2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

2024 Volkswagen Atlas review
Traded my 23 Atlas SE Technology V6 for the 24 SEL R-Line premium. This SUV is fantastic, a great value, reliable and the performance of the turbo 4 engine is excellent and most impressive. The car buying process at European Engineering was an easy and enjoyable process. The saleman (Dennis) was very helpful and a down to earth guy, not a sleazy salesman whose trying to get rid of the car. In addition to the great salesman, their willingness to accomodate and work with the customer is unparalelled with any other dealer I’ve been to. While looking iver the car throoughly, Dennis was there the whole time tk answer any questions I had as well. The test drive route Dennis knew was also a thorough route that really allowed me to get to know the car. The car itself was in fantastic condition and was reasonably priced, so you’re not going to pay too much for what you’re looking at. Lastly, when picking up the car and completing all the paperwork, it’s a straightforward process with no hidden or surprise fees, very simple. Overall, I’d highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in used European cars as they’re just a fantastic dealer to work with.

2025 Lexus NX 450h+ review
Probably the best car we've owned in 60+years. The plug in hybrid model is perfect for our needs, getting 39 miles range on the electric mode fits our driving needs 80-90% of the time. When we do a highway trip, the hybrid mode kicks in and gets up. 45+mpg. All in a safe, reliable, somewhat luxurious ride. Biggest peeve is the xxxx electronics screen--- a thousand little options I'll Never use, but change the clock?! or get rid of that stupid "drive connect" app screen?? After a YEAR of trying to ignore it, still pops up as the default screen. Just want the map on as the default, and even though I think I have the green on toggle for automatic Daylight Savings clock, have one time on the map screen and one hour different on the central control panel screen, what gives?? Way too many jujube diddly squat choices for useless stuff. back to KISS a bit would be a plus.

I made an appointment to test drive a Ford Edge that I saw advertised on cars.Com. I was greeted by one of the salesman who set up me up with the test drive. He was both friendly and knowledgable about the car I was checking out. I was confortable with the dealership because I read the reviews which were positive, and because I had dealt with them as a parts supplier for their repair facility which always came across as professional. I would have bought the Ford Edge, but ended up buying a Honda Crv at a local dealership. I would not hesitate buying a car from this dealership.
2015 BMW i3 review
This is a surprisingly fun car. We bought it mainly to not feel guilty running the AC in car line - but got to appreciate it in various situation. The range isn't great, the flimsy tires need getting used to - but for what a used (ideally certified pre-owned) one goes for - I really don't think you can go wrong. Unless you live in a city and have good places to charge - it probably is not a suitable car as your only car - but it's a great addition if you don't depend on it for a 300 mile drive. Accelerations is fun, the car is a lot bigger inside than it looks. It has a little bit of a theme park ride feel to it at times.

2019 Genesis G80 review
The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.

During my search for my next vehicle I recalled the hassle of buying a vehicle. I read the reviews on Drum Hill website. I was pleasantly impressed. Especially the reviews that mentioned John. I’m a very skeptical person and is cautious what I read especially on someone’s own website. I had already seen a vehicle that I was quite interested in. It was time to test the validity of these reviews. I was treated incredibly well and you could feel that they weren’t doing a song and dance. When I typically ask a car salesman about something on a vehicle, it seemed at time they would be squirming. Not here and especially not with John! I don’t like using an explanation mark but I had to in this case. The most impressive thing was being in the background while he was with a customer. He had zero to hide! He would insist to customers to take the vehicle to the manufacturers and have them inspect it before they buy it. You could tell in his voice that he was truly looking out for your best interest! He has been in the business for some 35 years and his knowledge is impeccable. From a vehicle’s options and what they do. Financing, recalls, different state laws and so much more! You can tell as there is zero hesitation when he speaks. I like you, maybe right now, this does sound to good to be true. Like John would say, “Challenge me and I am 100 % positive, my word is the most important thing to me”. I have one more explanation point left. I say to you “Take my word in believing Auto Hill autos”. It’s a must check before completing your search!

And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.
2023 BMW M550 review
As a daily driver this car can’t be beat. Fun acceleration from the start or during mid range driving. Really comfortable and beautiful inside. Exterior is also nice but doesn’t really distinguish itself from other 5 series models. I traded in my 2019 Mercedes e63s for this car and as a daily driver the M 550 is much more comfortable and actually more fun to drive. The e63 had a minmal advantage in the steering and a definite wonderfulness in engine growl in sport plus mode but the bumpiness in the car was a real detraction that in retrospect would only be acceptable on a track. I bought a 2023 m 550i in our Florida home after I had read about and test drove it and loved it so much, that traded in the Mercedes as mentioned above for a second one in our Pennsylvania home.

2021 Nissan Rogue review
I was shopping for a used vehicle to replace a Lexus ES 350 that was 11 years old. I was prepared to keep that car forever, but it was totaled in an accident. I went to CARMAX looking for another luxury vehicle, and then I saw this Rogue Platinum. It looked like new, but it was 5 years old with under 40,000 miles on it. It was Pearl White with an Absolute Black top. The exterior had only a small blemish on a rear door, otherwise it was perfect. What sold me on the car was the interior. It was a Saddle-and-Black combination with top-quality leather not found in this class of compact SUVs. Being a Platinum trim level, it had every option one could imagine - more than my old Lexus had. The interior also looked brand new. The car is comfortable, quiet, and brilliantly appointed. I've seen both great and terrible reviews on the Rogue, so I did purchase the CAREMAX extended warranty. I have had the car for only a month. Will it continue to delight me or disappoint me in the months ahead? Time will tell, but I love it now.

2015 BMW M235 review
I traded a 2012 BMW X6M for my (now) 2015 M235i. The X6M was a great car...but no longer needed the extra room or power that it had. The M235i also has great features and plenty fast for me...plus I wanted another convertible. This is my 3rd Beemer...and all have been excellent cars.

2017 Audi S7 review
I upgraded to the 2017 S7 Prestige from driving a 2005 Audi A6 for 11 years. I gave the A6 to my son with 138,000 miles, it still runs great. This S version does not disappoint. A head turner, fast, and reliable. I have every option except the Sport Package and Alcantara headliner. Loaded with features not even listed like a 9GB hard drive to load CD's or DVD's if you choose. WiFi hot spot rocks especially with my Escort. Comfortable ride, love the adjustable settings. Cooled and heated seats, night vision, Bang and Olufsen stereo, heated steering, what is not to love. Audi is ditching the Google Earth feature for us in December 2020, and many fuel door actuators (dumb design Audi) are my only complaints. A7, S7, RS7, buy it, you won't be disappointed.

2020 Cadillac XT5 review

2024 BMW 430 review
Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

2007 Ford Shelby GT500 review
The 2007 GT500 is amazing, Mine has 12k miles now and upgraded to 850hp with ease. The 07 was the first year with Shelby back and SVT together, they built a monster!. With a few bucks into the suspension and motor nothing can touch this car even today. Absolutely a monster and no worries from anything on the street and I mean ZERO! and very drivable if you treat it nice and always respect that Live Rear Axle and enjoy because you wont stop smiling while driving it..

2013 Lincoln MKS review
This car is essentially a taurus sho in a suit and there is nothing wrong with that. My family owned this car from 2015 till 2021 we put 60,000 miles on it it was a fantastic vehicle obviously if you're buying one of these you want to check the water pump as long as that is done the motors tend to be fine because it's based on a taurus SHO it has decent power and at this point the infotainment is dated but that's to be expected. The interior is decent it's a step up from the Ford and most of the materials feels nicer however I don't like the touch sensitive buttons which I'm sure looked high-tech in 2013 but now they break that being said it's easy to fix with a hammer you don't feel the typical cheap Ford plastic all of it is at least covered in vinyl and everything feels decent to touch it is not the quality of let's say a Mercedes E-Class but it is an improvement from a Ford Taurus. The car doesn't look that bad when you live with it it kind of looks ugly in the pictures but if you get one in the right color it doesn't look terrible once again the same as the Taurus which it's based off of it has decent trunk space and it does sedan things fairly well also like the Taurus it does really well on the highway though it is geared less aggressive you can get a massage doing 85mph with little to no road noise with the audio system in the EcoBoost being adequate enough. The usual issues being the water pump there were some other problems the chrome wheels were starting to chip despite the fact that we tried our best to take care of them and there was rust in the drivers door from NJ and Vermont winters besides that fantastic car they're a good deal right now and they're a nice Factory sleeper

We purchased A used vehicle from Metrowest Acura. The car was in our price range and priced below most other dealerships. The frustrating thing was the complicated way we had to purchase the vehicle. We drove from out of state 3 hours One way. The deal ship knew we were coming but did not inform us the person to complete the paperwork for our purchase wasn’t working that day so we had to drive the 3 hours again to sign the papers needed to purchase the vehicle. Again on this second visit the person who signs off the title was not in the office so we didn’t get all the paperwork needed and it took them a few dats to send the papers in the mail. We brought transfer plates from our state on the second visit to drive the car home. Most of these headaches could be avoided if Massachusetts allowed dealers to give out temporary plates. My 203,000 mile Hyundai Santa Fe blew a head gasket late Thursday. I got online and found a 2011 Rav4 with 58,000 that they were advertising at what I considered an excellent price. Called them from home at 9am and had a good talk with Philip(the CEO of the company). Got call back regarding the car in about 30 minutes later from Jordan. Limped my Santa Fe over to Walpole with my daughter and wife in a second vehicle. .just in case. Jordan met me in lot with the Rav4 running for a test drive and first thing he mentioned is that it needs a brake job that they will do. . .can leave car or come back with it early next week. Drove family alone in car to verify roadworthiness. Phillip stepped in and knocked another $500 off the already settled cash price while we were talking in their very small office space. They keep the space small to keep overhead prices down. I watched them interact with each other for about 45 minutes. They are basically Christian businessmen who are trying to make a living and give others a positive experience. I felt blessed by being there and drove off with a very nice Rav4 at a great price. All paperwork, including registration and new title in hand and they gave me a few hundred for the trashed Santa Fe(Fair). . . I drove to my insurance agent..paid my sales tax, then got it inspected. 6hrs and 45 minutes from first seeing the Rav to owning it and all paperwork done. I drove to my mechanic later that night. He checked out the car and kept saying I got a great deal and the Rav is in great shape for a 2011. My experience. Mark in Braintree, MA
2015 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen review
We purchased a used TDI with 50K miles. now has over 150K and have only done oil changes and fuel filter. Only necessary repair was the HVAC blower motor just recently failed. Incredibly reliable car. Diesel engine paired with the 6 speed automatic trans delivers awesome torque whenever you need it. 50+ mpg on hwy trips and averaging 39 mpg commuting. The interior is obviously not luxurious but comfortable enough to keep you happy. I should mention the Stereo system and bluetooth is unreliable. Powers itself on and off at random and will require repair. The cargo area is surprisingly large when the seats are folded down as well.

2024 Hyundai TUCSON Plug-In Hybrid review
I love so many things about this car. I have owned may cars in my 45+ years as a driver and this is my favorite. I love the plug-in feature as my typical drive is stoplight to stoplight. I can go for months without putting gas in the rank, and plugging in to my home power to charge the car has not affected my power bill at all. My folks were in a bad wreck this summer in their 2024 Tucson plug-in, and they walked away with fairly minor injuries despite being plowed into by a large produce truck traveling in excess of 55 mph while Mom and Dad were at a standstill on the highway. That just reinforced my love for this car.

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.
