I walked in one day and asked for an appointment to get

I walked in one day and asked for an appointment to get my car inspected. He said he could do it Thursday. I said I would drop it off Wednesday morning because I would be in the area and they could inspect it when they had time. Well instead of my appointment time on Thursday they took it in and did it Wednesday. They try to make you feel like your business matters to them and they truly care.

I was overdue on my state inspection.

I was overdue on my state inspection. I immediately called and was told to bring my car in the next morning. They fit me into their very busy schedule and had my car done in record time. Can't thank them enough for their excellent service and their very kind personnel who took care of my situation.

I had to drop my car off on a Sunday as it was having

I had to drop my car off on a Sunday as it was having unexpected issues. The team diagnosed the issue and had it ready for me by the end of the day on Monday. I did not expect to have it back that quickly since I did not have an appointment. LBS has the best service team!

Working with Jeremy was a pleasure.

Working with Jeremy was a pleasure. I came in on several visits to look at a variety of different Ford and Lincoln models. I never once felt pressured or rushed at any point in any of my visits. Jeremy was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They helped to get me in and out the door quickly when I came in for delivery. 10/10 experience. Would recommend.
