INFINITI of Clarendon HillsReviews
INFINITI of Clarendon Hills review
After visiting a different dealership where we felt completely overlooked, working with Ali was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we pulled into the lot, Ali greeted us warmly with a smile and a genuine sense of welcome. His approach was never pushy—instead, he was thoughtful, patient, and fully committed to understanding our needs. Ali took the time to truly listen and provided us with a personalized selection of vehicles that matched our preferences and priorities. This saved us an incredible amount of time and helped us focus on what really mattered. He was also impressively organized, having paperwork ready in advance and maintaining excellent communication every step of the way. What stood out most about Ali was not just his knowledge of the vehicles and their features, but the way he worked to ensure we received the best overall value. He proactively reviewed all available incentives and savings opportunities, including several we weren’t even aware existed. He took the initiative to ask meaningful questions, like our professional backgrounds and ownership history, which led to valuable savings we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. Ali’s service was sincere, thorough, and above all, customer-centered. He made us feel like we had someone in our corner, advocating for us—not just trying to make a sale. That level of care and integrity is rare, and we’re incredibly grateful for it. We wholeheartedly recommend Ali Abdullah to anyone looking for a car buying experience that is honest, efficient, and tailored to your needs. He made a potentially stressful process feel easy.

We had a great experience working with Megha! We were able to get a price upfront via email before coming to the dealership to test drive. They didn’t have the color we were looking for in stock, but were able to get one in very quickly. Megha was very responsive, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She made the process of buying my first car easy!

I had an incredible experience purchasing a car here! My sales agent, Ahmad, truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was kind, patient, professional, and transparent, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. He was very supportive and worked hard to make everything fit my needs. I really appreciated how approachable, honest, and helpful he was every step of the way. Everyone at Continental Toyota was excellent to work with when purchasing my new vehicle. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming from start to finish. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend Continental Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Sunrise ChevroletReviews
Sunrise Chevrolet review
I open up this review with a smile on my face. When I arrived and heading to the showroom, I was met by a person with a very warm and energetic greeting, Sales Specialist, Elia Secretary, a Professional Gentleman in so many ways. I can tell from the tone of his voice and his handshake that he was determined to make my experience a worthy one. I never felt like I belonged as I did at SUNRISE CHEVROLET. Although, I did get a formal invitation to come in and view a new and special vehicle by their Internet Sales Manager, Patricia Wales, but, Sales Specialist, Elias Secretary made the trip worthwhile. I never thought it would be so inviting as it was to step into a well tuned and comfortable environment as it was there at 414 E. North Ave. Glendale Heights. IL. 60139. And sitting at the desk as I waited for my finale results, I could hear conversations of the(Manager)Wizard behind the curtain as he orchestrated every step until everything came together. The joy of purchasing a vehicle from this Dealership was like no other. SUNRISE CHEVROLET(of 27 years)is here to find and place you in the perfect vehicle. So, if you're here to purchase a new or used vehicle, you've come to the right Dealership. Nicholas

Golf Mill Chevrolet review
I recently assisted my daughter and her husband in purchasing a new Chevy Trax at Golf Mill Chevrolet and it was one of the best new car buying experiences I have ever had. I contacted Christopher over the phone based on his excellent reviews and set up an appointment and from that point forward I was extremely impressed with Christopher's communication, honesty, product knowledge and professionalism. On the second contact both my daughter and her husband were able to be there and they too were very impressed and satisfied and they purchased the vehicle. Christopher is very detailed to make sure all steps of the purchase and delivery process were completed including a tour of the dealership service department and introduction with the Service Manager and Service Advisor. All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. I worked for GM for 31 years and purchased many, many new GM vehicles and again this was one of the best ever purchase experiences!! Bill S

Bredemann Toyota/ScionReviews
Bredemann Toyota/Scion review
I recently lease a 2025 Toyota 4Runner to buy out , at Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge . The buying process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly sales consultant Marzena Trzasko . The car has exceeded my expectations in terms of fuel efficiency and handling. I love the features like Apple CarPlay and very smooth instructions how to use the new function in a car explained by Marzena . I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend Toyota 4Runner to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable vehicle to lease with option to buy out after 3 years . The dealership's transparent pricing and excellent customer service presented by Marzena made the experience top-notch.

St. Charles ToyotaReviews
St. Charles Toyota review
My son and I purchased a used Mazda from Bob Pearson at the Pre-owned building. We made an appointment and communicated with Bob before visiting the store. When we arrived the car was inside the dealership garage area ready for us to inspect out of the cold weather. We then went on one of the more informative test drives I've ever been on. When we returned Bob had the pricing and paperwork ready for us to review in less than 10 minutes. We paid cash, so I knew it would be a little faster than financing but was shocked at how quickly we were in and out of the store. All in, with the test drive, paperwork and detailing the entire process was less than 90 minutes and felt even shorter. Well done St. Charles Toyota and Bob Pearson, thank you!

2024 Toyota Corolla review
It is a Corolla so don't expect a Lexus. Many nice features like keyless operation, auto headlights and parking brake. Human Factors design is terrible. The center display has a lot of good information, but in font so small it is distracting to try and read it while driving. When you engage cruise control, a warning in small print legalese appears for several seconds, blanking out your speed and telling you not to take your eyes off the road. Of course if you want to read the warning, you cannot see the road. Other feature that is annoying is the assumption that if anything like a coat or a book are on the back seat, you must have left a small child in the car so it beeps repeatedly when you lock the car and then sends you a text that there is something in the back seat. Oil is 0W-8 so don't expect to do your own oil change as it is not generally available in stores. The ride is comfortable for an economy car and it is reasonably quiet. If you love AndroidAuto, you will like the interface, if you don't like it, well, Toyota does not give you any other option that is easy to use. There are 2 cupholders, a small glovebox, and a very small center console compartment. No other storage. No place for a small box of Kleenex, no place to store sunglasses.

My car salesman Lanny Lancaster did a phenomenal job! He made the experience stress free for my very stressed out self! He made sure that my car had everything a girl could dream off! From the moment I walked in, Lanny went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. He was very friendly, funny, and easy to talk to. He made buying a car feel exciting and not stressful at all. His great personality really stood out and made the whole experience better. I would highly recommend Lanny Lancaster!

2024 Toyota Corolla review
Mine is an American made LE. It was bought at a time when very few stripped-down models were available. Using Toyota's parts website, I paid about 1/3 the price for options like the bumper protector, door edge guards, door trim, mud guards and all weather mats. True, it's got cheap materials and Toyota skipped even putting an engine cover to quiet it up (although, in Southern California, the engine cover can retain heat that's not as beneficial as it would be in a place further north). Regularly reaches 37 MPG combined short trips and 20-mile commutes. Longer freeway drives easily goes over 42 MPG. One of the most surprising things about this car is the OEM tires. They are solid, they maintain their air pressure over many months, unlike my friends' who also have bought new Toyotas and half much less consistent tires. The car is regularly parked outside with sun exposure and the exterior seems to hold up okay after 2 years. I did do a break-in oil change at 500 miles and I do oil changes at 5,000 miles. I need this car to last me a long time and the Toyota recommended service intervals will not lead to longevity. There are many Toyota experts who encourage even shorter intervals between oil changes based on Southern California severe driving standards. Too much traffic is considered severe driving. Something else, if this car were bought 55 miles South, in Mexico, the grade of oil would be very different. In America, 0W-8 is the official oil viscosity. In Tijuana, Baja California, 0W-20 is recommended and 5W-30 is even acceptable further south... On Toyota's own documentation! For the summer oil, I have 0W-16 put in it. The car is near the ocean and never has been exposed to anything near freezing temperatures. My friend helps me maintain the car and he gets a lot of information from a Toyota Master diagnostic technician on YouTube, "A Car Care Nut." As a final note, the optical systems that are used for safety for Toyotas have a service memo stating that their safety systems are only guaranteed if windshield replacements are done with Toyota glass and the devices calibrated with Toyota software. In car insurance, you have to show this information to your insurance company for them to approve the OEM glass and Toyota body shop work. The windshield and calibration easily runs over $2,000. I have seen those windshield companies claim that they calibrate the safety system only for it not to work in a future accident. Be your own best advocate and insist on Toyota glass and calibration. By the way, we also looked at Honda, Nissan and Mitsubishi. The transmissions on the Nissan and the Mitsubishi are garbage, the Honda has so many systems to save fuel that negatively affect the engine, Toyota's reliability is often because they choose not to do risky fuel saving software settings.

It was easy to work with Toyota of River Oaks. We negotiated a fair deal. When I go back for service, I will always say hello to Bernadette.
2024 Toyota Corolla review
The basic Corolla is a terrific value. The 169 hp non hybrid offers plenty of power and 41 mpg highway. Narrow car fits in my old single car garage. Standard features aplenty satisfy my needs. Safety features a plus. Sportier performance than Car and Driver review gives it credit for. I suggest this lowest price Toyota model is a diamond in the rough. A lot of fun for a modest price.

Wonderful car buying experience. Tyler(Manager) and Dennis (Finance office) were absolutely crucial in making this car buying experience above the rest. Tyler took the time to explain pricing line by line so I had a full understanding of the total cost. Tyler also made me feel comfortable and kept the process low pressure and enjoyable. Dennis in the Finance Office was outgoing and friendly. Dennis again went thru pricing and made sure I knew what the final numbers were and explained every form I was signing, offered warranty options and went over cost and coverages. These two gentlemen made this normally stressful process enjoyable.
