I had to get a car in one day. A terrible pinch for the dealership. They rose to the occasion with kindness and honesty and had me out-the-door with a great deal before 2pm. Thanks especially to Delane Sheppard and Levi Durst. You guys made a difficult day easy!

Good driving car with many safety features. This is not a car for big people. The lady who is driving it loved the car and is excited about owning it and having it forany years.

Lithia Toyota of OdessaReviews
Lithia Toyota of Odessa review
If you're in the market for a vehicle, look no further than Lithia – my top recommendation. While exploring various Lexus RC-F options, Lithia stood out not only for its competitive pricing but also for exceptional service. Charles Smith, an outstanding salesman, reached out within minutes of my inquiry, and we swiftly initiated the purchase process. Being on active duty and stationed in New Mexico, I had specific needs, and Charles went above and beyond to accommodate them. Despite my plan to fly out and drive the vehicle back to my base over 400 miles away, Charles and his team at Lithia ensured everything was taken care of. They filled up the car, inspected the brakes and tires, guaranteeing a safe, comfortable, and worry-free journey home. To add a personal touch, Charles took the time to pick me up from the airport in my newly acquired Lexus. During our drive, we engaged in friendly conversation, and he thoughtfully directed me across the city for an optimal test drive experience. Charles's exemplary customer service reflects positively on the dealership and the Lithia name. Without a doubt, I'll turn to them first when I'm back in the market. If you're considering a purchase, take this review to heart. I willingly flew out for this experience, and Lithia made it truly worthwhile – a testament to their exceptional service.

Mercedes-Benz of Miami review
The sales staff were absolutely excellent, the service department is also excellent, The only caveat I would have is I would not recommend purchasing the insurance packages they offer on a new car. because I had to return my new car pretty much immediately for service, and they wouldn?t let me cancel one of the two packages I bought. They told me there?s absolutely no refunds, and even if you sell the car there?s no prorated refund once purchased.

I had an excellent experience working with Josephine at Mercedes-Benz. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Josephine made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She was very responsive, answered all of my questions clearly, and handled every detail quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated that she respected my time and never made the process feel complicated or pressured. She is friendly, patient, honest, attentive, and truly understands what great customer service should be. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients and wants to make sure they have the best possible experience. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful and time-consuming, but Josephine made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She is definitely someone I would trust and recommend to friends and family. Thank you, Josephine, for your outstanding service! Mercedes-Benz is very lucky to have you on their team. I highly recommend asking for Josephine if you're looking for someone who is professional, reliable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience! Kelsey was great to work with, and he helped us get through the car-buying processes as painlessly as possible. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for future cars.

Really had a good experience with my salesperson. Polite, efficient, not too pushy, and respectful of what my needs were. Dramatically different than other places I’ve gone around LA; in a good way.

North Park Toyota of San AntonioReviews
North Park Toyota of San Antonio review
This was my first time buying a car out of state and John Reyes made it as smooth as possible. He was always answering my (many) questions in a very timely manner and there were no hidden costs or fees. I had an issue with the shipping company, but that is a 3rd party which shipped my car from Texas to California so that is not his fault. He also said I would not need to go to the DMV, but that was not quite true (I had to go once for a VIN verification appointment). Assuming he did not know that, I would say this was an overall good buying experience, especially for my first out of state purchase. Overall would recommend (again, my experience was completely online (out of state), John seems like a very nice guy and will answer all of your questions and give you a no-BS out the door price. Thank you!
