This car has everything I need & nothing I dont. Drive great. It has all the acceleration you need to get to speed on a highway or pass. No complaints here. First Subaru I have ever owned but won't be my last. The base model has all the technology & safety features need without all the extra nonsense that I dont need. By far the best car I have ever owned even better than my Malibu.
we did our research and are VERY happy with our purchase. the only thing I think could be improved is the choice to raise the passenger seat as the driver's seat is adjustable. I am short, I LOVE how the driver's seat raises up -- evenly. our last car (a Toyota) raised the back of the seat, not the whole seat and you ended up sitting on an angle. the Crosstrek raises you up -- and a lot. I love it! I can see some of the hood! wish the passenger seat raised -- it sits too low for someone short like me. other than that -- it is a GREAT car!
The Subaru Crossover is a nice looking car with a beautiful leather interior. It has all the gadgets and being a Subaru you know it will last a lifetime. I love everything about it except it is not a comfortable ride. I cannot drive for long distances. Compared to my Rubicon it gets a one star for being a comfortable ride. Other than that, compared to all the other Crosstreks it is the best by far.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Best car I have ever owned so far. It is truly a winter bitter specially for someone living in Canada and driving long distances. It has met all my expectations so far.

Got me home during the biggest snow storms of the year.
People were even stuck in standard trucks and we still got through without any issues.
I upgraded from my 2014 Lexus IS 250 to a shiny, new Lexus IS 300 F Sport!! The service and promptness is always exceptional at Akron Canton Lexus. Working with Ruth Ham and Dan Smith was flawless and fun! Ruth even had a giant red bow on the car for my birthday!! Brandon did an amazing job at helping me understand all of the bells and whistles of my car without it being tedious. Treat yourself and go!

It drives so smooth and the Interior is so sleek!! All my friends love my car! Big upgrade from the PT cruiser I used to have.
Excellent experience through the whole process. I live just north of Cincinnati Ohio which is a 4 hour drive to Akron. So my initial contact was thru the internet with Andrew Stocks who setup a time to examine the car with Tracy mcCaffrey. Tracy was extremely courteous when my wife and I arrived after the long drive. She showed us where the restrooms and beverages & snacks were, so we could relax before examining the GX. Tracy was very professional throughout the whole process. She demonstrated all the features on the GX460 Luxury. Dan Smith was exceptional thru explaining and signing of all the legal documents on the GX 460 purchase. Covered extended warranties and what it covered and how the certified Lexus and Lexus warranty works through dealers in the Cincinnati area. After the document signings Tracy got the keys and went through more info on the operation of the GX460. Tracy paired our two cel phones and all the options the GX has and how they work. I couldn???t have been more satisfied through the whole process. The drive back to Liberty Township, Ohio was extremely satisfying and I could not be happier with my purchase through your dealership. This car exceeded my expectations and they were high. Great gas mileage all wheel drive and plenty of storage space for all of my work related needs.
I was well satisfied with the service provided by Sherman Johnson. He was very knowledgable and thoroughly explained the features of the RDX I bought. He made sure that any question I had was answered to my satisfaction. Sherman definitely cares about his customers and, in my opinion, deserves a gold-star customer service rating!!!

I've had my 2018 crosstrek sport eyesight for 16 months so far--- on my THIRD RADIO so far--- AND 10 other VISITS to dealership for UPDATES, UPGRADES, REPROGRAMMING, etc--- thinking of seeing a LAWYER to SUE subaru for a FULL REFUND ---THAT way they can keep GUESSING ON THIER ON TIME, NOT MINE ANYMORE--NASA can send a spaceship FASTER to the SPACESTATION than subaru can fix their RADIO PROBLEMS--- E M B A R R A S I N G
Lived in the area for years and always purchased vehicles elsewhere. Just happened to stop in to look at a used Silverado at the back of the lot. Was greeted by John Sarchione while he was outside moving trucks around in 10* weather. Very politely introduced himself and assured me if there was anything I needed he could get it done within reason. Told him I was looking for a used Z71 being a big Chevy guy. Showed me what was available and took 2 of them for a drive. Then he mentioned that they had a really nice f150 and that I should at least check it out..(I laughed) sure why not I said. Hour later I drove away in my new ecoboost! Unbelievable. Angel was exceptional in getting me the best rate possible and was a pleasure to deal with. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I drive for my job. Door pockets aren't large enough or square to be useful. Center console is a C minus! I'm 5'5., must reach way back to lift storage cover. VERY BAD. there are 2 useless recesses in the center console --too shallow to hold a cell phone or pen -- what are they for? cup holders set too far back. and PS: never open the door if it's been Snowing!!! it all lands in the driver's seat. Obviously not designed by an outdoor team!
Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and professional. My sales person, David Lumpkin, was able to answer all of my questions quickly and with confidence. He went above and beyond to show me different models/colors at my request without question. I didn't feel rushed in my purchase and felt comfortable throughout the entire process. After the purchase I was introduced to the service manager and his team, who were all very professional and polite. Overall a great experience and I am very happy with my purchase.

The safety features of this car have saved lives and thousand of dollars of accidental damage. Eyesight is amazing. The buying experience was great. The dealer we dealt with was one of the best I have ever visited.
The salesperson, Jackie DeWitt, was amazing! She stayed nearly 1.5 hours late, worked hard to find the car we needed, gave us $1,000 more for our trade than another Subaru dealership, and filled up our gas tank without even asking. Her motto (or maybe it's dealership's mission) is to treat everyone the same way as she would like to be treated. Novel idea, huh? Her brother, the sales manager (can't remember his name), and Brad, the finance manager, were also terrific. Huebner is a 1 ½ hour drive from Pittsburgh, but well worth it! Buy your next Subaru or Chevy at Huebner, and treat yourself to the level of service we enjoyed. Automotive dealerships, in general, have earned a bad rap. This place is the exception!

Perfect size for me. Great handling and super safety features.
Would like to have the car starter on the key remote. Maybe on my next one.
I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!

The reliability, safety, and control (symmetrical AWD) of this vehicle is incomparable to any other manufacturers out there. The heated seats are just an awesome feature along with ease of the controls on the steering wheel. It is raised off the ground just enough for a respectable ground clearance.
I was wanting to know due to my lack of good credit and Mike was very straightforward! I have never had someone just tell me and I am very greatful. I will definitely keep y'all in my mind for a future purchase! Please keep up being straightforward.

I have owned my 2018 Crosstrek for 7 months and I still love it as much as the day I drove it off the lot. Excellent fuel economy for the weight and drivetrain. Fun to drive with fantastic steering response. It is a bit underpowered for my liking but it does have the torque for highway passing. The cargo area is spacious and the rear seats fold completely flat which is great for hauling. After test driving and researching several vehicles in this market segment, this was the best “bang for the buck”. I strongly recommend this vehicle.
Kim sold me my Subaru. We had been looking for awhile and Huebners was recommended to us by a great friend. He sent us to the right place. Thank you Ken Heestand, Huebner Subaru and Kim Richards are great!!! Kim was so awesome, down to earth, honest and funny. She let us ask a million questions and answered what she could and got answers when she couldn't. We have not bought or driven a new car in many years so she had a lot to teach us and she was so patient and made it seem so easy. No pressures, understands it is a big investment and got us the price we needed to see. I could not have been happier. I felt like a little kid with a new toy. Power is not that high, but comfort ease of driving, leg room heated seats, 6 speed, gas mileage 37.8 mpg, great little car but not for 10,000 ft in elevation
Only had my Crosstrek a few weeks, but I did a LOT of homework before buying it. I am really picky because I keep cars for 10+ years. I have the Limited - leather seats and great safety features. Roomy interior, comfortable and dashboard is nicely laid out for ease of use. Subaru “Eyesight” is awesome - bacause if it this car was LESS to insure than my 08 Acura. Jury is still out on reliability but so far I love this car - sporty and luxurious.
I recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet from Dunn Brothers Premium Auto. The quality of the vehicle is unsurpassed. The pricing and the trade-in allowance exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. For anyone looking for a vehicle, give these guys a look. You won't be disappointed.

14,000 miles so far and no problems. It handles and rides really good goes anywhere in snow , great gas mileage just a good all around car . Its perfect for road trips around town or anything in between. Its power is better than what most people say about it being slow, its no race car but it gets up and goes pretty well.

We went from a smaller hatch back to this and it is surprising how much more room this has! We can fit so much! Both of our kids ride comfortably. 1 forward facing and 1 rear facing!
