Michelle even stayed after everyone had left- only to give me the customer experience that everyone deserves. The servicing part is also effortless. I just go there and drop my vehicle and get updates on my phone. The cafeteria is also spacious and has good variety of food available too.

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I purchased a 2021 RAV4 LE used in 2024 from Eco Park. Every time I take it to the dealership they offer to buy it from me. They stated " that this vehicle is in high demand." My personal opinion is as follows: Pros: High resale value when well maintained. Toyota's reliability. It has adequate cargo space. The exterior is attractive. Cons: The front seats are not very comfortable. It has no fog lights. It displays"maintenance required" then "take to dealership"sometimes prematurely, when an oil change is required.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. this is a new experience, internet car buying. i been browsing for a week or two when a 2025, 812 mils, fair price jeep, grand cherokee was aired at superstition springs lexus. mesa, az scared me, i'm prescott,az.. my contact initially was mayra. she answered key questions. i was determined to see this suv.. before leaving i was contacted by john meyers. he was going to be my sales person. i hoped he knew something about jeeps. my terms were, reasonable trade in for my honda, CRV, jeep had as advertised, and cash difference. john walked me through the jeep details. i was quite pleased with his knowledge from front to back, he knew jeeps. after a test dr. the wheels went into motion. a women, i believe was called heather made sure i had coffee, water, and snacks. the sales process was in motion, john was busy,alerting every office involved in my purchase. i was out and on the road after several hrs. it was a good experience. i like my jeep!

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I've have a Rav 4 premium wich was purchased in feb2021.ive had zero problems and the car accelerates like a rx350 which I cannot understand where people want to tell you the car is slow . the car was purchased because of extreme back problems which I am on disabled for.the car does everything as well as my dad's girlfriend's 2017 Rx 350.the gas mileage is amazing.

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
A little too big for myself but I love this car. I had a used Rav4 before, drove about 10 years, loved it. Also I was able to sell it pretty high price ($4,500) comparing the year and the mileage (over 200,0000 miles). So that is one of the reason why I bought Rav4 again.
