I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Okay, this is an older facility without all the excesses that are in so many new dealerships. I believe that the lower overhead results in a lower price for the customer. My sales person, Lou Margetis, was outstanding in answering my questions, making sure that I got to look at and drive all the vehicles that I was interested. Working with Lou, and Timothy Goodman, the New Car Director, I got what I thought was an excellent price on a new Kona SEL Plus, much better than any other Hyundai dealership. Then, Timothy Goodman made sure that I was taking advantage of all the Hyundai specials, and another $1000 came off - wow, now I had a deal that I could not refuse. I bought the Kona and drove it home that evening. Then, a few days later, Katarina, their customer relations specialist followed up, and was very helpful in answering a few questions and was sincerely interested that everything went well. It was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend this dealership. Finally, I was also very impressed that this dealership was taking the Covid-19 issue very seriously and making sure everyone was safely taken care of.

After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
