I like the vehicle a lot. Something I was wary about was the reliability as I had read reviews of the car losing power, the jerkiness of changing gear, and the crash detection sensor going off randomly. I had to replace the MAF sensor 3 times within the first month or two of owning the vehicle. I then came to realize it appears to be an electrical fault, when the crash detection sensor goes off (randomly, usually in rain or bright sunlight) it creates an issue with the vehicle's performance. I have started turning off the sensor every time I get in the vehicle and haven't had a single performance issue since. Long road trips through Washington rain and sunny Arizona. Disappointing to have to be inconvenienced, but it's a two second fix when I start the vehicle for a wonderful and fun and sporty ride.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

You found the best place to buy a used car. Shortly after purchasing the car, it developed a problem. The dealership did not say sorry it's a used car purchased as is but they "stepped up to the plate" to take care of the problem. The service advisor Sebastian, service manager, Eddie, sales manager, Bryan and Claudio , our salesman all provided excellent customer service. I am so glad I went to Napleton's Volkswagen to purchase a used care for my daughter.

Joe was an amazing car sales man. He was true to what he said and if he didn?t know the answer he found it out for you. Every time I called Hertz Joe would answer it was like he was running the place. Anytime I went to the dealership Joe was out in the heat showing a customer a car. He is just so great. When we went inside the other car sales men were just sitting around eating or chitchatting. Joe was an amazing experience just in himself I have never felt so confident in buying a car and not feeling preassured or stressed. Bought brand new 9 miles on it now 5400 went from Iowa through Colorado to Arizona no problems other that forward Collison sensors getting dirty and the auto stop start not always working.I used rock mode on my trailhawk in canyon land it was a blast

Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

Our salesman Dalip, was friendly and helpful, the purchase process was smooth and streamlined ! Took the vehicle home on Friday , we noticed an oil leak under the car where the oil filter is! Called Dalip who advised to bring it in on Monday , at Hertz I met salesman Richard, who advised that the on site technician will take a look , he advised that the gasket for the oil filter was loose which led to the leak. Richard advised that the technician did fix it and drove test the vehicle and no more leaks! So far so good no more oil spots on my driveway ! I hope it stays leak free since my wife love that car.

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

I traded in my 2019 Hyundai Tucson SE for the 2022 Outlander Sport because the Tucson reliability was horrible. Sure you get alot of features, but half of them I don't even use. And the service Departments at Hyundai Dealers are horrible. Now on the otherhand the Mitsubishi Dealer was great. They even did all the financing work before I even went there so I was in and out in 30 minutes. I just wish this vehicle had Active Lane Keep Assist and sportronic transmission so I could use it as a manual. But other than that the Outlander Sport is great and I get great MPG with it. And the service department is great, no any attitudes or issues with service. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Drove one in New York, NJ ,PA area for work (rental). Loved the connectivity to Android, very simple, you get what you need. Comfortable, drove about 800 miles and it did very well driving in all sorts of traffic and terrain conditions. Overall very satisfied with the car, would consider buying one if the reliability is good long term.

I came to AutoNation Toyota Winter Park with zero intention of buying a Toyota ? and definitely not a new one. My wife and I originally came to look at a used vehicle, but it turned out that the car we were interested in wasn?t even on the lot ? it was located in another city. Since we were already there, we decided to stay and casually look at the new 2026 Toyota lineup, without any real expectations or plans. To be completely honest, Toyota was not on my list at all. My main concerns were price, build quality for the U.S. market, and the clear difference compared to what I?ve seen in Europe. On top of that, the financial aspect was a major factor for me, and the price-to-quality ratio honestly worried me. Everything changed when I saw a 2026 Toyota Corolla on the lot. I looked at the MSRP, then noticed a number of additional fees that were unclear to me. I wanted to understand the real out-the-door (OTD) price, so I asked for help from the sales consultants. Unfortunately, the first three consultants were either unwilling or very unmotivated to explain the details ? probably because my questions weren?t the most comfortable ones. At that point, I was frustrated and ready to leave, fully deciding that I wouldn?t come back. And then the turning point happened. Right as I was about to exit the dealership, I finally met people who approached me with a completely different mindset ? calm, respectful, and customer-oriented. It didn?t work out with the first person, but with the second one we finally started to move toward the first real step of a deal. I received the information I was looking for, and at the negotiation table I was honestly surprised by the fact that the dealer was thinking not only about their own profit, but about making the deal fair and reasonable for both sides. Considering my previous negative experiences with other dealerships, this stood out a lot. We decided to take one day to think about whether the car was worth the money. The key factor that ultimately influenced our decision was the way the entire team worked during that time ? they did everything right to make sure I wanted to return, without pressure or manipulation. The next day I came back, and we finalized the deal. I would also like to mention one important point regarding financing. I know my credit score and credit history very well, and I believe that customers should always receive maximum transparency about the real APR they are getting from the bank. Transparency builds trust, and trust is critical in deals like this. In the end, the deal was completed successfully, but this is an area that can always be improved. That said, I purchased the car from this dealership, and I am genuinely grateful to the AutoNation Toyota Winter Park team. They did serious work to keep me as a completely cold customer. I have over 15 years of experience in sales myself, and I truly understand how much skill, patience, and the right approach it takes to close a deal like this. SUV drives great on the highway . The seat are very comfortable and the cabin is not that noisy . It seems to be very good on gas also . I would highly recommend it . Toyota reliability !!!
