ford Mustang convertible. The car was great, the price fair, but what really struck me was how chill Dennis was. I'm pretty sure he wanted to sell me a car, but he was so nice and easy going it was like buying from a friend you have known for years. I would definitely buy here again, and do recommend Palomino motors to anyone looking to get a quality late model vehicle at a fair price. Ask for Dennis, tell him you saw Jason's review.
2021 Porsche Macan review
Looking for a car for a 60 y/o successful, self employed financial executive. Who happens to be my wife. Looking at and test ruding; Lexus RX350, Audi Q5, Lincoln Nautilus, BMW X3 not beibg very impressed with these cars, especially at price point and commonality. Hopped in a Macan at Porsche Dealership, never looked back. Terrific handling and performing vehicle. Style, quality and hugh FUN FACTOR!!! Maybe not as big or roomy as the other vehicles, maybe missing a bit of the "U" in SUV....but after all we're talking about a PORSCHE here, a true high performing sports car by one of the greatest race car manufacturer of all time! Lots of good quality luxury SUVs in this category. But then theres the Porsche Macan in a class by itself. You wont be dissapointed and look forward to getting up every morning to head out for the pure joy of the ride!

This car meets all my needs from business Monday to casual Friday. It is true Porsche design and engineering. The Macan has a spacious backseat and plenty of cargo room for a run to the grocery store or weekend trip to the coast.
