Serrvice changed when you get high mileage in your car

I purchased several cars from our local Toyota dealership. Liked to doing business with them, Lifetime oil and battery is a great deal, specially if do you using your car a lot ! My Sienna is only 3 years old, but turned over 105K . The regular maintenance not smooth now, they didn???t do top of fluids last time, trying to charge for oil change...I think my name and phone # still in the computer files like original buyer w. free oil change, maintenance and battery ?!
Buying a car from J&M was the best car buying experience by far! I worked with Vinny who was more than patient and accommodating with me. Being a young female trying to buy a car can be very difficult, but Vinny made my experience easy and smooth. He was honest about any and all details in regard to the cars. He dealt with me calling him multiple times a day to ask questions or even just check on the status of my vehicle being ready! He did his best to make sure I got my vehicle before the holiday. He made sure he put me and my child in a safe, reliable vehicle. I would highly recommend J&M to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle...in fact, I already have! :)
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Tyler Impressed us so much with his attitude toward life and his attention to us as customers and our needs. The tour he provided us with the dealership showed the pride he has in Bandfon and in the Hyundai product he represents. We were so impressed that we purchased 2 new Sonatas.
My husband and I were looking for a used car. We found some cars on the Brandfon Honda website and spoke with Kristen. She had the cars ready for us to test drive the same day. We were greeted by Grandell as soon as we arrived. We met with Kristen briefly and Grandell took us for a test drive in each of the cars. He was patient, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We purchased a car the same day. It was the most efficient, hassle free purchase I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this dealership and our salesman Grandell! It was our first time buying from Brandfon Honda and we would definitely buy from them again in the future.
By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.

I've had dozens of excellent, professional, courteous and friendly service work over a 16 year period. ALWAYS treated like a valued customer, ALWAYS treated with respect and kindness. In return, I have also treated them exactly the same. No bad experiences here at all, unlike Crowley in Forestville, who took my money and gave me the WORST experience in car service in my entire 58 years. Stephens is a cut above the rest. Organized, professional and articulate. Biggest mistake I made was not buying my new car at Stephens. I've never had one single bad experience.
Recently purchased a Buick Regal from Stephens Buick GMC. The salesman Mike and staff were professional and a pleasure to do business with. Interior design is attractive and exterior is really sharp and car is nothing but smooth riding.
Salesperson Boris Lukic did an exceptional job helping me return my leased RAV 4 and picking out another car. My friend recommended him and has turned to Boris for his car needs for many years. Boris has never disappointed him. In fact, everyone I dealt with at Stephen AutoMall was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Boris and this dealership to others.
I purchased an used Buick Regal. I drove all the way from Milford to Bristol just becos of Mike Collins and the car pricing. Mike is awesome to work with and super responsive. No pressure or no Stress. I love my car, super clean and worry free driving. Marian was great, very polite and friendly. Loved the place and people over here. All smiling and very helpful. I had a great experience purchasing my Toyota Highlander from Stephen AutoMall. I worked with Jason, who immediately got it that I was looking for a no hassle experience, having done all my homework online as to what I wanted in a new vehicle and what I expected to pay for it. No sitting around waiting while he "worked for the best deal with his manager". When we test drove the car, he knew the features. They also gave me a good price for my trade in. It's now been two months and I love the car, having driven 5000+ miles through 12 states.
Luis was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with the best possible experience. He took the time to go through the entire car with me and explain all options and opportunities that were available to me. Luis was responsive, friendly, and did not add any pressure to my car buying experience. I would highly recommend Luis to anyone considering a Toyota and would definitely work with Luis again.
You were able to get both my Toyota and my son's Hyundai in and promptly serviced at the same time, although the online scheduler had us an hour apart in time. Plus you had Saturday hours, which Hyundai did not for his car.
If you are looking for a dealer that doesn’t pressure you or forces you to decide this is the place. Our salesman Ron is amazing! No pressure, very knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure. Ray the Manager is a very low key manager who wants the customer to be happy with everything to do with the car buying process.
I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car.
It was easy, transparent, no high pressure tactics. We received all the information we needed. The salesman helped us get our insurance card and registration, even processed our state electric vehicle rebate for us.
