Mercedes-Benz of AustinReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Austin review
The process of buying a car can often be daunting, but Mercedes-Benz of Austin made it more of a luxury than a chore. From the moment I stepped in the door, everyone was so professional and kind. I felt no pressure while working with Stacey Olmstead. She went above and beyond to explain the features of the car I was interested in. Furthermore, she explicitly explained every step of the process as we progressed. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience while buying a car. I will be back when I’m in the market for another car.

I worked with Melissa Thompson at McGovern and she was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, upfront and honest. I dread car shopping but she and her manager Tim Hall made it a great experience. They went above and beyond trying to find the right vehicle for me. I got a great deal from the start. I can't say enough good things about Melissa and team.

Landers McLarty Toyota review
Hello, I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma from Landers McLarty Toyota-"DJ" DeJon Bailey, Sales Professional. I had an exceptional experience during the entire purchase process. DJ was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the Tacoma and very articulate when explaining the purchasing process and addressed all my inquiries and questions in a timely manner. I live 1.5 hours from the dealership and once the paperwork was completed; he personally delivered my Tacoma to home address and again addressing any questions I had. I will definitely plan to have my next vehicle purchase via DJ!

After some back and forth and almost leaving i got what I had agreed on the price of my mustang GT. Dalton Frost however did an excellent job and I very much appreciate his professionalism and dedication to the customer to get my deal accomplished. The Tahoe i bought thus far has been flawless for a used vehicle. Shelor motor mile has always treated me fair.

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

Mr Pereira handled my concern with respect, professionalism and the utmost concern about my vehicle. He would call me often informing me of the status of the work, prices and other concerns he had. I had a very tough 10 days for personal reasons but Keith was outstanding during that time. He really is an asset to your company

Mike Erdman ToyotaReviews
Mike Erdman Toyota review
We bought a 2022 Highlander from Chuck in January 2022 and were very happy. Unfortunately I was involved in a hit and run accident that totaled my almost new vehicle. When I contacted Chuck at the dealership to let him know that I would be needing another car, and I wanted the same thing, he immediately started looking for me. He found me exactly what I wanted. It was in transit and he kept me updated throughout so that we could make the timing work with the insurance payout. The sales manager Troy worked hard to get me a good deal, and get me a good rate on financing, as rates had gone up since I bought my last car. I was very happy with the service I received and will remember that when it comes time to buy my next car!
2021 Toyota RAV4 review
A little too big for myself but I love this car. I had a used Rav4 before, drove about 10 years, loved it. Also I was able to sell it pretty high price ($4,500) comparing the year and the mileage (over 200,0000 miles). So that is one of the reason why I bought Rav4 again.

All the employees, especially John Citron our car salesperson and Amy Miller our service consultant are super super nice people, along with everybody else that works here. Amy Miller from the get-go was a super super nice and helpful person with everything that she did for me and my wife from the get-go. I had Mike Erdman complete a service appointment today, and it went very well. My service advisor, Mr Jimmy Francisco prepared me in advance for what I was facing, executed the service exactly as planned (no surprises), and got me out the door earlier than expected. Good job, nice work. I recommend Jimmy amd his team to anyone. Allen

DELLA Mitsubishi review
The wife found the Mitsubishi Outback she wanted, we headed to Della's. I walked in with my game face one and ready. We got to the trade and write up... they xxxxxx me off.. they too the game out of the equation. They gave a very fair trade value and the numbers great. I couldn't say anything.. I was dumbfounded..lol this was the best car buying experience ever had. Shoot i sold cars and I was pleasantly surprised.. shot out to the GM and my salesman..

Perkins Motor Plex of Mayfield review
Logan and Todd were awesome! Only had our new truck for 7 days and check engine light came on. Truck was covered by factory warranty which was a blessing. Logan and Todd took care of us by getting truck towed to dealership, provided loaner car to drive. Both made sure we were taken care of while truck was being repaired. Recommend them highly!!

Brian asked what I was looking for and my decision criteria. The paperwork was fast and they didn't try to sell me a lot of extras.

CarMax JacksonvilleReviews
CarMax Jacksonville review
We were looking for a used pickup truck and wanted to trade in our old one. CarMax bought our old truck at a much higher value than any of the other dealers around and it was so easy. We looked at what they had in stock and didn't end up purchasing one- but we tell everyone now to check out CarMax because they make it so simple and easy!
