As always, the dealership does top quality work and I am very pleased with the job they did for my 2021 S585 sedan. I was especially impressed by the video of the proposed repairs and maintenance work - a new service that worked out very well. One aspect of this visit however could stand to be improved. It took 2.5 days to return my car to me, largely due to the unavailability of a check out driver to validate that the car was ready to go - at least that's what I was told.

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

We recently sold our 100 series land Cruiser and while we absolutely loved it while we owned it. I have to say that our 2021 limited Sequoia is everything that our 100 series LC should have been. Sure I miss how amazingly over built and reliable our LC was and not to mention the status quo of owning a LC. But the pleasure of having room to fit the entire family, 2 dogs and all of the gear we need for family outings, we simply could not get with our 100 series. The Sequoia even has features our LC didn't. Its cavernous inside, ridiculously comfortable and more cost effective to maintain than the LC. The Sequoia has the same Toyota reliability and V8 power as a LC and towing capacity is more than adequate for our needs. The Sequoia has just enough electronics to meet our needs without all the doodads we don't care for. The Sequoia interior for us, is the perfect combination of luxury, functionality and simplicity. We yearn for the days when 4wd's were 4wd's and didn't cost as much as a down payment on a house. The LC believe it or not got the same MPG roughly than our Sequoia does now and its lifted on 35's. The Sequoia has the almost the same 4wd system as the LC and trust me when I say the Sequoia has gone everywhere our LC has taken us. We are Toyota fanatics who presently own a 4runner and a Tacoma and have owned previous generations of both platforms. The Sequoia simply checked all the boxes for our family needs and at $30,000 or $40,000 less than a 200 series LC (USED). Our 2021 Sequoia is the best Toyota product we have ever purchased for our family and hands down the best bang for our buck, especially with inflated car prices.

Purchased the SUV in 2014 with 49k miles on it. Dealer replaced front and rear shocks, at 100k I replaced the shocks again. My biggest issue with these vehicles today and not just GM SUVs is the non-reliability of those costly parts. At the dealer you may pay $3,500 or more for shocks, at the Benz dealer a air rear shock will cost you $3,800 for one. Buying a SUV used with high mileage you will be looking at replacing these type of items.

Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. I have had my Altas for over 4 years and I keep on falling in love with it each and very day. Extremely comfortable space and overall a perfect size SUV for a family of 5. We have had and continue to have amazing long road trips with this beauty and we will carry the memories we continue to make in our heart for the rest of our lives.

I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

We have owned our 2015 for two years now - got her used from a family member with about 55k miles. The car is comfortable, fast, huge, and gets great mileage for its size and weight - about 21mpg with a mix of city of highway miles and I'm shocked by that. This is the year they put the 3.0 liter twin turbo V6 in the GL450 - not sure what other years they did, but I highly recommend this engine. V6's are often marketed as having V8 power when they really don't, but this one absolutely has V8 power. It even sounds like a V8. You can certainly feel the car's heft on turns in country roads, but it weighs basically 3 tons fully loaded. It feels very safe and is super quiet inside - build quality is superb. It feels like a fast, luxury tank. I love it and I'm going to drive it as long as I possibly can.

Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. The sales manager gave us the best offer hands down and we shopped the entire state. Charles and the Chevy team educated us on the car and the systems it boasts. Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)
