Don't buy from these guys!

After completing the purchase, our sales person told us the car only had one key and no manual. New key cost $500 including programming...Scanlon would only pay 1/2 and no manual... NO DEALER SHOULD SELL A CAR WITH ONE KEY!...Tell me before I bought it, not after. Come to Naples for your Acura!

Mr. Smith, at any point you could have said no you weren't buying it as we had it offered. It is easy to say we should have had two keys, but the price we it offered at had you drive all the way up from Naples. We would rather not have sold you the car and not get a 1 star review, than sell you the car and have you upset. We didn't force you to buy the car from us with one key, so it must have been a good deal.

Process for new lease was honest and seamless. Sam was upfront from the beginning. No bait and switch. Even when I asked how long it would take. He said an hour and we came in at just a little over an hour from arrival to leaving. That included all of the paperwork and programming the car and phone etc. Awesome experience!

Scanlon has performed excellent for us over the last year. They made us aware at purchase of our MDX that they expected their service department to treat us with great respect and they have done just that! Kudos to them!

I drove from Miami (117 miles) to Scanlon Acura to make my second vehicle purchase from this dealer (previously purchased an auto in 2017) and the entire team that conducted the transaction was simply excellent. I want to especially thank Michael Messina in the Sales Department for his attention to detail, follow-up and making my overall experience such a pleasant one. I hardly ever write reviews but my overwhelmingly positive recent experience with Scanlon Acura has compelled me to share my experience. We were recently visiting southwest Florida from the Northeast and two weeks into our month long stay when we experienced some electrical problems with our 2015 Acura RDX. We called Scanlon Acura out of the blue and Asst. Manager Clay Kvetko helped us right away. He made us feel welcome, provided a loaner vehicle while his team diagnosed the problem(s), and kept us informed over the entire process. Our car was quickly fixed and I could not be happier with the service he provided. In my short time there, I could tell he is respected by his co-workers and serving and pleasing his clients are very important to him. Clay is a model employee and Scanlon should do everything in their power to keep such a valuable team member. Thank you Clay! - Andy
