Everyone was truly helpful and pleasant. Walter was my salesman and he was wonderful. I never felt pressured to buy. I felt as though he truly wanted me to find a SUV I loved. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Once I bought the XC90, Walter, took around 30-45 mins to walk me through all of the SUVs features. My last car wasn’t as technologically advanced, and Walter made sure I left the lot knowing how my car worked. Also, Wally, was so nice to finance the car with. He made the whole process a breeze. The GM had reserved a car for himself, and when he found out the dealership was out of the interior I wanted, he gave up his car for me. I highly recommend this dealership and Walter specifically.
From walking into its sales office to signing on a Volvo XC90 new car purchase agreement, we just spent 2 hours (including a 20-minute test driving), because the salesman Gharlib and Finance Jeff are very professional and warm. They explained and answered in such a precise way that we would really like to know and to ask. The experience would be perfect when the new Volvo building is completed soon.
Everyone on the Sales Team was exceptionally friendly and made me feel at home. I was in contact with Javier via email and text (which I preferred because I was at work) prior to coming to pick up my car and complete paperwork, he was quick to respond and was super helpful.
I was well taken care of by the staff from the moment I called in to inquire the status of the car I wanted until I left with my new car a few days later. When I arrived, my car was parked out front, cleaned and ready to drive away. I was walked through the process by knowledgeable staff, and was given a great educational breakdown of all the unique features of the vehicle.
Jacob was very professional throughout the entire process. We worked out most of the details via email and just showed up to sign the paperwork. Jacob was very knowledgeable with all the technology inside the car, and he took the time to explain everything during the test-drive, as well as after the purchase. Our car had a scratch and he took ownership to get it 'take care of.'
bought a low mile impala from brian... love it. got a good deal. only 49000 miles for less than 5 grand... i felt like i didnt get judged cuz of no credit. he got me in a car with affordable payments. good man
I purchased a new RAM 1500 on Oct 13th and it was one of the easiest and best buying experiences I have had. Tyler gave a great introduction to the truck and explained all the features. He knew the truck very well which is not always the case. We took a test drive and discussed a price. My wife and I then left to discuss it, we decided to pull the trigger. Tyler did most of the paperwork over the phone to reduce time at the dealership. When we arrived the truck was detailed and we only spent about an hour finishing things up with Tyler and with financing (sorry very nice guy but his name escapes me). I feel I got a fair deal and the entire experience was refreshing. How they stand behind the purchase is yet to be seen but I will let you know.
Albert M was the best. He was thorough and so easy to work with. It only too 2 hours to complete everything. Awesome experience. Highly recommend.
