Grand Subaru review
I'm a.long time customer at Grand Subaru. Even though it's quite a distance from my home, I still go back there for all of my regular maintenance because they offer such excellent and efficient service. Although they offer a pickup service, I always choose to go in wait there, because they never take long, and the waiting area is pleasant. Any work that needs to be done is well explained, and everyone is pleasant to deal with.

Napleton's Palatine Subaru review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle at Napleton's Subaru in Paletine, Illinois. The salesperson Bart Wajtyla was very professional and courteous. He explained features in the vehicle well during the test drive. He even gave me a bottle of water while he was completing the transaction of selling me a vehicle. His manager and he compromised with me very well until the vehicle was purchased.

This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car! Every single salesperson and supporting staff were amazing. We especially appreciated salespeople who were not pushy! They are attentive and detailed in everything that they did. Ed spent an hour going over every single feature in my new car with us. We also received videos to review that help explain each feature. Highly recommend Brilliance for your next car! If we could give more than 5 stars we would! 10 STARS!

From the moment you walk inside, you are treated likely royalty. You can tell they put Customer satisfaction at the top of mind, keeping up with high expectations of Lexus Customers. I was treated fairly, and respectfully from the start to the end of our transaction. I went back a few days later for window tinting, and was treated the same at the Service department. I can't see going anywhere else for another Lexus vehicle, or for service.. Well done Woodfield Lexus!

Gabe Crump was very help full today at the lot. We drove into the lot and with in seconds of looking around Gabe was able to show us some cars that suited my interests. While doing so we were able to take a look at all the cars on the lot and find the right one for me. With just a couple test drives and signatures later I was walking off the lot with the registration to my new car. Thanks for all the great help Gabe and to everyone else at rays for the great first experience

Brilliance SubaruReviews
Brilliance Subaru review
We acquired our first Subaru this week, and the experience was truly exceptional. Working with Ed and Jeremy from the sales team, as well as Jason in financing, was a pleasure, as they were all highly knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with the information they provided. We traveled from Iowa to make the purchase, having heard numerous positive reviews about Brilliance's commitment to customer satisfaction. Ed's dedication to ensuring I felt comfortable was evident, as he stayed late before we drove home that night. Ed has also checked in and ensured if I had any questions or concerns not to hesitate and call him. It’s apparent that Customer Satisfaction is number one here.

Very courteous team at Service Department. Waiting area was comfortable. Oil change Service was almost 1 1/2 hour, very busy with Chevy, Kia & Subaru vehicles due to construction.

INFINITI of Clarendon HillsReviews
INFINITI of Clarendon Hills review
Today I went in for an oil change for my mom , and I talk to the manager about light grinding noises that I heard when my mom was turning only. Firestone told her she needed brakes and the manager Tony had my mom‘s car pulled up on the lift, and the brakes were fine, but when the mechanic was taking the wheel off, he noticed that there was some play and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. If you’ve ever seen anyone with a wheel that fell off their car on the highway. That probably would’ve been my mom because she Hand some teenager at fire stone Check it out telling her she need brakes. It didn’t make any sense because she just did her brakes like 12,000 miles ago. Always get a second opinion..

I worked with George Calvillo. It was a late night deal. He handled everything smoothly. Helped set up phone and radio stations. Handled Anxious call the next morning when I realized the car does not have front camera! If you’re looking at a car at this dealership, I highly recommend you work with George!!

The Autobarn Countryside SubaruReviews
The Autobarn Countryside Subaru review
I recently purchased my new 2025 Subaru Outback Wilderness from Autobarn Subaru Countryside, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish! The price was incredibly affordable, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I drove home happy. Even though I arrived close to closing time, around 7 PM, my salesperson was extremely accommodating and made sure everything was completed that same evening without rushing the process. Their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail were truly second to none. The dealership itself is beautiful—clean, modern, and very welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience, and I would absolutely do business with them again. Highly recommended!
