Have been eyeing a cupple on the lot .....got all im looking for.....just have not been able to get to see and test drive yet.....they have not pressured me for info or sales ..if they have what im looking for at the right time....i will follow up and continue the process...
The entire process was flawless and great. Beginning with Angela my first contact, to Bob, the salesman and finishing with Angel. Everyone was professional and very friendly. Bob's knowledge of the car on the test drive only made me more eager to purchase the vehicle.
This was our second time purchasing a vehicle at Roberts. Both times we worked with Josh (Internet sales). He was amazing! Very low pressure and we had the deal done before we ever stepped foot in the dealership. The financing went super fast and we were in and out in less then a half hour! That is how all car buying should be!

Went in on thursday spoke to dominick explained to him what i wanted and how much i was willing to pay he showed me the perfect vechicle i told him i would be back that saturday, i ended up going back friday morning told him i was on my way to work i would sign the paperwork to get the process started and if he could meet my requirements to give me a call, he called me 2 hours later with excatly what i wanted to hear told me come in at noon on saturday and the truck would be ready for me, i showed up around 11:30 and by 1pm i was driving off the lot with my 2018 ram 1500, this was by far the fastest and easiest car purchase i ever made, they have gained a customer for life
Josh was very quick to respond to my emailed inquiry related to whether a truck they had was still available. Ultimately I ended up purchasing a truck from another dealer I had visited earlier the same day.
Mr. Salmon, a.k.a. Fish, listened to us and met our needs from the beginning and throughout the shopping and buying process. Also, kudos to the dealership: We felt a sense of community among the entire staff in that if Mr. Salmon wasn't there when we stopped by (which we did several times), someone was always available to us. Fish allowed us all the time and information we needed to make a decision. We liked that.
Mike Kowalski and the general manager Paul were relaxed, friendly and professional. Mike also was dependable in resolving a minor issue. ( Not all preowned places are. ) Very happy with the car. They actually pre-service all their cars with any needed maintenance repairs ( ours needed new brakes ), rather than just sell as-is. A 3000 mile dependable warranty distinguishes this servicing benefit, and makes the purchase a more reliable and comfortable one.
Kenny was my salesperson and he worked quickly with me to get me into a car after I had a bad car accident. I had a great experience the first time I bought there and so it was natural to see what they had this time; and it was my dream car. I went up on a Monday and drove off on a Thursday. This is a very honest dealership with professional salespeople and managers. They stand by their vehicles and their prices are extremely competitive.
Steve Kozar was our sales person. No pressure . Got answers to all our questions quickly. We found a great car at a fair price . Steve is very personable and accommodating. When we picked up the car we were in and out in 30 minutes and the car was fully detailed and they had addressed any issues we raised during our test drive and inspection to our satisfaction. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience. I’d recommend you see Steve if you are looking for a quality ride.
My sales rep was Qalil and was very helpful. Everyone was friendly. The only thing was towards the end where I guess there was a misunderstanding on our deposit being given back but overall good experience.
Being from Waterbury I have many choices here, but saw a vehicle on line that interested me. Took a ride just to see it and Vin came out, didn???t pressure me just talked awhile then took it for a long ride, not just down the street. Really got the feel of it. I liked it so we worked some numbers, gave me more for my trade in than I thought I would get. Worked out great.
What a pleasant surprise in the age of dealers slight of hand ie: I just sold that vehicle or they never had it to begin with, but I have this one instead or misrepresenting the condition of the vehicle. This is a honest up front dealer who does not waste your time with idle chatters and explains all cost right up front. I am the type of person who when looking for a vehicle wants the bottom line number and I was given that with no surprises when closing the deal. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family who need a vehicle.
