My daughter was searching for a couple weeks for a new vehicle. She is very picky, so she covered a 50 mile radius around the house before coming to Russ. She bought the pre-owned van she was looking for at Premium Auto Sales at a very reasonable price. We were both impressed with Russ. His honesty, and knowledge brought me back a week or so later to get a car for me. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu, and for the first time in a long time, I have no buyers remorse. I highly recommend Russ and Premium Auto Sales to everyone. Russ will always be the first stop for me from now on.
First, Jorgen was a good sales rep. Online, the car appear to be exactly what we were looking for with a fantastic price. We showed up in the car had almost 2,000 more miles than what was listed on Cars.com.
We looked over the mileage and had it inspected at the Ford dealership. The car had some issues that indicated that it had been driven pretty rough for the mileage and it was CANANDIAN. Ford does not honor the same warranty for Canadian cars as it does for American cars. The specifications required for each country are different! Prices for Canadian cars are also cheaper and retailers can sell for a higher markup.
Though Anthony seem like a great person to go hang out with at the bar, he wanted to pretend like there was no difference between Canadian and American Ford warranties, would not make any price concessions for the increase in mileage then what was listed online and flatly stated that he was quite excited to be able to drive the car for a few more weeks until it sold.
Bottom line, do some heavy research and make sure that you are prepared to walk away if necessary.
I have been buying / leading cars for years but the level of fenomenal service I received from Marcus Bennett was outstanding . I will make sure to recommend this dealership to all my friends and family . And I love my Subaru Outback
I would just like to say that the staff and experience at Schaumburg Lincoln was exceptional. Marcellus and Ian went above and beyond to take excellent care of my girlfriend bought a car. If you are looking for a Lincoln or used car please go see them they will treat you like family
Everything is good except 1 key policy. Cost of most of the duplicate key are about $200. We need to keep that in mind when we see their price. In my opinion they should give explicit discount or should get another key made for the quoted price.
let me start of by saying thank you to Chase Seufzer! This young man is very knowledgeable and the epitome of excellence in customer service. Chase went above and beyond he asked all the right questions and explained any and everything we didn't understand or had questions on. I'm in awe of this young mans excellence and drive to be the best at what he does. Not only was he a delight but other staff members assisting Mike Terlikowski (Management) and Travis (Finance) both went above and beyond as well to make sure my mother and I were comfortable and happy. We visited a few dealerships and are glad we landed at Northbrook. Larry in sales listened to what we needed, answered questions and gave us good options. Manny and Anthony were very helpful in processing the sale. We were not familiar with all the new safety and communication features and they took their time in explaining these to us. We feel that if we continue to have questions we will get excellent customer service there. And best of all are very happy with our new Toyota!

I like that soon as i pulled into the service department i was greeted immediately. I was directed to speak with Rom Elling where he took care of several problems i had with my vehicle. Ron Elling kept in contact with me through the repair process to keep me informed of what was going on. Fantastic dedicated employee who seems to really strive for excellent customer service. Ron was able to work around my busy schedule and gave the car repaired very fast. The car was even cleaner than when i dropped it off. He couldnt of done a better job. This repair and the way Ron Elling handled things is the reason i will be returning for all service and repairs to my vehicle.
Kevin Grossman was my salesman and he did an excellent and honest job guiding me through the process. His communication was extremely thorough and everything he told me was going to happen happened. I would highly recommended Bredemann Chevy!
