Don McGill Toyota of Houston review
Getting a car for the first time with fast, reliable, and excellent services from the people who took care of my car needs was truly delightful. I am so grateful to Mr. Manuel and Mr. Hadi for the warmth accommodation and such service delight. I got my brand new car in just a couple of hours. Thank you so much.
2023 Toyota 4Runner review
Just purchased by 3rd 4runner Limited. Love that Toyota is reliable and I like sitting up over looking traffic. Toyota's hold there resale value. I did not purchase the extended warranty, I've never used it previously and think it's a waste of money unless you pur a EV. Also, the dealership might try to get you to buy windshield coverage....it's already in my auto insurance coverage. Shop around for rates, usually a credit union has pretty good rates if your credit score is good. Dealerships generally run higher interest rates. Also, make sure you get 2 key fobs. Just offering some general buying tips.

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Katy review
I took my 2023 jeep gladiator in to the collision department due to an accident and ended up purchasing a 2026 Ram 1500 black express. I could t be happier or more satisfied. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. The staff from my salesman Ahmed to the sales manager to the finance manager, all of them made this experience so effortless and fast. Even the collision center helped me tremendously. I would definitely recommend coming to Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Katy for your needs
2023 Toyota 4Runner review
We chose the 2023 4Runner Limited because of it's reliable 1GR V6 engine and the simple, tried and true, 5 speed transmission. And NO turbo! The interior is detailed and attractive with clearly reachable buttons and knobs for climate, radio, and touchscreen. The ride is much better than described in many reviews. We find that it is similar to our former GMC Yukon. The one downside is it's fuel mileage. In real world daily driving we're getting 18-19 mpg around town and 19-21 on the highway. Our Highlander gets 21-22 mpg in town and 24mpg on the highway. This is our 4th 4Runner so we know what to expect. Our 2004 is still on the road with 278,000 miles; going strong.

AutoNation Toyota Gulf FreewayReviews
AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the dealership while shopping for a new or used 4Runner. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was dealing with people who genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle rather than simply trying to make a sale. A huge thank you to Carla and Will in the Sales Department. Both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. That made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I originally came in considering both new and used 4Runners and was honestly prepared to go either direction depending on the numbers. Carla and Will worked with me, went over all of my options, and helped me find a deal that I honestly wasn?t expecting. After looking at everything, I ended up purchasing a brand-new 4Runner, and I couldn?t be happier with the decision. The deal I received was absolutely amazing, and I truly feel like I got tremendous value for my money. The entire process was handled professionally from start to finish, and there were no games, unnecessary pressure, or surprises. That?s extremely important to me when making a major purchase. It?s rare these days to have a dealership experience where you leave feeling like you were actually taken care of, but that?s exactly how I felt here. Carla and Will went above and beyond, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyota, especially if you?re in the market for a 4Runner. Thank you again to Carla, Will, and the entire team for making what can sometimes be a stressful process such a great experience. I love my new 4Runner and couldn?t be happier with the deal and the way I was treated. Five stars all the way!

I’ve purchased several vehicles from AutoNation Ford Katy over the past couple of years, and they’ve consistently provided me with an outstanding experience. A huge thank you to Draeton in sales for always taking great care of me and making the buying process easy and enjoyable. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled right. I also want to give a special thank you to Jammie in the finance department. Jammie has been fantastic to work with and makes the finance process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. And a big thank you to Jared, the sales manager, for always making sure I’m taken care of. Having a great manager who stands behind his team and values repeat customers makes a huge difference. There’s a reason I’ve continued coming back to AutoNation Ford Katy for multiple vehicles over the years. They’ve earned my business through great customer service and by treating me right from start to finish. I highly recommend AutoNation Ford Katy. 2016 Toyota 4Runner review
It's the very last body on frame bullet proof SUV. It's built like a tank is great for all types of driving situations and here in Illinois where the roads are almost as terrible as it's governor it needs to be ready to drive over potholes the size of Pritzkers rear end and handle it. I've had no problems and plan on holding onto it especially now that Toyota has taken a turn for the worse with garbage 4 cylinder turbos.

2025 Toyota 4Runner review
I couldn’t wait to own the new model year and had to wait for months for it to be delivered. I love it. The exterior is gorgeous and interior is just enough for a 4WD SUV. The brakes are NOISY in reverse and quite embarrassing so I hope they fix that soon. It’s only in reverse and never in drive. Overall I give it a solid 4/5.

Toyota of Katy review
hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I could not have hand picked a better salesman!!
2025 Toyota 4Runner review
I purchased a 2025 4Runner TRD Pro and only in a few hundred miles I love it. I had a few 5th generation 4Runners and they were great. But this is a whole new level with the 6th generation. Great ride, comfort, technology, and capabilities is unmatched by the previous generations. The only thing I don't was the price tag. But personally, I would do it again.

Working with M.r Kamran durrani was truly the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, there was zero high-pressure sales talk or typical dealership games. M.r Kamran durrani actively listened to what I needed, respected my budget, and found the exact vehicle I wanted without trying to upsell me. The pricing was completely transparent from start to finish with no surprise add-ons, and the paperwork was fast and painless. If you want an honest, straightforward, and respectful experience, go see M.r Kamran durrani

I've owned this car for at least a year now. And the ride comfort is better than they say. It is on the road I'm impressed with the off-road. Ability of this vehicle. Love the looks and the style. Very pleasant experience. My service advisor, Kevin Bayer, was very communicative about what my car needed, explaining it very well. I appreciate and trust his advice. He is also very kind and considerate. To add to the pleasantness of the visit I was provided a loaner car so that I could attend a meeting while my car was being serviced.

2019 Toyota 4Runner review
I had a voodoo blue for 5 years, then unfortunately totaled it last week. I LOVED this vehicle…and I am a road rep that clocks thousands of miles monthly. Yes, it’s a bit of a gas hog, but it’s about the SMILES per gallon, not the miles per gallon. If you love a square body, uncomplicated icon of a vehicle…this is it. No other justification needed. I WILL be getting another. I’m a 4Runner fan for life!

Don McGill Toyota of HoustonReviews
Don McGill Toyota of Houston review
We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.
2023 Toyota 4Runner review
Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

I really appreciate her professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Thank you, Tisha, and the Lexus team, for the great service!

I have a blue Trd sport premium, 2025. So far I love this truck! It has hard plastic throughout the interior, which makes it easy to clean. Love the 14 inch screen, and the 360 cameras. Wheels on the Trd sport are some of the best looking wheels out there. If you want a few options, but aren't going off road, trd sport premium is a great option.
