To be honest, not everything went smooth.

To be honest, not everything went smooth. I went looking for something to pull my new Airstream RV. A new Salesperson came out, which is okay, but I got a sense he was wasting my time. I was handed off to another young salesman that made a few mistakes. I’ve been around the block? So I know how things work. Want counted for me in the end was who I ended up with when I expressed my desires. Manny Sanchez is probably their best. He was a straight shooter, master salesman. No xx. I really appreciated what he did for me in the end, and he is the dragon I’m giving them a Five-Star rating.

He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained every detail clearly, and never made us feel pressured. He really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect vehicle that fit our needs and budget. The process was smooth from start to finish, and his professionalism made all the difference. We truly appreciate his effort and highly recommend Rafael to anyone looking for a new car!”

I went to sell my car and meet with used car manager Greg

I went to sell my car and meet with used car manager Greg Brown, he was EXTREMELY rude. I didn’t appreciate that he spoke to me as if I had no clue what I was talking about or what I needed to do. When I asked him for the paper with the purchase offer price he said “no, my word is good and my tech still needs to drive it to make sure everything is good. Plus’s how are you going to pay me the extra money and I’m not going to give you a deal unless you tell me “I want to sell my car right now”” when I responded with “my boyfriend will pay that” he said “well he needs to be here now”. It was just a horrible experience and now they will never have my business. That is not a way to gain customers, nor is it good customer service.

The whole process was orderly and went very smoothly.

The whole process was orderly and went very smoothly. They had a great selection, and when I pointed out a problem with my used vehicle that wasn?t covered under my warranty, they stepped right up and took care of it.

Great?

Great?Joseph could not have done better. I?ve only ever driven the car a few miles but other than a little noisy seems very good. Will know more later.

I was looking to upgrade to a 2025 Ford Escape, with my current vehicle, and not sure if I was going to be successful, but everyone at Fiesta Ford was so helpful, and helped me through the entire process. I received excellent service from everyone involved, from sales to financing, and I'm very happy with my new vehicle!
