Bought a 2006 Hyundai Sonata in 2014. In 2016 car was totaled. Insurance devalued car because it had previous damage to the frame ( not disclosed at purchase) Be sure and get Carfax... don't let them talk you out of it.
Greg was super, no pressure very laid back and he made me feel so comfortable an very outgoing. We arrived an hour before they were scheduled to close and they were still more than willing to help us. About 3 of the staff members stayed late to make sure we left happy. I found a vehicle online that I was interested in and I was able to make the entire deal including my trade in sight unseen.
I arrived to finish the deal and no shocks or surprises. They were honest about all the fees and I was honest about the condition of my trade it and that helped seal a great deal for my family and helped sell another vehicle.
I had been per-approved to buy but they actually found a better deal with a financing option they offered. I was surprised because that has never happened before with my bank. And again this was over email and phone calls.
The staff was friendly, the facility much nicer than any of dealers in Indy I had visited and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
There were certain things I was concerned about with my purchase, but I felt in the long run it could be handled when we got back home. We traveled from Wi. to Ohio for this car, because I wanted one like the one it replaced. Turned out it was an EX model which was an upgrade. Great! My wife was a little leery when there was no mechanic's checklist available, but the only problem was that the radio power knob didn't work so you couldn't shut the radio off. we purchased the car & headed back to Wi. & the day after we returned, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Took it to our mechanic.. oxygen sensor. OK. All in all it was worth the drive down & we ended up with a decent vehicle.
Don’t look anywhere else for a new Honda. BRADY is the go to man for doing a deal. He will work you a great deal. He saved me money, time, and hassles from the other dealers. I had narrowed it down to a few cars and he asked me a few questions and told me what he thought was best for me and it was my first choice in my head, and the lesser expensive vehicle so you know he wasn’t all about the money. He looked at my car and gave me a number which I thought was low at first but he showed me his homework and it was fair. He treated me with respect and my salesman Gordon was a true pleasure to work with as well. He is a true saint! I’m not the best with technology and he spent 30 minutes plus helping me. I honestly feel as they are the best in the business... they hear it quite often! I will be back! God Bless you two!
This place was extremely nice, Earl, Randy and mike were externally helpful in the buying process, were negotiable and got me in the price range I wanted. They didn’t push or rush me into anything. I’ll be back
