My Mach E is twice as quiet as my Model 3 was and much smoother. The road noise is quieted by a stiff composite felt used for the wheel wells. It is roomer and larger than a Tesla for less price. I love the controls and screens so much more than the Tesla as they are similar to most cars.

What a great time I had picking up my New Sonata. They made it fun. The showroom is all new and soon I her a new service Dept. can't wait.

I have only had the car for two weeks so time will tell more - but so far very impressed. It is so complex it takes some time to learn all the nuances and get comfortable. It drives beautifully, is very comfortable, and I feel very safe. It’s somewhere between our XC90 and GLS450. Closer to the GLS.

I've bought many cars over the years. But this was my first new one. Unsure if I could do it. Robin my sales associate was excellent at showing me options and working with me to get in the car I really wanted. And on the ride home. I knew I couldn't have been happier if I spent 3 times the money I did. That! Is a satisfied feeling. I felt no pressure to buy, to keep looking, to sign up. Just a comfortable atmosphere in a warm and friendly place. A clean and presentable place with amenities on the level of some luxury European dealerships I've been in. But without the reflected price tag to go along with them. I've already recommended them to 2 friends who intend to see if the cars that are available fit what they're looking for. If so. I have been waiting for a really COOL all EV for five years. Traded in a 2018 Volt hybrid. I've looked at every EV out there and didn't find on that nocked my socks off. The new Cadillac Lyriq caught my attention. I went ahead and bought the Mach E and thought I would trade it in on the Lyriq in a couple of years. I really like my Mach E. It's fast, comfortable, quiet and looks great. The new Lyriq will have to be really great to get me to switch. W

Bought a used Encore from Billy..relaxed no pressure experience..when checking to see if my 500 dollars I used to hold the car was taken off my credit card I found out that it never went threw correctly and was still on my card..lucky I checked because they weren’t following up on it..the old saying applies here ..the jobs not done until the paper work is finished..

The 4RUNNER is an impressive car and very popular in my area. I would like to have seen more amenities that many of their other models have like: Power liftgate, auto lane safety control, lane warning lights in side mirrors, turning indicator light in side mirrors and relocate trailer plug connector further back towards the rear bumper.

Who thought you could get a brand new vehicle for less than $200/month? The Encore is a great fit for my family, and Ingersoll Buick GMC of Watertown was the best dealer to purchase from! They are helpful and really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my SUV. Even took time to show my teenage daughter the important function of the vehicle, so when she drives it she will be comfortable. THANKS!

Love the exterior body lines, the front sits a bit higher than the rear, nice stance. Factory aluminum wheels are very nice. Power rear gate heated steering wheel and heated seats are nice as well. Have had dual exhaust installed, the 5.3 sounds awesome. Exterior is white.

I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

This car is a great addition for our family. Lots of rooms for us with lots of comforts. It will provide us with the space needed as the kids grow.

We just leased or second Cadillac and its beautiful. The dealership was great to us on the last lease with repairs and service. This time our sales guy Bill Donato made two gaffs. First he said buy the car today and the sales manager will eat our overage on miles. After we signed he suddenly had not recollection of saying that and joked to me I lie a lot. The sales manager did make good on it and took care of 3000 of the miles we were over. Second we loved the XT5 we test drove but my wife wanted a different color. Bill said he would find one again after we signed we realized he gave us one that didn't have cooled seats. When I asked him about it he said oh did the one you drove gave them. He should pay attention to details. I mean come on this is Cadillac. I will continue to trust Valenti but please if you use this dealership use a trustworthy sales rep who is paying attention to what you want.

Tiguan is a great chassis. Sold worldwide. No mid-size competitor is as solidly built. Smooth highway ride. Proven AWD system. Second row seating easily accommodates adults. Engine / transmission provides adequate performance. Not sporty, but 1/2 the price of a BMW. U.S. version is a bit quirky. Software is not a perfect design, and it can be buggy. AVAC controls are difficult to operate without taking your eyes off the road. There are so many different setting to consider the user manual is not very helpful. Neither is the dealer or VW customer service. One example- Both can tell you how to put the car into SPORT mode, but they can not tell you what Sport mode actually adjusts. Without that information, how can one choose to use it?

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Rogue on 10-11-12. It was an easy, actually fun experience. The sales man was not pushy, it was an easy process and everyone was very helpful. I love my new car. I would recomend carmax to anyone who wants a stress free car buying experience.

Its cargo capacity matches our 2019 Acura RDX, which is still our choice when destinations are over 5 hours away.

Overall great experience of this suv, no complaints on the driving and comfort. The back has massive space for carrying plus if the need arises the seats can be folded 180 degrees to increase the rear space. Engine has a nice roar to it and smooth suspension. Has three driving modes, eco which will have a nice lux quiet sound to it, sport will enable the exhaust to roar, and manual for more driver control. Overall loved it and will buy again.

Found the car I wanted online, drove up 2 hours from NYC. On the way they were taking care of the paperwork so I could sign everything and walk out with a car. I got to drive that care home immediately it was done promptly and done well. They have many wonderful finance options and the showroom is beautiful itself. Everyone was kind and not pushy at all. Very few road worthy driver's cars especially SUVs available in this price category. Alfa has done a wonderful job for the few who desire a driver's car. The acceleration, feel, cornering and handling are superb as is the steering feel and sound. A Ferrari like experience for those of us on a budget. Love it! Yes it could be lot more luxurious but then go buy a Lexus. I hope Alfa stays this way and financial and sales pressures do not force Alfa to 'soften' the ride and ruin a masterpiece driving experience like some manufacturers have done.

We were looking for a safe, rugged and versatile vehicle for the roads, weather and huge semis on the road in Texas. Our Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited has been perfect.

i have a 2017 wrangler unlimited sport with a 6 speed ..at 18 000 miles they had to drop the tranny ..now at 49 000 they will need to do it again and its pissing me off. Plastic parts in a tranny is stupid . And a reverse gear too pointy and too thin ..Seriously ? You know its an issue and still no recall?

Very comfortable seating & leg room for me (6'4"), but my wife has a hard time climbing in with its lift and 35's. My only problem is the shifter is, as described in all reviews, rubbery. It takes a determined shift to get "reverse" to go without grinding. And, it doesn't like shifting too soon. You have to tach out every gear when accelerating to highway speed, or it will dog down. While complaining, the back is difficult to access with my zippered rag-top. Otherwise, I love it. It's beautiful, quiet (for a Jeep), drives smooth at high speeds, and will climb a tree (almost). My JKU gets 18+ mpg and the seats are very comfortable on a long drive.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

This truck has what I need. I needed a 4x4 vehicle in order to not get stuck in the winter and this truck will definitely help.

It’s a overall great looking crossover suv , plenty of room to haul the typical odds and ends good pep when you step on the gas.
