I really appreciated the no pressure sales process. The test drive area outside of the dealership was also a nice plus as i was able to size up the XC90 v XC60. I was also pleasantly surprised by the low pressure, accommodating feel we got from the finance officer. Much appreciated. The vehicle was perfectly staged for pickup and looked great. I also want to mention that the sales person (Jamer) called to check in with me a few days later.

The overall experience was spectacular, which predicated my return for a 2nd vehicle. I purchased a XC90 in 2019 and had such an awesome experience that I returned to trade in my truck to lease a S60. Everyone (sales, financing, service with an extensive COVID-19 clean, managers, etc.) were exceptional!

Great experience at Don Beyer in Dulles. I drove about 4 hours from Roanoke to get the car I was looking for at a reasonable price. I might have bought it sight unseen, but have been burned by less truthful dealers in the past and wasn't willing to take the chance. On arrival I found exactly the car they had advertised in great condition. There weren't any scuffs or scratches that they were trying to obscure and there weren't any smells they were trying to perfume over. Within 30 minutes of getting to the dealership we had a deal. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. All car buying takes longer than I want it to, but they made it as comfortable and efficient as possible and I drove away happy. When the salesman Lonnell Bond found a beat up old coffee mug I'd accidentally left behind in my trade in vehicle, he promptly mailed it back to me! In the future I would buy a car sight unseen from Mr Bond and have him ship it to me. There are very few dealerships I would trust with that.

Cristela Torres was our sales representative and she was a BLESSING!!! We felt the salespeople were snobby and judged us at another Volvo dealership. When we went to Darcars and met Cristela she was welcoming, attentive and while wanting our sale was NOT pushy. We enjoyed our experience with her (which no one says when buying a car :) Cristela and her manager Alex along with Mike in finance made everything super comfortable and easy. Infotainment wasn't ready when I purchased the car. After approx 5 software updates in the first three months (mostly at the dealer), the car has been flawless. I now enjoy the Google interface very much, and love the car. I regularly get 45 miles e-range on easy highway drive, perfect for my commute. My car doesn't have air suspension, so the ride is arguably too firm for concrete pavement I have in my area. Could also be because of the curb rash-prone 20 inch wheels, I would choose an 18" wheel instead. Car materials and fit/finish are just superb, makes you feel special. It also makes driving my second car a chore :)

Start to finish it was a positive experience. My Salesperson Manni Rodriguez was informative and not pushy. He allowed me to test drive the car without probing me with 100 questions. Afterward, he gave me the space and time I needed to make an informed decision but was ready to answer all my questions when I was ready. If he didn't have the answer he let me know he would look into it and followed up right away. He didn't do the typical song and dance all car salespeople are known to do. He asked about financing and offered to let me speak with their financing specialist, when I declined he didn't push the subject except to let me know it's available if I wanted a second opinion. When it was time to pay for the car, Gao Huang (Peter) had everything ready to go and went thru the paperwork. He asked about my rate and said he could beat it. I thought I had a pretty good rate from my bank so I didn't think he would, but sure enough, he did. so I went with them. Again Peter was very informative and answered my questions. I am immensely pleased with the service I received from Darcars Volvo of Rockville, Maryland. When I arrived, the doorman was chivalrous. Tom Mangum, the Assistant Service Manager, greeted me warmly, notated my concerns, and informed me that the scheduled service check would address the issues. He offered me a loaner vehicle, but I declined and asked if there was a quiet area where I could get some work done. A pleasant young lady escorted me to a newly refurbished quiet room on the upper level. I completed my work in a plush office-like setting with a scenic overlook. My Volvo XC 60 was serviced and returned to me professionally detailed. I received five-star service from the time that I arrived. I have been going to Ourisman Volvo for service since 2017. Brenda Green is my assigned service specialist. She has gained my trust and respect over the past few years, helping me decide which service i need to do immediately and which service I can postpone for six months. If I call with a minor problem, she always tells me to come in and she takes care of it herself. I have been pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the service, and at my last visit, my car was not only washed inside (which they always do), but they had clearly vacuumed it inside. The car was really clean when I got it back. I am overall very pleased. Wish it wasn’t as expensive as it is, but there are a lot of folks working there and they put you in a Uber/Lyft to take you home.

I bought my Subaru Outback at Herb Gordon dealership in 2017 and have taken my car for service there ever since. The team has given me outstanding service everytime weathermy usual service manager or another. They are really coustermer friendly, and their prices are very competitive. For a few extra dollars its worth the assurance of quality. If something isn't right they go the extra mile to correct it. I have recommended this dealer to others. I spend time with my daughter out of state, but make sure to return there for service. They have my trust.
