Lexus of CerritosReviews
2021 Lexus UX 250h review
I have had this car for 6 months now and overall I am happy with my purchase. I have not driven it in snow yet- my previous car was a Subaru crosstrek that did well in the snow, I got the AWD UX but it is lower to the ground so we’ll see how it does in comparison. The cup holder/controls situation is annoying. The cup holders are directly in front of the buttons so if you put a cup in there your moving it around to get to the control buttons- annoying. The remote start through the app is spotty for me. It at times takes multiple attempts to connect to get it to start- and not just when im in an area of bad service. The wireless charging which I thought would be useful is not. With CarPlay you have to have your phone plugged into the USB for it to connect. So there’s no point in using the wireless charging. Which also charges very slow. The interior is small and was an adjustment compared to previous cars because I feel the windshield visibility was lower. So far this hasn’t been a problem because there is so many safety features- blind spot, lane keep, cross traffic monitoring. Because of all these my insurance only went up by a few dollars a month when switching. I do not mind the track pad but a touchscreen would be a nice upgrade in the future, and I do agree that the analog clock on the dash is dumb. I did recently hit a trash can that knocked my mirror off. Due to all the special things the mirror had this is estimated nearly $1,000 to fix. Which I think is a lot for a mirror and something that could easily happen. Some models have auto retract mirrors- also would be a nice upgrade in the future. I will say I had a friend replace the mirror and when he disabled it to replace it I got a call from Lexus stating they were alerted there was an issue with my mirror. That kind of prompt service is nice. No spare tire as the car has run flats- I haven’t had any issue yet but we’ll see how annoying that is when the time comes. I do drive a lot but I feel they are frequently calling me saying I need to rotate the tires. I’m not sure if this is a run flat thing or a Lexus thing. But it’s just annoying to schedule every couple months.

Great experience buying my new 2026 Toyota Rav4 Plug in Hybrid! Found the exact car I was looking for and Abdulla, Nikole and Farmarz were extremely professional, courteous and friendly in the entire process! Highly recommend checking them out!
2024 Toyota RAV4 Prime review
After years of diesel Mercedes use, this plug-in hybrid rav4 is mind blowing in comparison. 93mpg after 13,700 miles. I only put premium fuel in this car because i never know when i'll use the ice engine. 500 highway miles range with a full tank.

2022 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

Universal MitsubishiReviews
Universal Mitsubishi review
I had an amazing experience with the service department at Universal Mitsubishi! My car was towed in for repairs, and Paul, the service advisor, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. He was professional, communicative, and truly cared about getting my car fixed the right way under warranty. The entire process was smooth, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommend Universal Mitsubishi's service team--especially Paul--for their outstanding support!
2024 Subaru Forester review
the forester sport is very reliable get 26 mpg on most of my daily commutes. Drives great in the winter (even though I have the same tires they came with). Traveling in it on road trips are great, 31 mpg using the cruise control and lane assist. It's not a very fast SUV but it honestly worth it. I tend to speed, but it's not something that actually bothers me. I was worried it would be too sluggish. I picked the forester for my road trips, and extra stuff I drive with.

Volvo Cars of Santa MonicaReviews
Volvo Cars of Santa Monica review
Exceptional Leasing Experience at Volvo of Santa Monica I just leased a Volvo XC90 Plus, T8 Plug-in Hybrid from Volvo of Santa Monica, and as someone with over 40 years of experience leasing and buying, I am thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service I received. From the moment I inquired about the vehicle, Mr. David Afshar, the sales associate, promptly reached out with all the details about the car I was interested in. His professionalism and responsiveness made the initial steps of the process seamless and efficient. However, it was Mr. Armin Buholzer, the dealership manager, who truly elevated the experience. Armin went above and beyond to ensure I was matched with the perfect vehicle, providing expert guidance and a clear, transparent overview of my options. Not only was the car selection impeccable, but Armin also offered very aggressive pricing that was far below what I had been quoted by other dealerships, ensuring I received incredible value. Both Armin and David and the entire sales team were attentive, courteous, and focused on making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident at every step. I walked away with a fantastic deal on a beautiful car, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for exceptional service and VERY competitive pricing, I highly recommend Volvo of Santa Monica, and specifically Mr. Armin Buholzer and Mr. David Afshar. They truly make car leasing an enjoyable and professional experience.
2023 Volvo XC60 review
This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

2023 Genesis GV70 review
I have now owned and driven my 2023 GV70 3.5T Sport for 3-1/2 years. My previous cars included 3 Audi Q5’s, a Mercedes GLE and GLS. I can honestly say my GV70 is my favorite by far. While I initially loved the Q5’s, my third, a 2023, was such a disappointment I kept it for only 450 miles before trading it for a then-new GV70. Yes, that as a financial catastrophe, but it turned out to be a great decision. I have since been rewarded with over 3 years of pleasurable and trouble-free driving. (My vehicle has been the subject of one recall, but mine was not an affected car). Has my dealer service experience been good? YES! (Perhaps I’m fortunate to have a great Bay Area dealer). Would I buy another? YES! In fact, I just purchased a brand new G90!

AutoNation Toyota Cerritos review
Spencer Allison was the best advisor ever encountered. His professional care was unrivaled, as he demonstrated patience, kindness, and knowledge while processing our service order. Saturdays are their busiest days, yet every staff member encountered was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. And to top it all off - we were out of there, to enjoy the rest of our day, before the two-hour time quote. A totally worthwhile experience. Thank you, Spencer. Thank you, AutoNation Toyota!
2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime review
We had a totally electric Mustang Mach E which we traded for this car since the range and infrastructure both were not ideal. The Toyota RAV4 Prime is the best of both worlds since it is a plug-in hybrid and is the car I should have purchased originally. It gets between 44 - 50 miles on totally electric charge (for around home) and about 500 miles on a fill up of the gas tank (hybrid used on the highway). Pricing was NOT ideal as they added a "Market Adjustment" to the price so it was above MSRP.

2020 BMW X3 review
This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. 2017 Nissan Rogue review
Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

Lexus of CerritosReviews
Lexus of Cerritos review
I recently picked up a pre owned GX460 Luxury from Lexus of Cerritos, and I couldn't be happier! I was just looking around for a classic V8 without any rush, but the team here really won me over. I had originally planned to view this model at 3 different dealerships but the team here really impressed me. A huge shoutout to Brandon, Eddie, and their manager Rudy, they were upfront and easy to work with, with no pressure. Jennie in finance was just as wonderful, and GM Nick even took the time to make sure everything was perfect for me. This was honestly the best car purchase experience thus far, even compared to buying new Lexus?s from other dealerships. I highly recommend them.
2014 Jeep Cherokee review
I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

DCH Toyota of Torrance review
Anthony Lisica was extremely helpful in the buying process. He helped make the buying process as easy as possible. We showed up with an appointment for a specific vehicle on the lot. We test drove it and moved to start the buying process. We got a discount off the sticker price and made a deal. From there we did the paperwork and purchased a new Tacoma. Anthony helped make the deal happen and we could not be happier with the purchase. Thank you Anthony Lisica and DCH Toyota of Torrance!
2021 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I have a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 Motion, I have the car for over a year and with 11,000 miles. I give this car a general 4 stars. It’s a great car, very stable, great MPG, the air condition is very cold, road noise is very minimal, great driving view. Very comfortable to everyone except the driver seat, the middle armrest is low and further to the back, the door armrest is low, I have to drive with 2 small billows on long road trips. All other seats are very comfortable. The 3rd. Row is very very tight. The interior dash design is outdated, there is NO end call button on the steering wheel. Performance is good but 30-40 more horse power will definitely makes a difference. Value for money is great, but not for a resale! If you are planning to keep a car for a long time buy it. Exterior design I love it. Reliability, with less than 200 mile I had a cruise control fault, took it to the dealer it was fixed for over $1,000 but it was under warranty, two months later the problem came back again. At 8000 miles I had an engine light, EPC light (electronic power control system) something to do with the engine, and the car lost power, I took it to the dealer and there was a misfire on engine cylinder number 3. I still love my car, I would buy it again, and I hope that it will last for 10 years minimum.

2026 Tesla Model Y review
The 2026 Tesla Model Y continues to be one of the smartest electric SUV choices on the market. With its refreshed design, improved efficiency, and real-world range of up to 357 miles on the Premium RWD, it feels more refined than earlier versions. Acceleration is still impressively quick (as low as 3.3 seconds in the Performance), the Supercharger network remains unmatched, and the spacious cabin plus generous cargo room make it practical for everyday family use. Full Self-Driving capability keeps getting better too. Overall, the 2026 Model Y strikes a great balance of performance, efficiency, and practicality that few competitors can match 😊

AutoNation Toyota CerritosReviews
2025 Mazda CX-50 review
I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

2024 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

BMW of Buena ParkReviews
BMW of Buena Park review
This is the second time that I've leased a car from BMW of Buena Park and I have to (again) give them my sincerest thanks and appreciation -- with a most notable kudos to Veronica for making the whole thing as efficient and painless as possible! I'd been in touch with Veronica since my last lease was coming to a close, and she always kept things pressure free until I was ready to move forward, along with being so very kind, patient, and helpful once I had a car in mind. On top of all of that, she gave me an outstanding deal while being incredibly transparent and direct with any questions I posed to her along the way. Beyond that, they arranged delivery to make my life that much easier which was incredibly thoughtful of them. You guys are the absolute best -- thank you so very much for always going above and beyond! I'll be back for sure and continue to recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a BMW!

2024 Ford Bronco Sport review
24 Bronco Sport Badlands loaded This is a cool SUV with a load of options Most impressive is the 2.0 engine that is very quick. It will take you by surprise how quickly it get off the line. The B&O sound system is ok with sub woofer but could be better with speaker upgrade Power seats with memory is nice and comes in handy Power sun/moon roof is also a nice touch Sync 3 touch screen works well no complaints Phone charging pad Rain sensing wipers is a cool option too. The tech options goes on and on Things that could be better…… Steering is to direct making any movement of the steering wheel have the vehicle being over correcting. I find you can’t relax on the hyway. It’s tiresome to drive on long hyway drives. The lane centering also doesn’t work very well. I find it is hugging the center line or it will hug the right line but never stay in the center. And it is always over correcting its self. Also the Adaptive Cruise control… I can’t find a settthat is ether to close or to far away from the vehicle your following. Lots of adjustment but nothing that works for me. All in all 2 years old and no issues. And for the most part a real cool SUV

2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

Absolutely love this car! Smooth, quite and just the right size. Beautiful interior and exterior. Some people complain about range but for me this works great. I'm getting between 3.7 and 3.9 kwh and a range of 255. It's a 2023 RZ450e AWD premium with 18 inch wheels. Not the longest range and not the fastest but true quality.
