The staff in the service department is always efficient and courteous. They take care of my vehicle and keep it in tip top shape. They even fit me in when there are emergencies that need taken care of, right away!
Got a great little VW 2009 EOS. Was just the right price, and worked out better for me. Was worth the 8 hour round trip we made. Milo was very helpful getting me the paperwork mailed to me that I requested. That meant a lot! Very good all around.

I purchased a used vehicle that I found online. I emailed them initially about it and got a call back from Laurel right away. She was super great on the phone and worked through all the questions I had. It didn't take but a day to work out all the details and I booked a flight to come pick it up (I'm in St. Louis). She picked me up from the airport (on her day off even) and made sure everything went through before she left. Couldn't be happier with the experience and I would recommend them highly.
I actually had some issues with a current car. Not only did they help me with this, they even helped me get out of the current car and into something new. Margarit in the Service Department was very Friendly and the sales person Joe Walker that sold me my new car, was great to deal with, let me test drive all cars, with no pressure and pull available options for me to make a proper decision.
Joe had the car running when we pulled into the dealership after a 2 hour drive. No pressure, answered our questions, worked hard to get us the price we felt was fair. His boss, Joe Scott was easy to work with as well. Their finance person was also delightful and easy to work with. Thanks, we love the Vette!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Had a difficult experience at the Akron location. My husband and I decided to go to the Bedford location for more options. Nothing was as good as the car we looked at in Akron. Brooke offered to transfer the car from Akron, add 80% tires, fumigate the car, and match the Akron location price. Very happy with experience and her professionalism.
Lazer, Ameer and Shawn were very kind and respectful. They helped us feel a part of their car buying family and even shared puppy pictures when we asked! These guys were very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped us with a very low pressure buying experience with our new to us car.
