We actually traveled four hours to this Chicago used car dealership that listed a lot of used model X's, drove a couple, then found out that they will personally inspect a car and give us a high-quality video walk around and deliver to us for $350 [chicago to 49417]. Nader was very helpful and patient. So we went home and kept checking online until that dealership listed the car with all the options we wanted, then got videos via txt, called back and asked some basic questions, then bought and had it delivered. They also helped us navigate the intricacies of an interstate purchase. We also learned that model X's move quickly, Driven Auto dozens of cars per week if not more, so when you see it you better pull the trigger quickly

I just starting to learn and understand all the function of my new Land Range Rover HSE TD6 2017 I purchase it last month 2/18/2021

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

After I retired I knew any car that I bought from then on would probably be used. I live in rural Maine where winters are variable but always challenging with bouts of snow, freezing rain and cold. The State of Maine’s official policy is for all roads to be clear of ice and snow within 24 hours of the end of a storm so to accomplish this feat a lot of ice melt i spread which wrecks havoc with the ice and snow that covers the road but also will steadily eat away at the undersides and running components of cars. Thus for my cars I have found it necessary to shop online to buy a car that has never seen a Maine winter.. Now, shopping online for a “new” car is frightening to most people and that is easy to understand. So when I go shopping for a car I depend a lot on the visual presentation of the vehicle as well as any other clues about the nature of the dealership that holds the car for sale. There are many websites devoted to selling used cars and it was on one of them that I discovered the 2014 Mercedes Benz ML550 that I bought. I found it at Supreme Carriage in Wauconda, Illinois. I had been hunting for a Mercedes Benz SUV that had certain items of equipment necessary for my use here in Maine. There it was sparkling with not only the right equipment but the right use and maintenance history: Now for many people buying a car sight unseen located more than 1200 miles away might seem impossible. But from the deep information on the Supreme Carriage website the condition of the vehicle seemed to be outstanding. I had a fairly lengthy discussion with Shaun, the owner on the phone. Shaun is knowledgeable and seemed very familiar with the ML.. It was important that he had driven the car with his entire family aboard. I was impressed with his straightforward attitude, no sales pitch, no hype. Shaun also had a reasonable solution to the issue of transporting the car from his shop to my home and I felt comfortable leaving the details of that in his hands. (To be clear, I had done my own shopping for shipping the car and I couldn’t have flown to Illinois and driven the car to Maine for anywhere near the cost of shipping). Obviously this was a highly professional car dealer! So the price was right; the Impression I had formed of the person selling me the Mercedes was strong and the deal was struck on Friday. The car arrived in my driveway the next Thursday. Better still, once in my driveway, the Mercedes ML550 was better than had been described. So I am pleased to recommend Supreme Carriage and its owner Shaun to anyone for your next car regardless of what it might be. What you will get is an honest and straight forward car shopping experience whether you are standing there looking at the car before you buy it or live hundreds of miles away.

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

I got the 2022 Challenger, all black,black..shaker hood. It's Winter here in NORTH Michigan so had to tuck the Harley in till Spring. This car helps me when I'm Jonesing for my bike. We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.
