2021 RAM 2500 review
Looked around for an HD truck and settled on a Tradesman with the 6.4 Hemi. Only have 1k miles on it, but so far so good. Waaayy quieter than my F150 I traded. Also smoother than I expected from a 3/4 ton 4x4. Even though it is a lower model the interior is very nice. So far I'm very happy with my new Ram.

Started the process online and was promptly put in contact with a real person; Jamie. I explained to her exactly what I was looking for on a Saturday and she had it ready for me when I arrived a few days later. The initial information gathering and paperwork was seamless and even though I was very familiar with the truck she was very knowledgeable and helpful. The appraisal was straightforward and the price was fair. The deal on the new truck was in line with their advertised price; no bait and switch. Finance was a breeze with no hard sell tactics for add ons, but, I will say my finance person worked hard and got me a very good deal on a Mopar warranty that suited my needs. The truck was delivered spotless with a full tank and it was about 3 hours, start to finish. The follow-up after the sale was very thorough but not excessive and met all my needs. The overall experience was excellent. It was my second purchase from AutoNation RAM in Colorado Springs and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

2021 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. It pulls my ‘26 foot toy hauler trailer like it was nothing. I can recommend this truck for anything you might want to pull. See Bret Davis for a deal on your new Ram.

We found that we were both from the same home town so we discussed lots of topics. The entire paperwork process was quick, smooth, and very detailed about everything I was signing for. While visiting our daughter from out of town my husband was looking for a truck. With two days remaining before we were to leave to come back to NE my husband found a truck at Car Mart that checked all the boxes. He spoke with Jimmy and confirmed some information and we went for a test drive. There was a little rotor noise and the two rear tires were quite worn. When we let Jimmy know about those concerns he had it pulled into their shop, they fixed the rotor and put two new tires on the vehicle on the spot. We bought it and our real "test drive" was our 1200 mile return trip to Nebraska. Our experience was wonderful and I would recommend CarMart, and Jimmy in particular to anyone shopping in the Manassas area.
2021 RAM 2500 review
Needed a 2500 with Diesel towing power. So far this truck has lived up to all of my expectations... comfort, performance and style all meet my expectations thus far.
