We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
I have had not one but two incredible experiences with the sales team at Emich, namely Dieter, the sales person I have worked with both times. Dieter is fair, honest, upfront and responsive. He doesn't just care about the sale, he cares about getting you in the right car and the right loan situation. I am so appreciative to have a team I can forever trust with my car needs. It was great that Groove definitely had the lowest price on the vehicle we purchased. Even better that Zach was our sales contact. He kept in touch with us over the buying process and ensured all was right. I think Groove Toyota is one of the few dealers that realize that the old rules don't apply in the new internet age...as customers are well informed on their purchases. We bought our car through Delmar at this dealership and afterwards kept talking about how pleasant the whole process was. Delmar knew detailed info on the vehicles we were interested in and had a good sense of humor as well. Also appreciated the quick, no-nonsense pricing options at the end of the day. I had a nice experience at EchoPark. They did not pressure me at all. They let me take my time and make sure this was the right decision for me. Facilities are nice, cars are in great shape. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend EchoPark for sure.
Brought my 2015 Fusion in for a couple of recall issues, which were successfully resolved. However, the low tire pressure notification light was lit and yet that issue was not addressed by cheicking/inflating the tires. The light is very big and cannot be missed (and they also commented on tread depth). Disappointed as I see this as a safety issue as well as an item that sould be addressed regardless.
Can???t say enough about Mandy Archer! She listens to her customer???s wants and needs, she is knowledgeable about her product, and is so professional and personable. She made it so easy! We drove from Grand Junction, CO to work with Mandy on our new vehicle purchase, totally worth it!
Jim was very pleasant and polite. He made our experience feel more personal compared to a dealership experience. We were not pressured into buying anything, even though we knew that we were already set on getting the Nissan Rogue. The windshield was cracked and the interior had pet hair on the seats and floor. We conveyed our concern about the two issues, especially in regards to the pet hair since my family has allergies. Jim took care of us and had it arranged for the vehicle to be cleaned, and for our windshield to be replaced. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim and CUABSI to friends and family. Any future vehicle purchases will be going through this place.
