In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.
Highly recommend City Auto and especially Steven Ray.
Drove four hours to reach this dealership which was out of state for us. Pricing of the vehicle and trade in allowance very fair, worth the drive. Salesperson and sales managers very polite and accommodating with very easy buying process. Our only complaint is the not so optimal communication between the sales team, finance team and repair shop. All was well in the end but it could have been a perfect transaction, rather than a lot of back and forth. Overall, we would shop there again but beware of potential miscommunications between their staff.
Scheduled an appoint a few days prior and when I arrived the service team was ready and promptly started the process. Micheal Popp, was the service writer and took care of everything. Michael, informed me a few other issues needing to be addressed and advised as to cost and urgency. I had a few questions after the service was completed and Michael, listened and quickly resolved my questions, including several follow-up phones calls to make sure everything was satisfactory. I will request Michael to be my service adviser on future visits

We drive up and this young man came out and met us. John Wagner was a very personable man and we liked him from the beginning. We told him we would come back on Monday when we had more time to drive because we had several we wanted to drive. John was so patient with us and let us drive several vehicles so we could make up our mind. He also showed us several vehicles that we liked. The dealership was awesome. I loved the fish tank. Once inside we were treated as if we were the only ones there by all. They all went above and beyond to help us make our purchase. I will certainly recommend Rocky Williams dealership. They are a Christian orginazition and it shows. Thank you John Wagner and all that helped.
After searching for Ford Edges, I located a candidate at this dealership. I emailed them and received a prompt response. Dave McDonald was my contact and sales person. Photos of the car where spot on. We worked out the purchase by phone. Submitted a credit application by secure site on their website. paid a deposit to secure the vehicle over the phone. They contacted me to advise loan was approved and the terms. Drove about 31/2 hours to finalize the deal and take delivery. Very good experience. The dealership's inventory appears to be of good quality across the board. They buy nicer cars for resale. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership. Mike in finance was very easy to work with as well.
I'm 10 minutes from the M'boro dealership. After 3 terrible experiences with that service dept, I decided to try the Cool Springs location. OMG! It was very busy that morning, but my rep was professional, listened to my expectations, and delivered! They have a customer for life now. He even checked to ensure my expectations were met. I will drive the distance for great customer service.
Josh was easy to work with and doing a 3 car deal is not easy! He took the time to make sure all 3 vehicles I was purchasing were what would be best for my family. So far I’m pleased with this dealership!
Choose to work with no other companies only Wholesale inc. Cavender, Lukas, and John are some awesome paperwork. This will be the second vehicle I???ve purchased with this company and as long as they keep people like this I will continue to purchase in the future.
