I'm on my third RAM in ten-years. The first two, a 2014 and 2016 did great; but then, about a year later I started having anomalies with sensors/check engine lights that would not reset. Simple stuff like windshield-fluid reservoir empty, or exhaust O2 sensor dirty. New vehicles should not do that. I did not give up on RAM. I've had a 2019 RAM 1500/LongHorn/Crewcab for two-years now. (Knock on wood), 2019 runs great, with no major problems. One of the best things that happened was when RAM 'broke away' from Dodge. I recommend the new generation of RAM from 2019+.

Went in to look for a used car. Salesman was not pushy. Found what I was looking for and immediately walked us out to the car and offered a demo ride. Also offered to get another one I was potentially looking at shipped to local dealer for my review. I did not purchase from them but based on my experience I will definitly go back in the future.

This is a great all-around truck that blends luxury features with a solid truck. With coil suspension on all wheels, it makes for a very soft and comfortable ride, while being able to tow anything you can throw it's way.

Marty was a true car salesmen. He was greeting. He was on time for our appointment that was scheduled. He had the car waiting out front. He was quick with the paperwork. I wish that he would have know more about the incentives and had more knowledge about rebates and other ways to save money on the purchase price. I wish that he had also tried to throw in more things into the car like all season rubber mats or anything like that. I would recommend this dealer.

Love my truck, interior and exterior. Would not give up the suspension, and comfortable ride. Yes with gas prices now it does take more $$ to fill up but it's still a better ride than any other car I have owned.

In 2015 we negotiated a new outback purchase and trade in completely by phone, sight unseen. agreement turned out to be EXACTLY what was promised, no bait and switch. Customer service is definitely performed at this dealership. Recently purchased a car from them. I was trading in a car that had a lot of mechanical issues pending and unfortunately I hastily made a decision to buy a car that I really didn't like after driving it a week. I called Fernando with this woe and he and Ken Champagne were able to put me in something I truly love. Bottom line....they listened to me and what I wanted and were able to acquire another car within a week or so! I'd like to think I was the only person they were dealing with because of the superior service in finding another car. Thank you Ken and Fernando for listening to my needs in a car and then finding one! In this day of disappearing Customer Service it's nice to know you are still making it happen.

O’Neill's Chevy and Buick dealership made our recent company car purchase very easy. We were presented with an affordable/reasonable sales price. Their staff was well informed and efficient. O'Neill's delivered the paperwork for signature. Three days after initial contact, the car was delivered. No need to step into their facility.

My Jeep Liberty was brought there by the dealer I bought it from for repair of a coolant pressure problem , they had been working on it prior to the fire they had in the service dept and parts of it were in the fire, they were able to put a replacement engine in it and now it’s back on the road, thanks to Leo and Jen and the guys in the service dept for their effort with the main building gone they are working out of small garages and trailers on the property, not the most ideal conditions but they got it done !

I spent 2 days at Blasiusof Bristol, and I feel they dealt with me very fairly. They were welcoming, and provided a good deal on the car I wanted. When it turned out we both misunderstood the capabilities of the car, the first electric car any of us had dealt with, and my spouse, dog and I were effectively stranded at the dealership several hours from home, they were willing to trade me for a Honda Civic that got us all home at a very fair price. I trust the people at Blasius of Bristol to do the right thing, even if it is inconvenient. They did so for me.
