    Promptly communicated with me regarding my inquiries about a truck on their lot. Was very courteous and helpful.     I was interested in buying a 2020 Edge Titanium, called Jim Parisi at Marshall Ford to see if they had one available. They did not have what I wanted... on the lot, so I gave him my requirements and within an hour he located one. We were able to make the deal and the next day I picked up my new Edge. Very friendly, no hassle buying experience. This was my first purchase at Marshall Ford and will be a return customer when we are in the market for another vehicle.

    The fact the this purchase was my sixth one at Marshall's should speak volumes about my confidence in and appreciation for this dealer. In this instance,... from working with Jim Parisi - Pre-owned Sales - to Jimmy Marshall - Finance, it was a wonderful experience. Over the years Jim Hollenbach and the rest of the Service Department staff have been outstanding whether it was a visit for maintenance or repair work, always explaining what needed to be done and the costs without any hard sale or coercion. Just like with the buying experience every single time, after the options were outlined, the final decision was always left to me. With all these positives, I will continue to return to Marshall to purchase vehicles and have my cars serviced for many years to come. Thanks guys!!!

    This grandma is so happy to have a new Explorer so that all her grandsons can now ride in one vehicle with her. Salesman Jim Parisi worked diligently to... make sure we got the best deal and was very respectful of our time and kept us informed every step of the way. I cannot express how Marshall Ford went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal. They really worked with us to make us happy! I would highly recommend to check them out when buying a car.

    didn’t like at all. planning on driving 5 hours this weekend so i scheduled an appointment today. went to ford and AFTER they checked me in and AFTER i... was already sitting there for 5 minutes they tell me i can’t get in today and need to reschedule. literally saw the person white out my name on the schedule. xxxx that place and fix your xxxxing website.

    Impossible to get someone to answer phone to schedule a service appt. Keep getting put into voice mail death spiral. Why have someone answer just so... she can just send you to voice mail?

    This is the first time we bought a truck from Marshall Ford. We were very impressed by the salesman, Brad Cotner. Brad help us sort through the various... features on the newer Super Duty trucks and was very knowledgeable. Just my luck, they had a truck that filled the bill perfectly. No pressure from sales staff, straight forward and all round good people.

    In Dec. 2018, my 2016 Ford Fushion was making a horrible noise and I wasn't sure if it was safe to drive home (more than 40 miles). Since I work in the... Wentzville area, Marshall Ford was the closest dealership. It was the first time I have ever stepped foot in this facility. When I walked into the service area, Harlin greeted me with a smile and informed me they were completely booked. He could tell I was truly concerned and treated me with the utmost respect! He offered to drive my car in the lot to listen to the noise and confirmed it was an issue. He kept me informed of the progress the entire time I was there. Words cannot say enough about the incredible service and treatment I received that day!! Harlin, Thank You for everything you did for me that day!!!
