Came out with what I was looking for. Thanks to Carlton and Ibrahim for helping me out with the process of getting me in a new car.

I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. He helped us find the exact car we were looking for and got us a great deal too. We are looking forward to coming back and purchasing another vehicle from him at BMW of Fairfax.

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

I had an awesome experience dealing with Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner. This was the best car purchase experience I have had. The sales person Trivian Anand is such a great customer advocate. The manager, Pascuale, bent over backwards to accomodate me. The finance manager (Sue Kim) was very transparent. Overall it was pure joy to deal with these guys contrary to most other car buying experiences

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

My experience was great, I would recommend this place to a friend. My next car purchase will be from this dealership. The repairs on my vehicle were awesome.

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

This car has been, without a doubt, the best vehicle I've ever owned. From its reliable performance to its comfortable interior, every aspect of this car has exceeded my expectations. The engine is powerful yet fuel-efficient, making long drives both enjoyable and economical. The handling is smooth, and the ride quality is superb, even on rough roads.

Overall great experience. This dealership leaves the other ones in the dust. Thanks to Rick, Alan, Zen and the lady in the tag department. They made my buying experience seamless and quick. Great experience purchasing a used Toyota 4Runner. If you are going to buy a car there ask for Karim. He was a great sales person to work with. The whole process was great from beginning to end with clear communication and no surprises.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. And we got a great deal on the car, which was exactly what we wanted, too. Couldn't have been easier and hassle free - great, encouraging experience - and it was buying a car! Everything about working with Ramon, Lamont and Melleny was terrific, the interaction way ahead of the other Honda dealerships we talked with ( among those, one wanting about $2K more for the car, another insisting we come to the dealership). I was looking for a Toyota RAV4 & found one online @ Car Gurus. I drove a hr to see the vehicle, from GB Md to Waldorf Md. My salesman was Daryl, He was great. Very friendly, also was the Finance Manager. Everyone was very helpful. I ended up buying the RAV4. I love it. I’ve had my original car (Toyota Camry) for 22yrs. I kept it , I couldn’t bare to trade it in. But again they were so nice , they detailed my Rav4 & filled up the tank. It was worth the drive.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

I recently had my car serviced at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Like many people I think, I had not taken my car to a dealer for servicing for quite some time. Instead, I used a smaller private mechanic for services like oil changes and the little things that came up, but had not done much in the way of regular maintenance other than that. Earlier this summer we were going to take the car for a long road trip, and I decided to take my car in for an oil change and a check up to be sure it was safe for a long trip. My service representative, Mark Waters did an excellent job. He explained to me what he felt needed to be done. Essentially it was a 60K mile service, All the fluids were checked and replaced, a new drive belt, checked my tires, new wiper blades, and a number of other regular maintenance things. The car drove great on the trip. The trip included many miles on the highway in the pouring rain. I felt comfortable and safe knowing my car had recently been serviced. Upon my return the air conditioning went out. Mark had the mechanic Kevin Parry inspect it and determined I needed a new compressor. They were able to have the car back for me the next morning. Kevin even fixed a few minor body work adjustments on my front fender and on my driver’s seat electrical controls at no charge. Both times I used them, when I picked up my car it was delight to find that it had also been washed for me. I will certainly continue to use Jim Coleman and won’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Five Stars!

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

I just received my car back from Antwerpen VW and it was a ling process,but thanks to Mike Hooper, the process was easier. I would check on my car on a regular basis and would keep me up to date on progress which really appreciated!! 🤔

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

I have never been to this dealership before but Lana Manko was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, patience and went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me. I've never had a sales person do so much to make sure I was satisfied with my decision. If I need another car, I will not hesitate to come back and see her.
