Lebanon Ford review
Our salesman, Josh Davis, was exceptional in doing everything within his scope to get us into our new vehicle. After looking for months, finally found the truck color and features wanted now if it holds up like our 2011 Edge(248K miles and never had major breakdown!) Dealership very clean and accommodating!
2016 Mazda CX-5 review
Whether you’re an enthusiast or not, you will enjoy this thing until the wheels fall off. Now, if you’re an enthusiast, or just someone who loves the feel of the road underneath you but needs something fairly practical? This is the car for you. With ample power, and steering feel that would put some sports cars to shame, you will feel confident, and often joyous when behind the wheel of the CX-5, especially with the Manual version that came in the “Sport” trim! Although that engine is suggested to be fairly gutless. However, if you prefer the automatic versions with the larger engine, like in my Grand Touring trim, you will absolutely be able to enjoy the road, regardless of the local speed limit. The CX-5 may not be the fastest car in its class, but it surely is the most fun, and the best value among its competitors.. but it’s mainly just fun. I recently got my CX-5 at my local dealer, and it has done nothing but get me to work when I want it to, taken me on small trips to wherever I want, and without any real complaints. Only times it gets annoyed with me is if I need to pass anybody at highway, but that’s what makes it so much fun to live with in my opinion, especially with the little rev-happy 4-pot motors that it can come with. In conclusion, if you want a sub-compact crossover.. but also want the feel of Mazda’s own roadster? Get the CX-5. It will bring you as many smiles per gallon as you need it to.

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander review
2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

2023 Buick Envision review
Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Columbia Hyundai review
I see that all reviews here seem to be negative but it is now 2023 and hopefully things have changed. I have nothing but good to say about my sales guy Dean Tower, at Columbia Hyundai. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and he was very helpfull and informative also helped me set up the system which nowadays can be very confusing. I would recommend him if you need a sales guy.

The BMW Store (Cincinnati)Reviews
2026 BMW X5 review
I got the 2026 X40 with off road package and lots of tech about $83k. I have about 2400 miles on it in two months. I also got tow package and several tech options like advanced driver. Here are my observations thus far. Positive and favorite things: 1. Ride. I clearly remember going on the test drive and really, I did not want to stop. The ride was amazingly smooth and quiet and 2400 miles later I still feel the same way. You will want to go ten miles away when you have to grab that gallon of milk for the family just for the drive, lol. The off road package has air suspension and all 4 tires are same size, not staggered like most BMW’s. It also has steel plate underneath. 2. Towing. Got a boat, camper or trailer? This is your go-to. I pull a 3500lb camper, figure 4000lb loaded. It is downright easy and stable and I ow in the Rockies. Won’t need sway or weight distribution unless you’re closer to your 7200lb limit. You’ll need a special cable to convert BMW power which is pulsed to steady so the trailer rear view camera works. 3. Half hatch. I never knew about this but love it. Keeps stuff in the back and if you tow the hatch will not hit your power Jack on the front of the trailer which happens with full length hatches ( I had two Hondas). It disappeared on the 2027’s, but I think you will love it. Great when you are close to the garage wall too. 4. Interior. Traditional BMW interiors are spartan. They maxed out the X5 and I got the whitish Sensatech and with the other colors and textures it looks and feels up to it’s substantial price. 5. Power. Yeah, that 375hp never leaves you short and the gas mileage is incredible. I find it to be right on the ratings 23/25/27 and 10-14mpg when towing. Shortcomings-negatives: 1. Too much stuff put in the center screen and illogical menus. You have to go two deep to disable the stop-start which everyone I know wants to do. Should have been a separate button. Same with towing stuff in two places and other things. Time to ditch the archaic controller wheels and pads, too. Touch screen only, maybe toggle on steering wheel. 2. You have to get extra and expensive packages to get automatic touchless rear hatch and ventilated seats. Same with touch door handles for lock and unlock. Really? My 2022 HYUNDAI Tucson Limited had all that. 360 camera is in a package too. 3. No spare, even a donut and no room for full sized even with off road package. My off road came with street tires too. Odd. 4. Second row should have adjustable angle seats for more comfort. Overall, it is an amazingly comfortable car and looks amazing in the blue ridge color with chrome trim. I completely love it. If you are considering a new one I would run out the door right now and look at what’s left on the lot as you can probably get a great discount (which they won’t advertise by policy). I got over $10k off and 1% financing 5yrs for huge savings. I loaded up on extended warranty and other add-ons with the savings. The 2027 looks fugly and loses some of the best things on the 2026 like half hatch. When I get some more serious miles I will post another review. Best of luck to my fellow car buyers. Also, if you are budget sensitive this is the last year of this generation so maybe you could pick up one with a few miles to save some bucks or wait a year or two for this one.

Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri-County review
On August 11th, I took my vehicle into the dealership to have the tire inspected because I saw a screw in it. Brett was my service manager and he was great to work with. He keep me informed, sent me a video and explained what was found with the tire which as it turned out the screw must have worked itself out of the tire. The service area was the calmest I've experienced. It was very calming. Thank you Brett! I appreciate you!

Kings Mazda review
I hate buying cars! It can be such a hassle. Luckily, I had a great experience when I leased my new CX-5 from King Mazda. The service was excellent and the staff was very professional. Thank you Whitney Lambert, Mark Malone and Kris Miller for making things easy. Go to Kings Mazda for a great deal and great service.
2020 Mazda CX-5 review
I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

2025 Mazda CX-5 review
"2025 MAZDA CX-5 TURBO SIGNATURE" FULL Suite of Safety Features/NAPA Leather/NAV/All LED Lights, etc ... Owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles for the past 25 years ... Quality and reliability have DECREASED SUBSTANTIALLY; while the price has INCREASED ASTRONOMICALLY ... Alongside my current Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe, I purchased this 2025 MAZDA CX-5 Turbo Signature ... For under $45,000, I have a "Gem" that stand far above the MB in reliability, with Safety Features, Power, and Interior Quality EQUAL to the MB, with a price $25,000 LESS!

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

BMW of Cincinnati North review
BMW North of Cincinnati is a perfect example of excellent customer service. From beginning to end Roger helped us identify, test drive and eventually buy the perfect car for us. He made the process easy, flexible, comprehensive and enjoyable. He gave us honest, candid and well informed advice and did so in a manner that made us feel he had our best intentions in mind. Compare this with the less than satisfactory customer service we received at The BMW Store of Cincinnati, BMW North is ABSOLUTELY the best place to buy your new (or pre owned) dream car. All in all, if you’re looking to buy a new BMW, I highly recommend going to BMW North and asking for Roger! Thank you BMW North!!!🩵💙❤️

Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky review
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with both Madison and Kim in sales. Out of the gate we found them to be pleasurable to work with. My wife is small , so finding a car to fit her is a challenge. Madison was determined to find one, and she did. Kim made sure we were comfortable with the pricing and we closed. The paperwork to closed happened faster and smoother than any closing I've been involved in. The finance dept wAs very nice while the tech lady explained all the bells and whistles. All in all we were in and out on closing day in less than 2 hours. The entire team are first class and made the experience fun. I would highly recommend Performance Lexus in Ft Wright Ky
2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Subaru of Kings Automall review
We recently bought our third Outback from King’s Subaru and once again the entire experience was a joy (aside from the cost of course). Ethan and Levi were professional and communicative and guided us through the process that included having to arrange delivery from another dealership in one day. The service department is equally strong. Courteous and professional.
2018 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2018 Outback 3.6R Limited, at 110,000 miles I replaced all struts and wheel bearing, the ride still isn’t the best but air pressure in tires kept at 39 psi has improved the ride significantly. I had a 2021 with the 4 cylinder engine and the reason I got rid of it was the cvt is fragile and doesn’t handle much weight or towing plus the screen and push buttons for everything, very distracting when driving and looking for the right soft touch function. I have had much better results going backwards to the 2018 6 cylinder engine and heavy duty cvt. It uses a 5W30 engine oil which is a million times better than 0W20 which honestly is really thin and breaks down quickly.

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

This is my fourth Volkswagen and my second time buying from Kings VW. I drive out of my way to go to Kings because of their awesome knowledgeable sales staff and great selection. My last experience was the best car buying experience ever. So naturally when it came time to buy my next vehicle, I went straight to Kings Volkswagen.
2018 Volkswagen Atlas review
I have had my Altas for over 4 years and I keep on falling in love with it each and very day. Extremely comfortable space and overall a perfect size SUV for a family of 5. We have had and continue to have amazing long road trips with this beauty and we will carry the memories we continue to make in our heart for the rest of our lives.

Beechmont Subaru review
My fist ever Subaru purchase was a 2025 Impreza RS. The experience here with Connor and Mike and team could not have been a more enjoyable experience. When Subaru of America called me to make sure my inquiries and questions had answered I could tell them yes. So far it’s been fantastic both in the vehicle itself and my experience with the dealership. I can’t wait to for my demo and features session!
2026 Subaru Outback review
Its been 10 years since we shopped for a new Subaru and the technical advancements are amazing. Adaptive cruise control, lane control, distance to other vehicle controls, turbo charged 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine feels like a V6 and the Wilderness model is perfect for the rugged area we live in. Thanks, Subaru!

2026 Subaru Forester review
I bought this 2026 Subaru Forester Premium to replace the 2026 KIA Sportage that we had bought back in November 25. The KIA wasn't bad but the service department sucks. It had peeling paint on the bumper, and they denied the warranty claim, I started thinking if they are going to deny peeling paint what happens when something goes wrong with the engine or transmission. So much for their 10-year 100,000-mile warranty, what a joke. We currently own a 2024 Subaru Outback and now the 2026 Subaru Forester. All of the Subarus that we have own have treated us good, just make sure that keep up with maintenance and they last a long time. Landers Mclartys Subaru in Huntsville, AL, treated very fair with our trade-in and price on both vehicles,

I recently purchased a new Tiguan. I was very happy with my experience and sales associate Jesse. We were happy with our deal and financing. Would recommend!
2025 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I bought the SEL R-Line, which comes fully loaded with all the luxury features. My favorites are the massaging seats and customizable ambient lighting. All the materials have a quality feel to them. The car also drives very well - it's nimble for an SUV and has plenty of power. I almost bought an Audi Q5, but this new-generation Tiguan was a far better value.

Performance Toyota review
Our sales person, Jacob, was very pleasant and knowledgeable beyond his youthful age. We purchased a used 2018 RAV4. I like to haggle, so it took some time to negotiate a price that we were comfortable with. All the employees from Performance Toyota were pleasant and easy to talk with. From our sales person Jacob, to Sterling and Matt in the finance department we felt almost like family. An overall great experience.

We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.

End to end a solid experience!!!
2021 Lexus RX 450h review
Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! USE A FLIGHT guidance replica or similar to Mercedes or Jeep. sincerelyi ken gorski, El Paso, Texas 79912

I bought the car at Sabaru of Englewood. First the car didn't came with the originals tires. I asked the seller if the car qualified for the $7000. 00 insentive and I thrust them. The car did not qualify for the gov. incentive because it was built outside the US. The sonterra is a very reliable vehicle. We like it a lot.
