Very well accessorized. Really too many bells and whistles for my need.
Someone that is younger and more into cities and technology with cell phones will appreciate what this car has to offer. I personally will probably never use all of the gadgets.

First time owner of a Subaru, but I had heard they were safe and reliable. Purchased a 2016 used Outback. I love everything about it, and I love the customer service by Subaru and the local dealership. Plus, one of the safest cars on the road. I love the driving experience.
Wonderful workers/employees, didn’t feel pushed into anything, comfortable environment, very honest, they really care about their cars. You can buy without fear from here.

I bought this car because I was looking for a 4wd that could tow at least 3000 lbs if needed. I’ve owned this car for approx three years and I use it to drive to work and up to visit my friends in Maine. It is extremely reliable with loads of interior room for all transport needs. I highly recommend this auto.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

It met all my expectations! I absolutely love it! The ride is so comfortable for the driver and riders. The heated seats are perfect for this weather. I have nothing negative to say. I just wish I could have purchased a new one!
Where fast and told me to Watch gas as there was a problem the company was researching . They would let.know when it had been resolved

Decent value for the money. Superb AWD. Good quality materials used in interior. Mileage in the 6cyl is so-so. But better performance makes it worth it. Quality issues with the high end head units, and a recall for gas gauge being off by 1/8th tank.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

Great potential vehicle unless you have very tall people. The vehicle lacked leg room in the second seat if the driver seat is all the way back. The lane assist feature is great along with the four wheel drive system. I looked carefully at purchasing this car until we hit the leg room issue.
Wow! That was easy! Robert Spielman and the other service people at Huffines Kia in Corinth took care of the ECU upgrade on my Sorento quickly and efficiently! They also did a complete complimentary multipoint inspection, took a look at my tires, and washed my car...and I came out owing nothing...Nice! Thanks Kia folks!

Comfortable and smart interior, sporty handling. Looks good on the outside, plenty of space in trunk, seats fold down very easily. Good all round visibility
Ralph Haywood, our service advisor, was friendly and helpful. I received immediate service when I arrived, my car was finished in under the stated time frame and final price was less than quoted. It was so refreshing to not be charged for service I didn't need. During the wait, I was able to get work done using their complimentary WIFI and the they even provided me with an area to work in.

Mechanically sound, good fit and finish. Excellent fuel economy for an awd suv, excellent safety assist features (Eyesight)
Horrendous user interface for all infotainment - I have never sworn so much at a car - all electronic controls were counter intuitive. Some were just plain stupid such as when putting car in reverse, as rear view camera comes on there is no way to mute stereo which is set at same level/station as when the car was last turned off! Even the window controls operated the opposite way I have been accustomed (down position of switch feels like it should be up, etc.)
Another con, I found the seat cushions to be too short (inadequate length under thigh towards the knee) for long trips.
Very odd that a car that could have been so good, struck out in such basic, easily correctable ways. They should fire their electronics designer and borrow some seat ergonomics know-how from the Swedes or Germans - and they will have a very good car!
Service was outstanding, friendly, informative and prompt. My car was in and out. Before we left dealership we talked with Saul in new cars. Boyfriend is looking to buy new car for his business. Great guy very informative on the vehicles.

Very happy with this car mainly because I have 6 cyl. version. Therefore no issues with acceleration. 10 way power driver seat, V6 power when I need it, Lots of safety features such as lane departure warning, low speed front and reverse crash warning. Blind spot detection warning. AWD system does have some jerky shifting at low speeds. Nav/Info/Entertaintment screen sometimes goes blank. But overall, very happy with this car. It is the top trim, so Im not sure I would feel the same with the lower trims.
Easy and friendly buying experience. Antonio Anderson was pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to buy or recommend this dealer and sales person.

My Outback is very comfortable and convenient, and has all the bells and whistles I need. It is very reliable and goes through all kinds of weather. The drive is quiet and smooth, and my 2 golden retrievers fit in the back.
Great experience transparent from the start. Raquel is very down to earth, honest, works to get customer best deal first time around.. No back and forth Haggle.. Online price & Discount are on websites. Great trade allowance. Only bump would like to have had more information and price options to compare extended protection warranties before going into finance. Over all in and out with a Awsome 2019 Premium Crosstrek. In 2 & a half hours.

6 months after purchasing my Outback, I was involved in a serious accident. It did it’s job protecting me and my 4 legged passenger. It is my tank, and I love the AWD. I work in rural Home Health care and I have yet to get stuck or stranded where others have been. I love the space of the hatchback as I travel for a living.
I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).

Car meets all our needs. Very good gas mileage. Very roomy in front and back seats. The area behind the back seat has plenty of room when we go grocery shopping.
I thought this vehicle was a great car for the value. It drives well, and has great "get up and go." It's a great family vehicle, and has plenty of cargo space for all of the gear hauling you do as a parent or active person!
Went through the entire process, they not only walked me through each step and made sure I’m ew what was going on, they made it easy for me
To follow and verify what they were doing. They made sure I got a car I wanted at a price that was beyond fair for me.

Our 2017 Subaru Outback limited 2.5 has been a very practical and reliable vehicle for us. Extremely safe with eyesight safety suite. However, the interior needs to be a bit more luxurious. The engine, road and wind noise were basically unacceptable. I remedied that by extensive soundproofing on teh doors, floor and cargo area.
