Everything was good from the sales to environment, only thing is I’m missing a floor mat and when I asked to get one sent to me I never got one or got any word that I will be getting one back. Seems after the sale they are not as responsive to the issues, overall still a solid place to get a vehicle.

I have the Tungsten trim level and it’s the ultimate luxury pickup truck! The only thing I would recommend is to have a rear seat zone heating and air conditioning system. There is not enough air flow in the rear seating.

Castle Rock Chevrolet GMCReviews
Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC review
This review is for the service department- especially Noah Hernandez (but also for Michael). We recently brought our 2018 GMC Acadia down for oil charge and asked them to look at the AC system as it had been struggling in the recent heat wave.A few other items were discovered during the process that would’ve added up to around $6000 out of pocket if we hadn’t had a warranty in place.Originally Michael was helping us but handed us off to Noah as he had a family emergency pop up. Noah was outstanding in handling our service and especially in dealing with our newly acquired extended warranty policy. He got our claim going and was very communicative with us and also with the warranty group. I’m sure we were kind of annoying sometimes but he took it all in stride and explained and handled everything. Thanks for all your help, Noah!

CarMax Sacramento/Roseville review
Brent Robken offered a great buying experience. I have purchased many cars but this had to be the best purchase ever. Brent made everything easy to understand and I'm sure that I wouldn't have purchased this car if not for him. I would highly recommend Brent Robken to anyone looking for a car.

Mazzei ChevroletReviews
Mazzei Chevrolet review
I found the best price on a Chevy Bolt with low miles. While the car wasn’t perfect, it was in good condition. The staff was friendly and attentive. Tony assisted us and made himself available by email and text, was very responsive and accommodating. No, they do not allow. Negotiation on their used car prices, but it wasn’t needed. The other reviews harping on that fact shoe the arrogance and entitlement some consumers have despite Their prices being more than fair. If a good product at a great price is delivered, why would you insult someone with a lower price? Have some respect. Only complaint was the cheap tires they put on the car. Horrible. But I expected a corner or two to be cut for the price I paid and for home delivery.

Nick Chapman and Erik Brown were excellent to work with. They are both friendly and professional. They made sure I got the payment and the vehicle I wanted. I would definitely use Nick Chapman for my next vehicle purchase!
2025 RAM 1500 review
I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

Pedder Chrysler Dodge Ram + Jeep review
I got my truck last year from them and it was seamless, I expressed I would encourage my sister to purchase from here when the time came. That time came last week, after a few test drives at other dealerships, I kept insisting, let’s just get out there and see how awesome they will be with you as they were with me. Nothing changed, they let her test drive the vehicles of interest and went thru steps to get the deal she wanted. Pedder Group works for their customers. Niko, was her sakes rep and served us with southern hospitality we missed. I’ll recommend them to everyone I know looking for their dream bucle that both my sister and I now have. Thank you Pedder Group!!!

The I-6 does pretty good on fuel. Averages around 20 to 21. Rides very well. Seems to do ok pulling a boat, the fuel milage does drop to around 16 though.
