Jeff is an exception to the car purching Salesperson, very patient, knowledgeable of his various models and goes beyond customer satisfaction in all aspects customer service. Just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee here, It was probably the best buying experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. They are quick, don't make you wait around long hours and the kindest people work here. I had Consatine as my salesmen and he was awesome! He didn't rush me while cleaning out my car and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the response from the banks. The cars here are pristine, I was so happy to come here after seeing horrible cars from other dealers. Consatine was also awesome with helping make sure I got into the car I truly wanted and was patient with me when I kept asking to see other vehicles.

Encouraging and friendly initial sales contact. No pressure during the test drive as the potential buyer is allowed to drive the car without the sales representative. However the sales approach heats up shortly after returning from the test drive and the negotiations are anything but low key. The tag team approach is employed after the first sales estimate was refused. I appreciated the sales representative attempts to lower the monthly payment but not the accompanying pressure to close the deal. As the evening progressed it was also not possible to fully inspect the car before driving it off the lot and there were a few nicks and scratches that were visible in my driveway the next morning. However I realize it is a used car and as such will not be perfect. The staffs approach upon arriving at the show room is out going and friendly but it quickly changed to a shark attack once I showed any interest in the car. They have a very nice facility with lots of excellent and well maintained vehicles to offer the public and competitive prices.
My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that we still had 3 lease payments to make on our Altima. We were greeted By Sales Associate Tim Kaplan, He asked what our intentions were & explained our options in depth. He was very patient & very knowledgeable in regard to the Rogue models as well as the amenities & trim levels that were available. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour looking for a vehicle and then test driving one. We did not expect to take a Rogue home that night, however after negotiating with Tim and then with the store manager Tyler Forzani getting involved, we decided to lease our vehicle that night. A very nice experience and both Tim & Tyler were wonderful to deal with. I did not get involved in the financing portion of the transaction as my wife handled that part. However, she said that the finance manager Pete S. was very friendly and helpful while explaining all of the transaction details also. While I waited for the vehicle to be readied for delivery I spent time chatting with another very friendly sales associate Charlie Gheya. All were concerned with our needs and very professional ; all around nice guys. Would purchase here again. Thanks Guys !!! Al T.

This was the first vehicle I ever purchased at a dealership. I did not know what to expect and had no idea what the process consisted of. I walked in and was instantly given a warm greeting by one of the salesmen, Phillip Binford. We sat down and discussed what was in my budget. I had many questions about the vehicles, payments, and how the car buying process actually works. Phillip took the time to answer each question with as much detail as possible and and was not the least bit annoyed no matter how dumb my question was. I recommend World Jeep, especially Phillip Binford, to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle. When it is time for another car, I know exactly where/who I am going to see.
Through the process of searching for a vehicle, I had become very disheartened and disappointed in the experience. That is, until I met Joe from DeCozen Jeep Dodge. He was respectful of my time, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He took an experience that I had started to dislike more than the dentist and made it fun and pleasant.
The guys were really friendly and not too pushy like certain salespeople are to get a successful deal. I appreciate the customer service and the patience of the sales people. I would recommend anyone looking for a good deal to visit AutoHolding 46 and find a car.
