I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

One of the best fun cars to drive daily and enjoy on the track if desired. After testing many manual transmission cars on the market in this segment including the Elantra N, Acura Integra, Jetta GLI, Honda Type R and others I decided to go with the new WRX and I am very happy with the purchase. This is my first WRX after driving an Audi S4, BMW 335XI, Mustang ECO Boost and other sports cars in the past and I found the WRX to be just as fun to drive on daily bases and driving the family around. The new body looks nice ( much better than the previous generation in my opinion) and aggressive even though some have complained about the cladding but in person it looks good. I personally liked the way they make the car sportier and not just any boring sedan. Mine came with the upgraded STI exhaust which is a nice performance feature and love the sound of it. I have the limited addition that comes with many features. The interior looks very sporty and now I really enjoy the nice size screen after I got used to all the operations. The WRX AWD system is one of the best, allowing the car to handle the curves and turns in a superior way. My weekend car is a BMW M4 but I am enjoying the WRX just as much. It's for sure a long time enjoyment with a great value. If you are in the market for a fun, reliable sports sedan don't hesitate as you will be happy with the WRX.

Giovani treated me with respect, and I have no doubt this is how he treats all of his customers. I needed to have my car back to me at a certain time, and while Giovani told me he did not want to “over promise” me anything, he would make sure he would do everything in his power to make sure I could get out at the time I needed to. The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!

I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

Brought my car without an appointment at 3:30 pm, with TPMS issue, Kevin took it from me, quickly provided diagnostics, after another 20 minutes car was fixed, and I went home. Can't say enough how good this guy is.

Other than normal maintenance & a few recalls, my limited edition Ascent has worked flawlessly, been safe & fun to drive & I have no complaints. This is my third Subaru (Legacy-Forester-Ascent) & they've all been good cars, each progressively better. I definitely recommend this car.

The salesman Mark was very helpful in pick out the car. Helpful w/ test driving the car . Answered ? I needed to know on the Forester. Also had the technician Jason helped w/ the computer things on the car, I had ?s on.

A fun car with performance features make it an excellent car in it's CLASS. Don't expect Corvette performance...remember what the BRZ is. Back seats are near worthless, but who cares.

Went to Grand Subaru to look for new car and my salesman Ramon Cintron was a great help in explaining my options on leasing a new car. Ramon was very helpful and spent time talking to me and explained every detail about my purchase. Ramon is very professional and very knowledgable and will get my business next time I buy a car.

I really like the 2019 Subaru Ascent Limited. I only have a couple of problems. I get complaints from my teenage daughters that the third row seats are so uncomfortable. Not enough room they say. They love the room in my wife’s Honda Pilot more. Another thing that I could do without is the X-Term feature. I never use it and to use it you have to be going slow. I’m not taking my Ascent into the woods or driving in some desolate snowy terrain. Kind of seems useless for what a majority of drivers would really need, i.e. different driving modes instead (mud, snow, etc.)

Kiril Contacted us shortly after we expressed interest in a Toyota they had. He was very prompt in all communication, and we NEVER felt harassed like the many times we have at prior dealerships. I've a new 2022 WRX for about 500 miles so far. The car is fantastic. Its a car you WANT to drive. I've a new appreciation for Subaru (this is my first Subaru), as the design is straightforward, simple and practical. This is a decent, performance four door sedan. The performance is quite nice. Torque is handed out quickly at relatively low RPMs, which is nice in a turbocharged car. I bought this car with a manual transmission, and the shifter is good, a nice toogle going from gear to gear. Especially appreciated is a nice, small feature; when stopped on a hill, the car engages the brakes for a fraction of time when you shift into first from a dead stop, preventing rollback and making the shift even easier. This car is FUN to drive. It is wonderful to have a car that when you walk by, you think "I'd like to drive my car now"...even if you have no particular errand to run or place to go. If you want a fun ride, you really need to test drive a WRX. It handles VERY well, and takes turns/darts through traffic with ease. The ride is firm, which figures into its sports car heritage, and low profile tires. Which is fine with me, I prefer it that way. It is a sports car ride. For a sports car, it is very practical, with a very reasonable amount of room in the back seat passenger area. The large 11" screen to control most car functions is prominent, to some extend customizable, and very straightforward. My only complaint is there seems to be a half second lag when using some touchscreen controls. The integration with Android Auto was quite nice, as well as to bluetooth. I LIKE the plastic around the wheel wells...it protects against road debris. If you plan to keep the car for the long haul, I count it as a plus. I actually like the exterior styling, especially on a white car, as its a nice black/white trim contrast. The trunk is a good size for a car of this size. I did get the trunk protection package, which includes plastic panels to protect the back of the rear seat...worth getting. I deliberately bought this car as a long term purchase, one step above the base model, the "Limited" version. I wanted a car without TOO many cameras, sensors, and electronics (the higher trim levels with the CVT transmission have more), to have a less complex car. This car is also an excellent value in the low to mid 30's. I can't really speak to long term reliability YET, as the car only has 500 miles on it at present. However, I can see the engine layout (boxer engine) is straightforward, and seems easy to work on. Also a plus, there is a ton of internet resources on Subaru boxer engines in general. For the time I've owned it, its been working perfectly, I've not had to go back to the dealer for any issues at all.

Great customer service and kind of pricey but was worth it.I went in a Saturday morning and was in there less than 4 hrs which I traded my vehicle in..If you have good credit it’s a breeze..I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

This vehicle was purchased for me by my dad. He went thru Lyman Motors. They did an engine rebuild on this vehicle. So, even though its 15 years old, and has quite a few miles, it was for a fair price! And, with the engine rebuilt I know it will go for another 100k miles easy! Lyman made this buying experience so much fun for us! He is such a wondering person! I decided to wait a little and will be back at your dealership for new Jeep ;)

I inherited the 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from my wife. She ended up getting another Forester. Needless to say, I never picked this car for myself. However, the Subaru Brand and this Crosstrek has won me over. The AWD system works perfectly in the snowy Northern New York climate. With dedicated winter tires, I have complete confidence in my ability to keep it through the worst Lake Effect snow. The ground clearance allows me to drive easily on unloved roads with ease. I don't use X-Mode often, but it does help for going uphill on snowy roads or times when the snow is pretty deep. I've never been stuck or stranded with this car. The power train is adequate enough for highway and secondary roads. There are times when merging or attempting to pass, where I wished it had more power. (Drove a loaner 2020 Limited with the 2.5L, that is the perfect power train for the Crosstrek) I have never had any issues with the CVT transmission, but it does take some getting used to. The interior is fine. The gauges, screens and buttons are laid out well. I can find everything with ease and non of the buttons are in odd places. The factory speakers are lacking, but this model doesn't not have the upgraded stero option. Andriod auto works well. Seats are comfortable but do not have much lumbar support. Bolstered well and the headrest has a big range of adjustments. At 70k, I noticed the first crack in the synthetic leather bolster. The Limited trim is equipped with LED headlamps and they are truly fantastic. I rarely find myself using the hi-beams. The turning headlamps are very helpful with visibility when turning. Excellent all around. Eyesight and adaptive cruise works well and I have never had any issues. Only minor hiccups when snow, rain, fog or very bright oncoming light will trip Eyesight off. After a minute, it turns itself on. Overall this car is everything I needed and I never knew it. Reliable, fuell efficient, capable in snow and light off-road situations. It had enough utility space for anything I have ever hauled. Truly impressed with this little car. I plan on keeping it for the long haul. You won't be disappointed.

We visited this dealership on a couple occasions and each time, the team was incredibly friendly, not pushy and answered al our questions with ease. They followed up with us and made us feel once again, not pushed, but informed. While we encountered an issue with paperwork and finalization of the buying process, they made it right and for that and how they treated us all the way through, I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

Great performance 4 door car for the money (sticker price). I have had mine for three years and have had no issues. Decently quick, handles great, comfortable and fairly luxurious for what it is. Best part is the gearbox and drivetrain.

Love this zippy little thing. It has two more seats than the corvette and all wheel drive. Once i saw how Chevrolet was handling the class action suit with regards to the ZO6 engines failing, and the fact that all i have ever done with the wife's subie was Oil and air filter for 100,000 miles. Well who needs more problems in life, you can keep the headaches Chevy thanks. One test drive was all it took and i was smitten.

This car is loaded yet has very minimal control buttons which is perfect for me rather than trying to figure out how to operate everything.
