I cannot say enough about my salesmen (David). I will be remised if I do not share one of the best experiences that I ever had while buying my 2024 Denali Ultimate 1500. David contacted me months before I knew I would be purchasing this vehicle. David and I created a build for a 2024 Denali Ultimate 3500 Dually. My experiences with him were so grand, that my wife wanted to deal with him in finding her the 1500 Denali Ultimate. We gravitate toward genuinely ?good people?, and David is one-of-a-kind. He answered all calls day/night. He has taken my calls even when he was off duty. Truth be told, David, was off the day I came to pick up my vehicle. He is extremely personable. He knows how to genuinely deal with people. I have been a Chevy/GMC man my entire life, and I have tried to test his knowledge even when it was not to my best interest; he stayed honest. He delivers not-so-good news like warm rain. We, as consumers, get so caught up in believing that we can ask for anything with the expectation that we are going to get it because WE ARE THE CUSTOMER. Some things are indeed out of a salesmen control. Some things may even be out of the control of the dealership and the General Motors Corporation itself, but David remained honest even when things could not go my way. He does so with class, and I admire that. Wherever he works, wherever he is selling automobiles, I WILL ONLY PURCHASE FROM DAVID. If he is selling Toyota, then I will buy a Tundra. If he is selling Dodge, then I will buy a RAM. If he is selling Ford, then I will buy the F series truck. Why, because David has taken the time to know what I need and what I like. That means something to me. I am certain that if David is selling it, then I will surely want to buy it! I especially like the way he trained his young apprentice (I can?t remember his name), but this young man called my wife and I twice during our 7-hr. drive home to ensure that we were traveling ok. Thank you, David. Thank you for being there for my wife and I. Thank you always taking my calls to answer the same questions repeatedly. Thank you for picking us up from the airport on your day off and providing us transportation to the dealership. Thank you for finding our truck, which was surely a needle in the haystack. Thank you giving my wife the experience of a lifetime ? this is her first brand new truck. Thank you for giving us one heck of a deal ? one that we can be proud of. I can?t wait until my 3500 Dually is ready for pickup. 2017 Volvo V60 review
I bought the car used from a non-Volvo dealer. I have not been driving much due to the pandemic, but a couple of computer glitches have arisen. I took the car into a Volvo dealer for service on the issue, thank goodness the car is still under warranty. The problem with the auto start-stop feature wasn't working, it was "fixed" but the problem has reoccurred intermittently. And now the side mirrors are not retracting upon shutdown... that isn't good.

2016 Volvo V60 Cross Country review
Overall loved this car- owned a 2016 from fall 2018 until winter 2023. Handled great in all weather (including upstate NY winters with lake effect snow), had decent cargo space, towed my tiny camper (1100lb loaded) with no issues. Wish it had the higher (3500lb) tow capacity that the older wagons had- I ended up trading it in for a midsize truck because I'm getting a larger camper. My one MAJOR issue with the vehicle was that there was a design flaw in the piston rings that caused excessive oil consumption. Not all engines with the rings have issues, and Volvo found and corrected the issue in mid 2016 in the factory, but mine was from before then and at it's worst in fall '22 (@~83K miles) I was going through a quart of oil in 500 miles. Thankfully, Volvo covered the repair (I squeaked it in at the last minute of my CPO warranty, but Volvo customer service said that they typically cover it even without warranty), but if they hadn't it I would have ended up looking for a truck several months earlier because the repair would have been several thousand dollars... Overall, as much as I like my new truck, I miss this car.

Finance manager answered all my questions and got me a great financing plan. Service department arranged to have 3M door protectors added with lightning speed. Only tiny snag was that the inside windshield came with lots of nasty streaks and film that the detail team missed. Overall a great purchase experience at a convenient location.

2018 Volvo V90 Cross Country review
When people think about buying their dream car, it’s normal to immediately think about Lamborghini or Ferrari. For me, I wanted my dream “real world” car. I’ve always loved the way stationwagons look and the Volvo V90 just caught my eye. To me the Mercedes just looks weird and the BMW, boring. The Volvo in my honest opinion, just looks stunning. I’ve always admired the Volvo station wagon look but never liked the interiors at all, until now. Understated elegant luxury. Not blingy or OTT just gorgeous.. So here we have my 2018 V90 CC with every option. I think it’s amazing. I bought it used with 34,500 miles and it still looks brand new. The interior smells of that Napa leather as soon as you enter. It’s a fantastic place to sit. On a long Freeway stint the seat massagers are almost too decadent and the Bowers & Wilkins sound system is stunning. General driving of this machine also does not disappoint. It just feels solid, safe and powerful. Mine is the T6 engine which is both supercharged and turbocharged. It gives 316 horsepower, tons of torque and with AWD, pulls and handles beautifully. I’m sure other cars can go faster around a twisty racetrack but this Volvo will seem amazing to anyone who drives in real world conditions, like 99.9% of us. It’s utterly comfortable, one of the safest cars on the road and is fast, yet drives better than you expected it to. The driver assistance tech is also amazing. I just did 300 miles on the freeway and felt as good at the end as when I got in. Pilot Assist really takes the strain away. Safer knowing this car is literally looking out for you. I could go on and on but this is literally one of the best cars on the road. Looks gorgeous too... If you too like a wagon, are bored of huge SUV’s and want something fun to drive, then do go and have a look at the V90 CC. I highly recommend these cars....

2026 Volvo V60 Cross Country review
Very smooth, comfortable and quiet. Extremely roomy and quite attractive exterior. Added roof racks, still quiet. Gas mileage approaching mid-30’s on secondary highways. Acceleration is good, handling is firm. All wheel drive makes a big difference. Very happy with purchase, and highly recommend.

2024 Volvo V60 Cross Country review
After driving this “wagon” I don’t know why anyone would buy an SUV. It drives like a sedan but has the storage of an SUV. Very stylish and smooth ride. Love the fine leather seats and features in my “Ultimate” version. Best car I’ve ever driven. At 30,000 miles now and super happy with everything.
