Blaise Alexander Subaru of Lewistown review
Just bought a 2016 Lexus RX350 from Justice Hart at this dealership. I’ve bought numerous vehicles and can say without fear of contradiction this was the most pleasant and effortless experience ever. Justice especially and the entire Blaise team was professional prepared and prompt in answering questions and in closing the deal. Buy with confidence. This team is great.

Tri-City Subaru review
Service was great. My vehicle was taken in on scheduled time and promptly serviced. Danielle was very personable and a joy to work with. I had many questions and she thoroughly answered all of them in a detailed manner. One big-ticket item will need to be addressed at some time in the future. However, I was not pressured into having that work performed today. I have been going to TriCity Subaru for many years and have always been satisfied with the work performed.

CarMax WichitaReviews
CarMax Wichita review
Great experience at CarMax Wichita! We worked with Sales Consultant Vernon Nelson and he was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We felt zero pressure from him, which was a stark contrast to another dealership we were working with who pressured us hard and had an attitude when we didn't buy on the spot. Vernon just wanted us to have the best car for us, regardless of whether or not that was from CarMax. They offered us a fair price on both the trade-in and the vehicle purchase itself as well, so no we'd have no hesitations recommending them to others.

I had a great, no-pressure experience buying my SUV at the Las Vegas dealership thanks to Jake, who set up a relaxed test drive and walked me through financing options clearly. The vehicle was spotless and exactly as described, and paperwork moved quickly so I could drive off the same day. If you want an honest, efficient car-buying experience in Las Vegas, I highly recommend checking them out.

A huge shout out to Cecil. He was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable with my used Jeep purchase. I knew what I wanted and he didn't try to sway me in a different direction at all. He even came in on his day off when I picked up the car to meet me to make the process even more seamless. Definitely, will be recommending him to others. Thank you Cecil, for all your help, it is much appreciated and memorable!

Dutchess Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Kia review
I had a great experience with Dutchess Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made the process feel pressured or rushed. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without trying to upsell unnecessary extras. The inventory was solid, with a good selection of new and used vehicles, and everything I looked at was clean and well-maintained. The sales team was transparent about pricing and financing options, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. What stood out most was the customer service. Communication was clear, and they followed up without being pushy. Even after the purchase, they made sure everything was going smoothly and that I was satisfied with my vehicle. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Dutchess Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Kia if you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience with a team that treats you with respect!

CarMax SpokaneReviews
CarMax Spokane review
CarMax does fine, but a little cumbersome since they are so big. Daniel and JJ were very helpful. Cars.com, however, is slow on removing cars from their pages. Twice I went to CarMax to see a car, because Cars.com emailed me that the car I wanted was still available, at that location. Both times it had been previously sold. Frustrating when you’re looking for a specific model.

Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat review
I had a fantastic experience working with Beau Thomas at the dealership. From the moment I walked in, Beau was incredibly friendly and welcoming, but what really stood out was his eagerness to help. He wasn’t pushy at all — just genuinely motivated to make sure I found the right vehicle. Beau worked hard to answer every question thoroughly and accurately. He made sure I understood all the details, numbers, and options without rushing me. If he didn’t have an answer immediately, he found it quickly and followed up right away. That kind of dedication and attention to detail is rare. You can tell Beau takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers having a great experience. If you’re looking for someone who is hardworking, honest, accurate, and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for Beau Thomas. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable!

AutoSavvy Woods Cross review
It was a good experience but I wish they would tell you upfront that you are looking at title that may not work in your state or the insurance company will charge you a arm and leg to cover it

Goben Cars WestReviews
Goben Cars West review
I can’t say enough good things about Shane at Goben Cars! He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about helping people rather than just making a sale. Shane was upfront, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He made us feel comfortable, answered our questions, and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days, and it deserves to be recognized. I also want to give a special shout-out to Don, the owner, who took the time to come over and say hello. That personal touch meant a lot and showed that making customers feel welcome matters at Goben Cars. It’s great to see an owner who takes the time to connect with people. If you’re looking for a dealership where you can feel comfortable and work with people you can trust, I highly recommend Goben Cars. Be sure to ask for Shane! He made a lasting impression, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Thank you, Shane, for going above and beyond, and thank you, Don, for taking the time to make us feel welcome. Honesty and outstanding customer service still matter, and you both are great examples of that! We can’t say enough great things of the entire place. everyone at Goben was awesome.

Drive Direct review
We purchased a 2020 Civic Si through JD at Drive Direct. One of the easiest car sales transactions we have ever been through. JD was completely transparent and very pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend JD and Drive Direct.
2024 Subaru Ascent review
We test drove the Grand Hylander and the Kia and this was by far the best riding vehicle. We love the all-wheel drive and the comfort of the seats. Drives quiet and super smooth. We were also able to get the car for significantly less than the other two options.

CarMax Sacramento South review
I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .
