I just wanted to compliment Jerry who I was lucky enough to come across when I called for the car. He was super professional. To be honest when first calling I didn't expect same customer service as I am used to receiving at a luxury line dealership and I was totally fine with it. When you buy $100,000 car and a $10,000 there is a difference in service. Thats is given and its normal. But the service and follow up provided by Jerry was same as when I bought $100,000 car. Jerry went above and beyond and accommodated in every way possible. They sold the car which I initially called for and he even offered to drive 50 miles to their other location who had similar one. I hope the management of the store and Hertz is reading this and recognizes how good of a guy they have working there. Thanks Jerry! If you are looking for a great deal on a car and want a great service Jerry is your guy!

I have an older Jetta and like any older car time takes a toll and repairs are inevitable. But thanks to the great work at VW Pasadena any downtime is short and they keep me on the road. Clair my sevice rep, has been awesome! She stays in touch throughout the repair process and always keeps me updated and gives clear explanations that even I understand. All of which helps alleviate the stress of dealing with car troubles.
If you go to get your car serviced make sure you ask for Clair ! She is the Best! There are other dealers but none have service Rep like Clair! She knows how pickie I am she tells me what I need to do .
Coming to the Volkswagon Pasadena dealership is always a joy and a good experience. The charges are reasonable, and the waiting time is minimal. But if you DO have to wait long, at least there is a pleasant atmosphere with a comfortable waiting room, big screen TV, and eating and drinking amenities. And if you choose to wait outside, you are surrounded by palm trees and a nice patio. The service technicians are always pleasant too. This time, Norman assisted me; he was very thorough and communicative. I've already recommended this place to others, and will continue to do so!
Norman H. took good care of me, thoroughly explaining issues & repairs. He was helpful, accommodating, professional and freindly. Repairs done timely, properly and car was returned nicely washed, vacuumed, fluids topped and with a "TIRE CHECK", setting correct pressure and repositioning tires to best position as needed. So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
Our salesmen, Miguel and Oscar were very helpful as we went thru this car-buying process, Miguel even helped me set up my bluetooth before I left for home .......... I would recommend Car Max- this is our 2nd vehicle purchase at this location.
