2021 RAM 3500 review
Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

My boyfriend bought me a car for my birthday. Well first we had gone to huffines Chevy in Plano where we had purchased a used trailblazer. When test driving we didn?t hear any issues with the car. Not even 30 minutes after having the car I noticed a rattling noise. The very next business day I messaged our salesman and he had us take the car to the service department where they had it for 3 days and then said the turbo was out in it. Not sure how it was missed on the Chevy inspection, they put us in a loaner and then 5 days later said the part was on back order but should only be another week. Got a phone call a week later saying it was going to be 4-6 weeks before they might have the part in. They had a 3 business day/200 mile cool off period. We wanted out but they were then going to put us in a newer used car with less miles the day we were going o look at it the called and told us legally they could not sell it, the owners they got it from on trade in had totaled the vehicle but had paid cash for repairs at that point I was so mad and we were done and walked away. I had forgotten that a family friend rusty McDonald worked at elderado so I called him up and told him our situation. We went into the dealership on a friday evening. Rusty then had Landon help us out. Their goal was if we could get into a new vehicle that?s what they were going to do. My boyfriend had said well if it works out I might trade my truck in as well, Landon was made aware that we were looking for me a car so Landon said yall primarily came for her so let?s get her deal done and then we can look at yours (my boyfriend). We told Landon what we wanted our payments to be. We never felt pressured into anything. Everyone was so nice at the dealership and we did get a brand new 2026 Chevy trax. I tell everyone if they are looking for a new vehicle to go to elderado Chevy and they will be well taken care of. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you for turning a really bad car experience into a pleasant one and made us very satisfied customers.

What a great dealership! After being mislead at another local dealership (drove 2 hours to get to this one, rhymes with tow), I called to see if another vehicle was still available. To my luck, Brandon with Rusty Drewing Toyota answered and was nothing but exceptional during our visit! He quickly got me a response and made sure the vehicle was ready as I was pulling in. We ended up driving this vehicle home that same day because of Brandon and his EXCELLENT customer service and overall great experience at this dealership! Usually you get the overly sales pitched, on top of you, annoying and usually somewhat dishonest sales person at a car dealership, not at Rusty's! You will be treated like family! Offered, drinks, snacks, a play area for kids and down right honest conversations, where you know you get a fair trade, and a quality vehicle at a price you can achieve! Brandon did nothing but process this deal quickly (which I appreciated with two young kids under five and the hubby not with me that day), honestly and openly tell me about pricing and financing options, offered us a great vehicle and made it an easy process! He even has the best marketing, leaving you lots of his fun stickers so you know who to call and who to refer, which I have been doing since buying from Brandon at Rusty's! Our finance associate was also FANTASTIC! He was quick and kind in explaining details and options and made the process easy too! To top it off, during that time, they offered our family a trip to their "candy store and ice cream" at the dealership, helping to keep my kiddos and myself happy during a process that does take a little time. After finishing things up we were gifted a nice wine bottle and some more of Brandon's personal goodies (snow scrapper, car koozies, etc.)! I have never felt more VIP at a dealership! I wish we lived closer so I could service all my vehicles through this dealership. It's really like none other! You'll need to find my guy Brandon because he's the BEST! He'll take care of you like family and keep the process enjoyable and light hearted too! She does a great job. This time was a fluky thing. The only key we had was lost and we had to get a new set of keys. A frustrating situation was made easier with help from Colonial and Kimberly.

Wanted to leave a review of my experience which I rarely do, but I was impressed by the time/respce my salesman gave to me. My son’s car engine blew up on the way to college. I’ve been looking for a “new” used car for him. Stopped in the dealership and spoke with Kyle. He was great. He listened to what I was looking for and looked for product in my range but also, knowing this car has to get through college and beyond, he took some time to provide some additional options that I did not think of. He was professional but not pushy which I appreciated. I listed the Ford Fusion as that is what my son was driving but we looked at several brands and the pros/cons. He did not make me feel “dumb” as a single woman looking for a car. I will be back to purchase once I get my finances/insurance in place. I appreciated being treated with respect and all of the options I was given. Great dealership - would recommend Performance and Kyle! I’ll be back! :)
