- Fair - Honest - No Pressure Tactics - Transparent Alex was awesome, knowledgeable, patient and explained everything throughout our experience . I did not buy the vehicle we wanted, but not because of any wrongs toward the dealer, positive for both, I give thanks to Alex and Rudy for further explanation on the full picture of what we were getting into and not just trying to get a quick sale. I still have my eyes on the car, if its meant to be I will return and deal with Alex and Rudy in an instant with no concerns in the future! N.D

Kerry as usual with is very positive good energy was fantastic and patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He took the time to explain all the tech features while I was test riding my new car and also helped sync my phone before I took off the parking lot .The best in the business.

Albany Subaru review
We just bought a lightly used 2020 Subaru Forester from Albany Subaru and it was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! Al Garcia in the Used Vehicles department was a great help - really knew everything about the car and was a lot of fun to work with. The entire staff was very helpful and pro professional. We even got a 43" Smart TV as a bonus! I love my new car!

Morrie's Eau Claire SubaruReviews
Morrie's Eau Claire Subaru review
While using Cars.com I found my vehicle. I wanted to thank all the folks involved with my 2023 Outback XT Touring from Jason the salesman Superior comminution and exceptional knowledge, Katherine the Sales manager that made the deal happen, Alisha in Finance with the paperwork quickly completed, the car detail staff getting the car looking factory fresh and everyone else getting the vehicle ready to go in less than a day for my turn around trip. This Subaru family dealership made buying this vehicle a joy. The savings were huge, and I had to travel (because the price for the SUV was awesome beating other competitors) from Grand Forks ND to Eau Claire WI a 400 mile /6 hrs one way trip, but well worth the drive. Again, Thank you so very much!

Subaru of MorgantownReviews
Subaru of Morgantown review
Wonderful experience with this dealership, Tyler and Jake helped put together a deal that was much better than the offers we received in Pittsburgh. While we had to drive 1.5 hours to Morgantown from Pittsburgh, it was well worth the service and price. Tyler helped organize the deal how we needed it, put together documentation, and answered our questions all before we ever went in person. We spent a lot of time on the phone and texting to get everything sorted out and they even found the exact Crosstrek, trim, option package, and color we wanted and brought it to the lot just for us. Subaru offered a great financing deal on a new vehicle which helped us move from a used car to new car, but zero pressure from the dealer to do this. We never felt pressure and never pushed to take their existing inventory, compromise, or up-sold. Distinctly different environment than other dealerships that I've visited, the Subaru team here are truly working to get people the best vehicle for them at the best price possible and they seem like a big family. My wife is super happy with the Crosstrek we got, thank you Tyler and Jake!

Sheehy GMC of FredericksburgReviews
Sheehy GMC of Fredericksburg review
I had a great experience purchasing my car at Sheehy GMC. I am an extremely OCD individual, and the salesman (Eric) worked with me. Originally I went to the dealership to get a truck, but it was already in the process of getting sold. Eric was able to not only get me the exact same truck I wanted, but also one with the color I preferred. Price was great, and the customer service was top notch. Friendly, great communication, and very patient in dealing with a complicated purchase arrangement. I would definitely recommend the dealer, and would buy from them again.

If you are visiting Atamian Honda in Tewksbury, do yourself a favor and ask for Tamara Tymoshevska. Car shopping can often feel overwhelming, but Tamara completely changed that for me. She was patient, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. She kept communication clear and straightforward from start to finish without any of the typical high-pressure sales tactics. Thank you, Tamara, for making this such an enjoyable and smooth process!

Ray, in the service department, is excellent, very communicative and thorough. I couldn’t be more happy with my last experience there. Anders has also been good, but did miss something that Ray brought to my attention. Otherwise, this review would be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ken Ganley Subaru BedfordReviews
Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford review
Leased a VW Tiguan from Ken Ganley, Bedford, Ohio. Salesperson Howard Micenmacher assisted my wife and I. He knew the vehicle features inside and out and instantly answered all of our questions in detail. He was aware of the process for the Costco auto program which we used. Easily one of the most knowledgeable salespeople that I've ever dealt with (I'm 52). We also appreciated no pressure sales and the fact that he was very conscientious of our time. I would return to the dealership just for him.
