My 1995 Volvo 940 estate wagon is hard to get some parts for. A part source was located and the part ordered and installed. A second part has been ordered, because of a fault in the first part. All previous repairs have been successful.

The dealership was clean but under construction - bathrooms in sales area was not available. Knew exactly what we came in to buy...Salesman immediately tried to direct us to something he wanted to sell. When we drove what he wanted us to drive, we got him to show us what we wanted to see. Meanwhile, as he tried to park the first vehicle, he backed it up into my wife, hitting her in the back (so much for pedestrian warning device). Long story short, we drove the vehicle we came to see, liked it, made an offer and the salesman told us the Manager said no, and made a counter. We said thanks but no thanks, and as we were driving off the lot, the manager met us and accepted our offer. It is a shame you have to play these games just to buy a car.

This vehicle is a true from of luxury and simplicity. The vehicle has great curb appeal and the seats are beyond comfortable. The standard Pilot Assist is a fun feature and definitely helps you out on those long drives and when you get a little tired and sloppy on the road. The only thing I found a little difficult finding on the vehicle is the heated seat controls and the button to open the hood of the vehicle.
Took care of my issues in short amount of time. Was able to get in same day. Will need to take part back to have repainted. Not as pearlized as rest of vehicle.

The XC90 is a beautiful and functional SUV. There is plenty of storage space, seating is comfortable, and the large screen is very functional. The cameras are extremely helpful. I am so glad I purchased this car.
I recently purchased my vehicle and had to get a defect fixed. When I called the service center, I was able to get an appointment and get the problem fixed quickly. Everyone was helpful in explaining the issue, providing a loaner car so I could get to work on time and even cleaned my car!!

This car meet all my needs. The car seat is very comfortable and much better than my previous jaguar, previous BMW and previous Mercedes.
Lights are wonderful to drive at nights. Breaks excelent. Best car for me.
I always depend on my service advisor,Ken, to take good care of my Volvo. Always calls me back and is able to offer reasonable solutions.

Very well designed and built. Exceptionally comfortable. considering that this is the top of the line model the only two complaints would be the less than ample leg room space in for the back seat passengers and the the lack of a power assisted lift gate. Tow features that have little impact on me personally but to impact my passengers.
Came in for some accessories for my new 2019 Volvo XC60. The items were installed in under an hour and the service man helped answer all my questions about my new car.

I added a S90 to my luxury taxi fleet, the base T5 Momentum is plenty to accelerate into the highway and I average 28mpg, my customers seem to enjoy the quiet ride and plenty of leg room, if music is preferred mine has the B&W upgrade stereo that is super fantastic. The car is almost crash proof with all the tech. I am enjoying it and looking forward to adding a 2018 when they reach the used price point that works for my situation.
Grant was able to work me into the schedule once I was able to get the car to them on a Saturday late afternoon before they closed The car was ready and back in A one condition prior to closing

Is this a car or a computer on wheels. I love the big tablet touchscreen. Much prefer that over buttons and knobs; most of which are so redundant. Have only had it a couple of weeks but get a lot of oohs and ahhs. I got the top level Inscription. I chose to get 18" wheels to improve ride quality and quietness. It was too noisy and rough for me with the 20" wheels. To say that Volvo takes safety to the extreme is an understatement. I really did my shopping this time and didn't find any other car with all the bells and whistles.
Tommy helped me order our new XC-40, which came ahead of schedule. Great, friendly service. I constantly felt Confident in my decision making with Tommy. I continue to feel like a quality customer even after I filed all the final paper work.

Wanted a luxury sedan that was a little different from the standard BMW, Audi or Mercedes Benz. Test drove all the comparables and chose the S90 for its understated elegance and roomy cabin. Purchased a T6 Inscription trim with amber interior. Being a tech fan, I love the SENSUS infotainment system. Some of the safety warnings a little intrusive but were easily turned off. Not really a sporty driver so the 316HP all wheel drive is plenty for me. More then enough to zoom around the beltway.
I loved this car until the engine light went on at 6,000 miles and the air conditioner stopped working with my two pets in the car 30 minutes from home at 10,000 miles. Now I'm concerned that they won't be able to "replicate" the problem and I will get to drive around waiting for the air to break down again. This is familiar to me as it happened in my prior Volvo but.....it was 9 years old with 130,000 miles on it. Also the crash car light and loud alert comes on when cars are not in front of me and are in my periphery that scares me to death. The cupholder situation is not user friendly. Otherwise the pilot assist and many other safety features have worked great. I know I do not want to drive a car that I am concerned about the a/c in Florida. Very disappointed.
Gorgeous performing car with elegant European interior styling. Every comfort and every technical advantage while sooooo user friendly. I feel incredibly in control on the highway and on my local winding road. Its a WOW!
Beautiful. comfortable, great options. I thought I would be a Volvo client for life, But... It was a Service Nightmare!!
Favorite worst car I have ever owned. I really wanted it to be a better experience.
This is the third car I've bought from Dyer and Dyer and the sixth Volvo I've owned. It's apparent I have confidence in the brand and the dealership. Price was right and buying experience as painless as possible.

I own a lot of Volvo's , but this is my first xc90 (v8 Sport, loaded). Replaced my '10 MB 350 BluTec which blew up. Problem areas (and it can cost a ton of money)- Radiator leaks into trans cooler. Once that happens the tranny is toast. Happened to me within a few weeks of my buying. In the end, it was about a $6k ordeal. Also, the front engine cover idler pulley stud often breaks. Another $1k++ repair. Upper Strut mounts are also a problem. Especially passenger side. Replace only with HD IPD. Fuel economy isn't great, but what can you expect from a v8 SUV weighing nearly 5k lbs.
Despite all the problems (I think some of the problems were anomalies--except radiator, there's a SB on it) it is a very good SUV.
